    Last workout in my 50's! I turn 60 tomorrow!! Such a great, one to kiss those 50's goodbye. Fun & sweaty with brain work too! Loved it!!! Bring on those 60's!! 🎂😂❤

    This is a great workout. I loved it. It did remind me of Jane Fonda in many ways only more disciplined. I started exercising with Jane in 1983 and I have been doing exercise ever since. Thanks for all you do. I am doing your classes every day!❤

    This was a great workout.....Dawn did a great job. And a big Thank You for having Dawn show how to step on the floor.....I recently pulled my upper calf muscle (stepping off a foot stool wrong), so having Dawn to follow was awesome....I loved this routine SO much, I did it 2 times....once on the floor, and then on the step, no risers......this was great 😊

    I love doing all of Chris’s workouts in her library of one million workouts , but nothings more fun than doing them live. Love your energy Chris. This was a fun and sweaty workout. Remembering the old days with Jane Fonda and of course the other Janet. ( Jackson ). Lol

    These old-school, all-standing workouts are my faves. And I enjoyed the walk down memory lane with Jane Fonda (I used to do her workouts in the 80s with pictures in a book and a long-play record for instruction). Fun! Thanks Chris.

    Thanks Chris. The old school brings back memories. I remember, back in the day, visiting L.A. with my sister and we went to the Jane Fonda studio. (She wasn't teaching.) An earlier class was coming out and they were using squeegees to mop up all the sweat on the floor. It was kind of gross and it felt tropical in the room. But it was still fun.

    This was a total energizer to start my day!! Music was great, choreo was Great, ENERGY was Infectious!!
    Thanks for always giving real life information, without the candy coated nonsense!!
    I've spent a ton of time trying to spot reduce/tighten in certain areas... After 40+ yrs, I finally figured out it doesn't work... Sagging skin as we age is going to happen,☹☹ Keeping ourselves healthy by exercising and not junking out will keep us strong in mind and body..

    Ive been lifting 3x a week and incline walking on the treadmill (or outdoors, when the Michigan winter allows). I had a total knee replacement in August, so I’m doing everything low impact now. I’m an 80s aerobics girl and many years of Jazzercise. This was a super fun workout to mix it up and live the throw back jams! Thanks. PS I’ll be 59 on 2/21/24🥳

    Though step is my favorite I love going back to the old school classes every now and then. The first gym I joined was Richard Simmons Anatomy Asylum - yes that’s what it was called and yes I actually met him once! 😊- and these were the only type of classes they had. Thanks for bringing them back for us!

    Always enjoy your classes and very appreciative of all your work. Marcus Irwin! A great athlete, instructor and Australian. I still do his workouts occasionally now they are available on RUclips. He leads a different life now but gosh he was incredible in the day 🇦🇺

    OMG I did this one in the afternoon and trying to catch up on comments because I was bad and forgot😮🤣But as soon as I saw this my arms cried again🤣😂WHEW!!!! I admit I did have to rest a little but kept going, this was a crazy lovely intense end of a workout!!!😅💪

    This workout was like a ray of sunshine today for me, in the midst of such a cold weather everywhere around the world, I guess. The wide range of options, from low to high impact and the '80s arms exercises at the end, immediately put me in a great mood and definitely made me feel warm and alive.     I think my favorite chat isn't TV or movies or fitness or diet, but music industry. We grew up before the internet so couldn't google every artist's lyrics, history, etc. It's fun to learn now what we didn't know then about who sang what, collaborated with who. I just read today that Boy George has some beef with Janet Jackson? Nooooo! PS: Doing cardio in sohes that are one size larger than what I wore my whole life feels soooo good. Maybe I should call that a PSA, not a PS.

    Massive thanks again Chris that was a really great amazing workout class again today.     Stretch song is the best! A nod to the greatest show ever! A little bit Alexis. La la-la-la-la la-la. Don't judge me. I thought the cut out guy was Kevin. And on a former workout you mentioned getting lost in mob movies. Me too! Too many nicknames I think.

    I love your energy and your workout is great. It is just hard to enjoy the music and get into the workout with the constant counting, direction and chatter. I will try one of your other videos, I soooo wanted to do this one. I just have enough chatter in my head on a daily basis. I just wanted to move and enjoy the music. You are super easy to follow, you really don't need to give the constant direction. You are a great instructor without it.

    You said it very quickly but THANK you for saying a 40 year old is not going to look like a 20 year old trainer. This is one of the reason's youre in my rotation. Im almost 52 and i mostly do your workouts woth mods (the whole jumping makes me pee thing lol) but i love thst your routines give me a little challenge without being impossible. I feel at my age i either have the 19 year old no pain no gain work harder to exhaustion or the here is our senior walk in place for 20 minutes workouts so you are definitely a nice bridge :)
