I had this cooked for me table side in a very posh french restaurant in London and it was lovely. It was served with steamed veggies and I washed it down with a glass of wine then a creme brûlée and an Irish coffee. Fantastic ❤
Oh delights of long ago. Ate this in London and Paris. Learnt the receipe too but late forgot. So happy to see receipe. Will write it down. I used mushroom stock cubes in place of the beef stock cubes. Gives more mushroom flavour. Never thought of trying veg cubes. 😋😋😋😋 Just love your utube site. Never know what history of dishes or receipe going to view and be shopping for ingredients. Thank you.
