Hello! This tutorial will show you how to play Steam VR games without having to buy a Vive, Oculus or other expensive VR headset.
*The Riftcat version that I use here is only a trial version. You will have to buy Riftcat in order to use it for more than 10 minutes at a time.
*Sorry for the audio in this video, I was recording using the mic on my phone instead of my normal mic. :/

Two different kinds of headsets. I meant you don't need the expensive ones like an HTC Vive. The one I used just helps hold your phone

I haven't looked into the controller aspect. I know you can connect Playstation move controllers to Riftcat though.
The process is very involved but still cheaper than using a Vive or Oculus, this video explains it well:

I don't know much about it but I'll make a video on it as soon as I can.
