Good afternoon I've been working on losing weight and keeping my muscles tone. I have been having a hard time seeing results and keeping it off. I currently weight 310ibs and I'm 5'6 and I just turned 40yr this month. I'm a mother of 4 children it's been hard after my 4th child and their ages are 16yr 12yr 8yr and 3yr.
1) Chia Seeds
2) High quality eggs (pasture raised)
3) Avacado
4) Bananas (green tip banana, just about ripe)
5) "S" Fish (sardines, salmon, shell fish, shrimp... )
6) Grass- fed beef
7) Organic Blueberries

@fitmotherproject I have to second this advice. I have been incorporating most of these foods in my diet daily and have focused on fiber and protein and strength training. I have lost 180 lbs at 41/42 in 15 months!!!

I am a gardener, I grow green and purple loose leave lettuce, rainbow carrots, rainbow spinach and other stuff, no poisons and only worm bin compost. Every man should be growing food.

I love how you tell us to take baby steps This helps so much. I love how you even give us steps on the erase board for strength training. A visual😄
I’m 66 and I’ve always been active but I need the strength training and the food training LOL!
Doing strength training 2X a week is durable. I know when I start seeing results I’ll start enjoying it more. I’m more of a cardio girl but with age that’s just not working by itself😮 anymore.

I looove the banana tip! I have always loved half green bananas, but everyone have said that I CAN'T eat them bwcause they have to be "mature" and brown, so I tried to "learn" to eat them brown but never seemed to like it so much. This is awesome, now I can eat my greenish bananas and be happy about it, thanks so much!

Bananas also age age avocados. If you buy some under-ripe avocados, store them with a banana and they will soften up in a day or so.

So happy to say that I showed this to my teen girls and they confirmed they eat and enjoy everything on the list (except the meat) Sometimes organic blueberries are hard to find.
