Kickboxing, tabata and 30 second HIITs were my favorite sections, of course!! But I like being forced to slow down once in a while. That's why I never burn out on your program :-)

I am VERY new to this channel, and I have been having a blast doing cardio! I can't keep up with you! I have to admit that I am 30lbs overweight so as I watch myself in the mirror, I can't help but to laugh at how silly I look doing it! I been working out with a trainer and am being mindful of what I am eating. I never been this heavy before, so it is VERY uncomfortable. I have faith and am working on it. Now that I have found your videos, I like cardio again. 😁

Did arms and abs from yesterday but needed this cardio fix. So totally loved it! Some of my favourite music Abba and Cher. 🤩❤ Don't usually sweat probably due to being older but this made me sweat, although 25c inside today. Might have to put cooling on soon! Loved getting down on the floor for the mountain climbers and modified burpees (or whatever they were) I just step in and out and stand up. Wish I could do step but I was feeling my knees a bit probably from line dancing as well with a lot of turns. They're feeling ok now so I might try some basic step again as I was loving it. Omg! This was so much fun!! I did it this morning. I prob mentioned in other cardio workouts that I’m not a big fan of cardio and I love strength training better but I know I need cardio as well. Your cardio classes, and your step classes are so fun it doesn’t feel like exercise to me at all. You’re the best!! ❤️
