    "You won't want to snack in between meals", here's me, doing metabolic balance for the second time, startving!!! LOL. It works but you WILL feel hungry!!!

    Me on keto, ,...........insulin spike, another insulin spike.......more bread, spike. Oatmeal.....spike. lol
