Just wonderful, I've been looking for "carb cycling breakfast" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Nantray Carb Caboodle - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got great success with it.
Winner of a video, been searching for "low carb high carb days" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Nantray Carb Caboodle - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my neighbour got excellent success with it.
Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "carb cycling bulk diet" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Nantray Carb Caboodle - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.
I'm trying to figure out how to do this without counting anything, and this video is super helpful, thank you! Seeing what you switch out makes perfect sense, and I love that you emphasize that the amount of food can be generous. In the last video I watched about carb cycling, the girl simply removed half the carbs from each meal without adding any fats... and the lunch she showed was literally a yogurt with half a handful of granola and I am like GIRL do you think I am a songbird?! The meals you show here seem WAY more realistic for me, so I'm optimistic now!
I LOVE how easy and uncomplicated this video is! I tend to over think things and I love how easy you make carb cycling and your flexible approach! It’s such a relief! Thank you!
Hi guys, what about muesli, cereals(oats) ...mixed with greek yogurt, coconut milk/oil, quinoa /in, chia seeds, pollen, honey...dry fruits, Brasilian nuts, almond seeds...green tea; My routine is to eat from 8.00 o'clock(fruits 5/600 gr.), from 10.00 o'clock my cereals mixed stuff, 12.00 vegetebles&fish/chicken...then some chocolate, muesli bar, dry fruits in the water, and finish the day around 16.00 with seeds/nuts, half banana/avocado, and honeycomb!
I really enjoyed watching this video. It made me realise that my meals don't need to be extravagant or contain a lot of different ingredients to get a lot of nutrients. Thank you!!
Thank you! And I love how the Hubbie was preparing the food in the background while you explained everything and showed the food he made :) It all flowed well and encouraged me to think,”hey, I can prepare this kind of food too!”
How is she feeling does is it working we just started 2 days ago. Have heard alot of things good and some cautions about vitamin loss Is this true . Do u have any suggestions
This is just superb, I've been looking for "carb cycling diet example" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Nantray Carb Caboodle - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my colleague got cool success with it.
Tis did help me determine what I should eat with my hamburger on my high carb day. I was close on increasing my veggies on low carb day. That gave me encouragement to continue. Thank you.
Excellent a lot of food I be hungry I have bad knees a lot of arthritis and what would I improvise in exercising trying to lose weight and stay that way I'm in my 60s good job though I loved it
This is much clearer then all the other information sites about carb cycling. I almost dropped the idea to give it a try but after founding this perfect 👌 channel I am totally go for it. Thank you 😊 both. Ps your dog 🐶 is sooooo cute.
Wish you would have specified how many carb gms you eat on your high carb and low carb days, as well as how many high carb days you typically have per week.
Thank you~ you make carb cycling much easier to understand! I don't like sweet potatoes but maybe I could just have a slice of sprouted whole-grain bread. I'm sure I can figure it out 😉.
Love the examples! My one issue is I have difficulty with beef, thus steak, burgers, etc. are not an option for me. Fortunately, I LOVE fish, chicken, turkey, seafood, and such. I can so some red meat, such as lamb and duck, but they’re not as easily accessible as beef.
When should you do high carb vs. low carb? I do HIIT 3x a week for 45min. Should I do high carb on my those days? On my 2 “off” days, I usually do some light cardio.
Looks amazing however do people not work on diets? How the heck am I supposed to make a steak with broccoli for lunch when I’m up at 430 AM? That is the problem I run into is finding a meal plan with stupid easy prep meals. I HATE cooking and don’t have time to make steaks and zucchini noodles. How about a plain Greek yogurt with fruit or grab and go snacks that are kept friendly or something. Enjoyed the video but wished it was doable for my schedule which is not.
I'm grateful for this video as I'm constantly hearing about metabolic confusion and carb cycling, but was so in the dark about how to actually do it or what to eat. I will copy these meal plans precisely. The only question left is when should I consider certain days to be high or low carb days?
rice is awful for inflammation. All grains are. Higher inflammation in your body the harder it is to lose weight. Also stay away from all corn, canola, soy, or seed based oils. Stick to grass fed butter, bacon fat, olive oil, and avocado oil. Being thin & healthy isn't cheap. A Costco membership is priceless!
Great video! I love cottage cheese and I usually get the 4% milk fat. I usually pair it with a small amount (1/4 cup) of crushed pineapple in natural juice. Would this be considered high carb meal or low carb. I sometime like to add nuts and seeds on top of the cottage cheese. I ate this for breakfast most morning along with an Atkins protein shake. I just want to get the high carb low --- carb days correct when I start meal prepping. Thanks 👍
I am counting carbs to a “T” even with veggies. 1 cup of cooked broccoli is 5😱 it’s only 11 and I’ve used up several of my carbs for my low carb day.. 25 for no carb days, no more than 75 for low and no more than 200 for high carb days..
This is so great! Love this and ill be watching for more ideas...ive gotten so lame with figuring out what to eat! When I got married in 2007, I got a trainer and it included making a meal plan guide, which I totally followed and lost like 15 lbs. After my 2nd baby a few years ago, I hate my stomach and have held like 15-20 lbs coupled with a few physical injuries and it can be hard for me
I liked this so much. However you lost me when you got to the deserts. Processed sugars can throw people in a tail spin. But the meal ideas throughout the day were great.
While the meals are well rounded and clearly reflect high/low carb days, the meals themselves look unappealing and bland. I would add some healthy, low fat home-made dressings on a high carb day and vice versa for the low-fat day. The meals also need to look tasty and appealing. Additions such as seed, nuts, small amounts of olive or coconut oils may add texture and flavor!
Really helpful, thank you. Quick question, I'm not great at eating plain foods so how detrimental would it be to have a bit of sauce or flavouring on my meals? Thanks!
But you can't eat just sweet potatoes as your chat source It might work for a week or so until the cravings for some pasta or pizza will kick in. How sustainable is this actually?
Hey! We suggest eating whenever it feels best for you to get in a great workout! There's not a magic time necessarily. It just depends on how you feel most fueled for your best workout. Some people need a little something before they workout, others don't like to be too full. Just test out what works best for you :)
Is your low carb high carb days depended on when you exercise? So if you don’t workout then you have low carb? What if i exercise everyday? Also noticed you didn’t include bread, do you guys not eat bread?? Thanks for your help!!
Your carb cycle can depend on your goals and lifestyle. Some people find it easier to pair their higher carb days with their toughest workouts (for example, maybe a day where you are lifting legs) and their lower carb days on days where they rest of have lighter workouts. However, if you are just trying to get used to carb cycling and have specific goals, following a carb cycling schedule based on goals can be helpful. If you check out our carb cycling quiz, we can help you find a schedule that fits your goals: hiitburn.com/carb-cycling-quiz :)
This is GREAT with the low/high carb differences and example...unlike any other I've seen. Please keep posting different options. You two are GREAT
Thanks! So glad it was helpful.

