Thank you for how to turn on the power mode for cleaning. I have 3/4 full of color and black ink, but no color printing. Your info corrected the problem! Now can you tell me how to get that full color test page?? cant find the setting to turn it on, just like the power mode setting.

But the other problem is that the central locking stopped working along with the interior lights and the screen. Were you able to find and fix the problem?

Thanks, this was a great help. I had replaced the keyboard due to a damaged key, but never thought the new keyboard could be a problem. I have replaced back to the old keyboard, and it worked again.

My issue was a bit different I use my printer all the time but randomly out of no where I started losing colors. I know how to check and see if the lil carts have ink i checked that and Y & M had no ink I filled them up manually and still no ink I had already did a few head cleanings that did nothing so I finally did the power clean and it worked but on my 2720 it didn't work I have to add ink to the ink carts in order to get that one working it's so weird

another vid said to remove battery cable while installing tccm and plug in the four pronged plug last . great video thank you

I just fixed my 2760...from nothing to full color. I cleaned the clogs on all four colors, checked but no clogs in the tube and I let it dry over night and the next morning everything worked, no more "ERROR".

Was about to throw my printer out the window. Thank you so much lol
