Coming from someone who used to work in the insurance field, I can tell you a $300,000 policy would not come close to covering a gunshot medical bill, especially if the person had to enter the ICU. The reason no insurance company would touch such policies is it would lose its shirt over one single claim. Not really, they have billions in loss reserves, but they would still lose money in the long run over the span of covering the damages of one year's worth of injured people if that was the coverage amount minimum. It's easy for an insurance company to get out of having to cover such damages... if the weapon was used criminally, the insurance policy fineprint excludes coverage. Because they think that adding barriers will stop criminals, but the criminals will simply walk around the barriers while law abiding citizens will be struggling to climb over them. It all comes down to rules only work on those who follow them 🤷🏻♂️.
@@GenXautrucity Because ALL laws are self regulated. Police don't enforce the law in real-time outside of rare instances where they observe a crime in progress or perform a targeted sting operation. The vast majority of crime is retroactively enforced and even then, so VERY little of it is actually caught. The police focus on the revenue generation or the most serious crimes as directed by their superiors (mayor, governor, President, etc). They have been brainwashed and many of them worship Government instead of God. Humans love to worship things. If they are not worshiping God... what are they worshiping?
because they have never read the definitions of either.
A right is a jab, and a privilege is not getting hit by the jab?
Becasue the communists are PUSHING that idea.
Because those that are happy to give up their rights, are too stupid to even realize they had any.
'clever idiocy' that's a good one and I'd say spot on
Why is it every time we talk about solving gun violence it always about punishing the law abiding citizens?
Because solving gun violence was never the goal.
Giving criminals and government a monopoly on violence so that people will beg for bigger government has always been the goal.
@GenXautrucity because it's never been about that. It's about control. Why is the party of letting criminals go also the party of gun control and limiting your ability to protect yourself.
As a result, laws that blatantly violate our 2A Rights that on the surface pretend to "stop" criminal behavior does not actually do anything to criminals who don't self regulate their actions. Instead only the law abiding citizens self regulate and are infringed by these unconstitutional laws.
I read twice@@mikey92362
Good shit bro. I value your insight 👍🏼
Yes....and all the criminals will definitely get insurance
Why is hard to understand that criminals don't care about the law and will commit crimes either way.
It's pretty simple to understand. These people are sheltered suburbanites who never met a criminal in their lives, but still somehow think they are experts on the topic.
Because SHE has never been robbed?
@@HLStrickland She's assuming that CRIMINALS will listen and obey to the law when thats not the case. Laws effect the law abiding citizen, not the criminal because they don't care about the law, thats why they're criminals.
Gun insurance...😂😂😂 yep that's about the level of intelligence I'd expect from an anti-gunner.
Preach brother! Preach!!!
Why has the CDC not put out a global pandemic warning about stupidity?
I think there pushing stupidity, they dont want us to know how dangerous it really is.
because there is no vaccine for it where they could make money? Just a thought.
We have instructions on shampoo and warning labels on lawn mowers. Is that not evidence enough?
because the globalist regime intentionally manufactures idiots to make it easier to keep them complacent its a lot easier to convince someone who knows jack shit about anything that "i'm with the government and we're here to help" isnt the most terrifying sentence known to man the government is ALWAYS your enemy NEVER your friend EVER!
@@Benjanuva I love this one: Coffee hot.

I can't think of any additional arguments against mandatory insurance, you hit the nail on the head!

5:56 I refuse to do business with USCCA again. They lost any all credibility when they started lobbying lawmakers to make Conceal Carry Insurance required by law.
Ya really wish he would stop promoting them as they have just about lost all credibility.
Did not know that. Noir needs to address this -
If you beat the felony but get charged with a misdemeanor USCCA will not cover your cost because you would be convicted of a crime and in there own policy it says they can not insure a guilty charge or verdict meaning all the money they covered they will come back and send you the full bill like they never covered you in the first place attorneys on retainer covers USCCAs policy in detail on there RUclips channel
It’s not gun violence - it’s people violence.
Also one of their spokespersons is that douchebag Tim Kennedy who promotes the second amendment at the same time promotes companies that help infringe on the second amendment. Also he helped promote and do a seminar for law enforcement on how to basically violate people's rights and get away with it. So in my eyes a company that would allow someone like Tim Kennedy who is a douchebag as a spokesperson will not get my money and a company like someone stated above I believe that tries to force insurance mandates about because their insurance company will not get my business either.
I can see all the convicts running down to get insured. Dam, how can anybody be so out of thier mind
😱 Stop gun violence by making crime illegal, oh wait! 🤣🤣🤣
She'd better sit down. Someone tell her you can't insure a criminal action.
"Excuse me sir, but before we can continue with your robbery, we're going to need to see your proof of gun insurance."
Required insurance on a right…
Seems tyrannical.
Sales tax and background checks ARE tyrannical too!

