Would there be too much Velcro for the flap? Just considering extra mass vs closure requirements.

Actually we increased the velcro patch from the prototype, when really stuffing the bag to the limit that big patch is a big help.

Can I make such a bag using discarded tpu tubes as main fabric? I'm fat and I've punctured 3 such tubes already, and didn't manage to patch the first one, so I gave up trying to patch them.
