    I bought those exact same Metzler Cruisetecs based on your recommendation and I couldn't be happier!
    As you said, they are great in the rain, on dry streets, and everything else.
    They handle like a dream riding at highway speeds..(and maybe a little higher...haha) and I am super glad I listened to you.
    When I finally wear these out, I will again listen to you and get whatever you recommend. I have about 17,500 on my bike.
    The brake pads you recommended we switch to was also far superior in every way, stopping, wear, and so on.
    I think I speak for many people, brother when I say thank you for all you do for the motorcycling community, and the Reble Community is particular.
    Ride safe, have fun, and thank you again, Gus.

Thank you for your kind words Eric, it means so much to me brother!

      Hi Tanda!!! Great to hear from you! I did apx 8k on my dunlops, and i've seen other owners take them past 12k! I often ride long distances during impromptu trips and end up riding in the rain, the deeper the tread the better the performance in the wet, i don't compromise when it comes to brakes and tires. The cruisetecs exceeded all of my expectations tbh!

    I rode 300 miles on my Cruisetecs on Saturday while going to the beach. Got caught in a severe thunderstorm storm and the last thought on my mind was my tires. They performed so well I didn't even have to think about it. I was able to focus on everything else. They also ride spectacularly! Definitely a great tire. Interested in how these new ones work out.

    Hi Gus, I have still tyres from production and I have tried them also with maximum spred and no wobling Has appeared. There are two reasons why I think situation is different in my case. First one- I weight 160 kgs so my front fotka is more stressed them udial rider. Second reasons is that I have big windscreen from Puig. And combination if there two factors cause no wobling..... Gus, keep doing these videos, I really love all of them and I know how much efford do you put into each od them. Thanks a lot

      @ontherebel11  Год назад

      Hi Miro!! goof to hear from you my friend! Yes you are correct about the weight, the more forward the weight is, the more stable the bike becomes. One of the techniques to stop the wobble after it starts is to shift one's weight forward over the tank. excellent observation!

      Hi Locum! Always good to hear from you man! I assure you that you will absolutely love the cruisetecs! I still haven't ridden my bike with the new tires as I'm still documenting the chain and sprockets project.... Just installed the wheels back on the bike yesterday, so I'm making decent progress... I'm gonna keep an open mind regarding the night dragons.... But I think the Cruistecs will be hard to beat tbh. I'm blown away by their performance and Longevity. I'm just a curious guy, so I must know which tire is best for the rebel! 😅

    where did you order these from? I am torn between the cruisetec, these and the shinko 777. Are the dragons supposed to be better than the cruisetec or just different?

    • @ontherebel11
      @ontherebel11  Год назад +2

      I had my local shop order them for me, they arrives fairly quickly! The night dragons promise better grip but sacrifice longevity. They definitely have a stiffer carcas, might help with high speed stability, i haven't had a chance to ride them as i'm still waiting for a spacer for the bearings install. You will not be disappointed in the cruistecs, i assure you!