Yep. I'm sure those gang members who commit over 80 to 90% of the gun violence will absolutely have gun insurance 😂😂 these people are nutty.

Democrat policy is made by people operating under the protection of the Dunning-Kruger Effect.
This is why the phrase "unintended consequences" seems to come up over and over with lefties.
She probably knows that she has no idea about guns but doesn't care that she doesn't know. That's worse than just not knowing.
She's much more likely to have an auto accident than a gun accident. And there's no guarantee that insurance will pay a claim.
What she doesn't seem to understand, is insurance doesn't cover illegal acts or suicides.....so all it would cover is the fairly rare damage done by ACCIDENTAL shootings, of which only around 550 people a year die from....the other shootings and such wouldn't be covered at all.
@@mcsupersport and if you have the right insurance they will defend you in a defensive case. Or you pay out of pocket for a lawyer. Just don't pay for insurance and keep yourself out of situations that could cause you having to use your gun. That's the best advise I can give 😂

@@funktron2021 Cash doesn't care if it was illegal. It also could care less if it is a pre-existing condition, or doctor is not in it's network. Even works with other countries doctors.
Cash is TRUE universal coverage.
@@funktron2021 True, there are insurances that will help out with defensive gun use court cases.....BUT they will NOT cover if they deem it likely to be a criminal act.....so if someone walks into a building and opens fire, that insurance will just say NO, but good luck.....also that insurance is for THE POLICY HOLDER to pay for POLICY HOLDER EXPENSES...and doesn't cover any injuries to others from those actions.
I think you're absolutely on point here.
she should insure her thoughts cause the criminals wont get insurance
That lady isnt as smart as she thinks !
She must've missed the last four words in the amendment that specifically prohibit something like this.

This is proof of why some people shouldn’t have social media.
1:45 it’s like people honestly believe that gun crimes are committed by legal gun owners and not but by gangs in inner cities.
You cant fix stupid !
It ain't only gangs in inner cities.
It's not just gangs, and not just inner cities. :)
Great video Colion. Always amazes me how many people on social media think that somehow being on social media makes them experts at everything, and how they believe they have the magic solution to all of life's problems. Meanwhile their so called solutions when really thought through all the way would just make things worse. Like one lady I saw "everything is getting more expensive, well let's solve it by printing more money, see easy solution."
Wow, what a sad state our society has devolved into.
My question to her is how is she going to get the criminals committing all the violence to take out and pay for the insurance to cover all the injuries they're causing while committing their crimes?
@@Oldhogleg I think she more means accidents, which is such a slim margin of gun deaths. It's also dumb as you can already be sued and criminally charged for accidents or leaving a gun around.
The funny part is she really thinks she just said something great
And shes the reason i think there should be somekind of test to be able to vote.
Yeah that’ll work. Criminals don’t insure their cars either. She thinks they will do this?
There’s a giant disconnect -
Gun crimes are committed by criminals…
Can we agree on that 1 fact?
I was talking to someone on reddit or here on RUclips I forget. About how people who conceal carry, are already encouraged to get CC insurance or other programs because lawmakers have made defending yourself criminal. (I believe the topic I was talking on had to do with this becoming a law in Orange County CA, if I recall).
So, not only is the need for such protection, BS. But it largely invalidates their talking point. Many gun owners, certainly more than they could comprehend, have a form of insurance, or protection, for the use of their weapon.
But we all know their "insurance" is just another sin tax, registry, and excuse for insurance companies to drop people.
@@thatfordboy4297
you can at least cancel that insurance and its still just a choice. The other fact is insurance companies can say no to you. what do you do then?
@@timothyavendt677Insurance is really just a band-aid solution. What we really need to do is work on stopping activist judges and prosecutors who are trying to make examples out of people using firearms in self-defense.
Yes people commit crimes...
@@timothyavendt677 yeah that's the issue. I live in a high fire danger area... kinda. My house has a suppression system, and I have a solid safety barrier. Doesn't matter no fire protection.
Same thing would happen to everyone any cities. Live in (what ever city has the highest crime rate)... to bad no insurance, so no firearm. The criminals would know this, and would run rampant. Of course people would still have/get guns to protect themselves, but they are now criminals, so point holds.
Driving a car is a privilege, owning a gun is a right...
Yeah, younger people don't even understand the concept of rights because it's not taught in school which is on purpose.
I think she needs insurance on her mouth.
Using government owned roads is a 'privilege' (one you have to pay for even if you aren't allowed to use it) but you can drive on private land at any age and with vehicles that are neither street legal or insured.
Everything is a privilege. License to drive, passports, concealed carry license, permit to hunt, permit to fish, permit to start a business.

That would qualify as 'infringement'

I could hear her two brain cells slowly grinding together whilst she was formulating her genius plan to stop gun violence.