I agree. Definitely adding it to my playlist for reference.

Sarena Loroña facts
whats the difference in your workouts on days that you have low carb days and higher carb days? Like do you eat lower carbs on your HIIT days?

Love this. Such a sustainable and realistic approach plus your examples include all of my favorite foods! Thank you 😁
This was great. It's nice to actually see the dishes. Any chance you guys could do the same for a vegan carb cycling?
Going to try this! I’m 2 months postpartum and am struggling losing the fat. Hoping this works for me
Tis did help me determine what I should eat with my hamburger on my high carb day. I was close on increasing my veggies on low carb day. That gave me encouragement to continue. Thank you.

This is very nice. Thank you.
I always wonder what did ppl eat before Avocados? I hate them.
Can you also do a video for intermittent fasting and the carb cycling combination for the week plan?
Thank you. Do you eat High Carb on a day with more exercise?
Thanks so much for the simple explanation and meal examples
What would you sub for the avocado? I'm extremely allergic and would love to know an alternative.

AWESOME video!!! Straight to the point!! 🙌🏾 Thank you!!
Really love that you give examples of both high and low carb!! Very helpful! Thank you!

how much would you consider low carb
Great video. Do you alternate daily or do you have another pattern?
I did carb cycling before my wedding and was exhausted all the time.
I'm grateful for this video as I'm constantly hearing about metabolic confusion and carb cycling, but was so in the dark about how to actually do it or what to eat. I will copy these meal plans precisely. The only question left is when should I consider certain days to be high or low carb days?
From what I heard is high carb days are the days you work out. And rest days are low carb days.

So you can eat pizza on high carb days?? Or pasta??

great tips on what eat and when. Really helpful :)
Thank you, will start today and see how I go
Thanks for this video. Very helpful. My question is, how many days in a row do you do the low, and how many high?
Ive read in her book that it depends if you are trying to lose weight and body fat and how much or if you are just trying to tone only
Any suggestions for those who do not like avocado

I liked this so much. However you lost me when you got to the deserts. Processed sugars can throw people in a tail spin. But the meal ideas throughout the day were great.
Do you season your food?? I can’t be having bland food.
😂
Thank you this video was very helpful

I noticed some "non"paleo foods. such as rice cakes and cheese. is that ok?
I noticed no flour products. Is this prohibited in carb cycling? Awesome instructional video 🙋🏽♂️🙋🏽♂️🙋🏽♂️
Flour naturally high carb.
Can I eat white rice on high carb day ?
Hey.. Do you lose weight high and low carb days?
But you can't eat just sweet potatoes as your chat source
It might work for a week or so until the cravings for some pasta or pizza will kick in. How sustainable is this actually?
Can you eat rice?
Can you add seasonings or does everything need to be plain?
Jumped right through coffee without an explanation so I assume black coffee but that's a problem.
That IS a lot of food for one person. Wow.
Thanks
THIS IS perfect thank you!!
Hey Kelsey is high carb, low carb cycled daily?
Overuse of the word ‘typically’ was in danger of pushing this hungry hormonal woman over the edge. I so need to start carb cycling for my hormones 😆
How many days a week you have low carbs and how many days you eat high carbs??
Can you do this at 84 years old
Can you do a vegan version of this?
Do you count the grams ?
So helpful thankyou
Thank you for the video. I usually workout around 5:30pm. Do you recommend eating dinner after or before working out?
