    In this video, I give you the specific solutions on the best weight loss diet for busy moms, including the best foods to eat, what to avoid, meals to make, and the meal-time schedule that can keep things simple and sustainable for you and your family.
    If you're following a weight loss diet plan for women over 40 that is not simple and sustainable, then it's not an option for you. Crash diets or restrictive diets will not see you through the long-term and are more likely to end with you gaining more weight than you lose.
    In terms of the foods to eat, a weight loss diet for women at home is made up of 4 things; Proteins, Carbs, Healthy Fats and Veggies. Preparing your meals using a simple principle we call 'The Perfect Plate', means you will simply use 1 of each of these groups in every meal.
    When it comes to meal timings, there are a couple of schedules that work really well on a weight loss diet plan for women over 50. These are the 4 x 4, meaning you eat 4 meals each day, scheduled 4 hours apart; or intermittent fasting, which has you skip breakfast and eat your first meal later in the day.

    His right about the portions. That’s exactly what my nutritionist recommended and as you apply workout with it, you will notice your weight dropping. Just be patient and trust the process; it works 👍🏼.

    I grew up in a household where nutrition is not understood and so it has been really hard to understand what people talk about macros and proteins and fats etc. You really nailed it to make it so simple. Thank you

    Honestly, I've tried so many diets and whatnot, but nothing really had a drastic effect to my weight loss than fasting. I'm 5'6" and normally weigh 155lbs, but ever since I've been going on a 36 hour bone broth fast once a week and cutting my meals from 3 to 1/2 a day, I'm now at 142lbs. I've been doing this for about a month now and the results are astonishing. My body fat dropped almost 3% to around 15% currently and my visceral fat dropped from a 9 to a 6. My strength workouts showed no signs of depletion as well. My brother has been doing this with me as well and he dropped from 149lbs to 138lbs within this time frame also.

    Changed my diet a week ago and I'm literally doing everything he suggested I've even been eating all of the foods shown on his counter and taking the supplements mentioned. This video was in my suggestions and I'm happy I pressed play because it's confirmation that I'm doing all of the right things.

    Wow, I never thought I would listen to a young man talk about how overweight women can lose weight, but this guy was great! I have had a few important questions for a long time that he answered for me-what to eat (he kept it ssoo simple-all foods I like by the way), when to eat and what supplements to take. Normally this is all so complicated and expensive that I feel overwhelmed-(which of course means I need to eat a family size bag of Lay's Potato Chips) I am addicted to sugar mostly, but the good news is that I like healthy foods and I enjoy cooking so.....I'm gonna give this a try! Thank you for your excellent, informative yet simple videa!

    So glad I found your channel! I turned fifty this year and my body is not the same. I’ve gained so much visceral fat around my gut and mid section that has been so hard to lose and frustrating because I’ve been busting my arse, seeing little results.       Hi!Ive been on keto for 5 weeks now..actually I liked the control and it was very tasty and satiating,lots of energy too..The downside was lack of sleep mainly which I am afraid will not get better and a bit worried re long term fat consumption...am worried if I go off it tho that this new diet will not fill me up like keto if I start eating carbs...even healthy ones...any advice please?

    I've joined the Fit Mother Project in the last week. I dont feel restricted. I didnt even want cake and ice cream at a party because I feel so good! I havent started the workouts just have followed the meal plan and timing. I've lost 2 pounds already! The Ezekiel bread chicken pesto and balsamic chicken pasta sandwich is so good! I dont miss junk...and I love that when you email them a question they answer the same day! Except weekends of course. Everyone needs a day off. They gave me strategies to stay on plan when camping this weekend and how to modify workouts with my knee that needs replacing. I cant say enough good things about this program. Way better than points or cutting out carbs! 😊💞

    I love your no nonsense approach! Although I have been thin most of my life, the menopause thing ruined that, and I've been fighting a losing battle a few years. Even though I "know what to do," I lost my motivation. Dr. A has rekindled that, and I started with a Monday and Thursday weight routine he has a few weeks ago, and I already feel hopeful I can finally do something to get some weight off!! Thanks!!

    Thank you for all of the guidance towards healthy living. I feel as though I can follow this way of life and not feel overwhelmed with counting carbs, micros, & macros....sigh! But I can grasp the perfect plate concept and perhaps stick with it because I have a visual of what a healthy plate should look like. That's half the battle knowing what and when to eat. I took plenty of notes and am feeling hopeful. Grocery list seems a bit easier and wholesome too, thank you so much! I'm actually excited about this journey and am looking forward to seeing the results with this jumpstart plan!🙂

    Dr. Balduzzi...your skin is glowing and on point. Thanks for the video. After trying low-carb for 3 months I dropped weight like crazy but it wasn't sustainable at all. I've been eating whole food plant based and my body, mood, skin (eczema on my right hand) couldn't be happier. Now I eat plenty of yams, beans, lentils, potatoes....those carbs that were villains before and I was not eating and my weight is dropping as well! (I keep the oil to zero). Thanks again for your videos.

      Let me encourage you if I can. I have been overweight all my life. I began following a very similar plan (almost identical to this) 2.5 months ago and I've lost 38 lbs so far. The only program that has ever worked for me. I pray you stay motivated and reach your goals!

      I gave struggled with weight around my weight. My sleep is all over the place 😭😭 need go kick start my body and re set it.
      I will definitely be taking this information on board. I find it difficult to add protein into my diet being vegan! Any ideas please ?

      Chickpeas, black beans, nuts & seads, tofu, tempeh, protein powder shakes… whole food plant based as opposed to “vegan” is the way to go!! (There’s plenty of vegan products that are of very little nutritional value, so choose carefully & you’ll be fine 😊)

    Keto/carnivore intermittent fasting one meal a day the last four years with the proper human diet at 63 years old!
    The occasional sweet potato and berries per Dr Berry and Dr Mindy!

    Thank you for this video. actually documented my Weightloss journey. I lost 85 pounds and then I gained it all back! I know my journey isn’t over. I need to get up and keep going.     Good video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle mass and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and it worked very well for me. Losing weight is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

    He is the best nutritionist I have ever found. I am in healthcare and he hits everything right on. He also is teaching us how to lift weights - how to know reps and how often and how to increase weight or what weight to use. His nutrition is 💯 correct. I cannot say enough of good things about him!! Oh and more more thing - he also doesn’t shove random products at you or false
    promises or a 20 minutes questionnaire just to get your email address and information. A ton of his info is on RUclips. After watching and doing them over just one week, I am ready to get the full program - is it necessary? Probably not. It is something I enjoy and feel works, so I want to do more. He just makes it so easy! Ya just have to DO it ❤

I have managed to loose over 60 lbs in the last 2 years through lifestyle change (with the help of my doctor and a dietician) but have been stuck at my current weight for the past 6 months.       I stopped the video after he said 2000 calories per day. After menopause, unless you are a runner or cyclist, weight loss is less than 1500 calories per day.
