- Are you ready to sweaty and burn some massive calories in just 30 minutes?
Today, we have a fun and sweaty Tabata-style cardio workout with high-energy music to keep you going.
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout with 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 4 minutes. It boosts fitness, burns fat, and builds muscle quickly.
We will be using medium dumbbells.

It was another morning of not feeling the mood to workout, but I put this on and I was not disappointed! Those tabata moves pack a big punch in a short period of time. I also enjoyed the addition of weights to add to the cardio. Thanks so much for these fun workouts that always make me glad I chose to be active!

Tough one for me. First day back from illness. Mods got me through! Thanks for a 30 minute one.
Whenever I see these 30 minute workouts, I mentally prepare to add on a class that I missed earlier in the week. But that plan dissipates quickly, when I see how intense these 30 minutes are. I associate Jane with one of my favorite workouts from a long time ago, I forget what it was, but I have it saved. I think it's a cardio core? I used to like Jen's favorite moves but breakdancers and mule/frogs are tough on my wrists so now I prefer Amanda And Jane's.
