Method 3 brought the color back, i was thinking of buying a new color printer, not been using color for few years, and now its back to life. Thanks for the video.
I tried everything!! I didn’t have the cleaning solution so I tried the 3rd method and it worked like a charm! I was scared I was gonna have to get a new printer! Thanks so much!!!
In step 3 it says to first fill ink tanks (they are full) but it won't let me move onward. update: after another power down and trying method 3 again, the printer does a 10 minute process so I think it has accepted the ink levels (which are about 93% full). Now "power cleaning is done print quality will be improved after 12 hours"...so do I wait 12 hours to try it out? No, it WORKED. YOU DID IT. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
Method 3 here for ET-2760. I used to only use black ink, but today, when I filled my color tanks for the first time, I still only got black print-outs, even with the nozzle check. It turned out that I needed a power cleaning just to activate the color. I’m not sure why that was the case, but it worked! Thanks!
I believe the ink supply lines need to 'primed' before you use them for the first time. That's why the printer is regularly reminding you to refill the tanks before they're completely empty.
Thanks for this video. Like others below, Step 3 did the trick and I have color once again. While conducting step 2, noticed that the ink jets were dry and not rec'g ink from the tanks.Step 3 apparently ensures ink flows from the wells to the ink jets.
thank you for the instructions... I did method 1 and 3 and solved the problem.... I didnt want to use method 2.. just in case, but your video was really helpful! thank you!!
This is a great video, except that option 3, Epson’s power clean process should be the SECOND option in the video. The second option, a manual cleaning using syringes, cleaning fluid and paper towels should be presented as the last resort to fixing the problem, as it takes much, much longer, is more involved and calls for disassembling parts of the printer. The power clean should be the next step after the head cleaning as it is simple, automatic, takes about 10 minutes and will probably fix the problem, if it’s at all fixable.
Click the Maintenance tab, then click the Head Cleaning button, run head cleaning multiple times ( I've done mine about 17 times) it will eventually back to normal, I swear.

no luck getting my colors to work . My nozzles may of been dried up with ink cause the liquid cleaning solution would not even squeeze into thew machine :( Well it at least lasted 18 months i guess . It still prints black but the 3 colors are not functioning

My printer was not printing yellow. I followed all three steps more than once and now it’s not printing yellow or black. Not sure what to do, I ordered a new printer.
