Don’t stop exercising. It’s great for your body, soul, and mind. I’m 45 and have a 24 year old who struggled to move a side piece of a crib and stated ‘well mom you workout and I don’t.’ I keep saying she needs to start sooner then later as it’s great for you. Loved the mishmash cardio this morning as it was fun and not boring (all of the exercises on here are never boring). Kicks are also getting higher thanks to the mobility challenge I have been completing every day. Thank you Chris for everything you do and all the fun and helpful strength, cardio, step, and mobility exercises you bring.

Today is the last day of our school year and I am beat! These last two weeks have felt like two years. I could have easily talked myself out of this morning's workout, but I'm glad that I didn't. I'm ready to graduate those seniors and send the others off to a happy summer.

It was so funny to hear the comment about talking yourself out of working out. I was telling my husband that I noticed myself doing it earlier in the day. I absolutely loved this one today (Wednesday 08.11.2023). I’m feeling much fitter and stronger so the weights must be making a vast difference to how I did them before. I’m taking a day off tomorrow to see a friend and go for a long walk and talk which I’m really looking forward to. Be back on Friday for strength again. Thank you so much Chris

After 2 weeks without any exercise, this workout was perfect to make me feel better and motivated to get back on my feet! I said to my husband that I wasn't feeling very motivated to workout today but had already decided to do this one & I'm so glad that I did!. I'm going to call you Mrs Motivator from now on. I loved this class! Such, such fun I'm feeling ridiculously happy now. I loved all the moves in every section & the music for each one too.
