This is the truth! I was on a low cal (600/day) for 8 weeks. The first 6 weeks I lost 12lbs/5.4kg, by week 8 I realized I was at a weight loss plateau. Then for one week I went on a reverse diet, increasing my calories 150 every day approximately, by day 7 I was eating 1550. After doing research for that week, I decided to create my own metabolic "confusion" diet(this was my intuition guiding me). Mon/Tue and Thurs/Fri I eat 280 cal, Wednesdays I eat 1200-1600 cal, Sat/Sun I eat 600 calories, I choose to workout for 1 hour on my lowest calories days(4 day/week) and increase my protein. So far I have been losing 3.8lbs/1.72kg a week. Also I decided to eat only once a day OMAD no matter what the day is. Much easier than I thought it would ever be! Thank you for sharing this video.

I recently heard about this and figured I'd give it a try. We shall see if it works as well as keto.

What do you eat on 280 cal days and on 600 cal days ?
I wasn't aware, I was already doing this (while doing 30 mins work out 5 days a week). No wonder I easily lost 13 lbs within 2 months.
