XR650L Next hopefully, the pinping it would be turning it into a Honda KLR650 basically lol. Longer maintenance intervals (iirc), Much bigger fuel tank (especially if a Safari 10Gal can fit), LED lights.
I know this is supposed to be a one off joke/parody but it was legitimately really enjoyable and top stuff. Genuinely should be a series. Also really enjoyed Bieber doing long form proper video stuff.
2:52 I LOVE the "Surpriseeee" look, in the show they always said the owner had no idea on anything, yet somehow the cameraman was already inside their home :P
I was sceptical first about the joke-to-cool ratio, but after a few min of the actual pimping, I was sold. So yes, please make this a series so we can learn how to fuck with our bikes more better!
The guy chocking the chicken while the boss was gone cracked me up. Probably my new favorite F9 video; gives me an idea for a old Goldwing I can get for cheap...
I know this was a bit of fun but you should seriously do more of these builds and do a series with them! If anyone else on RUclips does builds like this please comment and link the Chanel in as it’s what a lot of us want to watch over the winter months!!!! Really enjoyed this Ryan and team F9! Thank you.
I own a 1987 Honda Rebel CMX250 and I can vouch for everything Ryan said about the Rebel at the beginning. Being 6'2 sucks on it but with some low rise bars, a 2 inch riser adapter and a dual carb from Mikuni the thing is a lot of fun on back roads in the mountains. Literally have me rethinking selling it in spring. Thanks FortNine for building out this cool bike!
Rayans acting (and the shot with him all over the place in that alley), the accurate style of the show, mr mechanic who did an absolut awsome job, the american psyco cut, everything its just perfect here! Please make more of these! :D
This should be a series of its own. Please and thank you. And just when I was wondering if RF9 retired and killed another 45, they go and do something like this!
Paused at 1:49.. I swear to god if Ryan doesn't knock on the door and say yo yo yo, it's ya boy then he's not the moto marketing messiah I thought he was
Still can’t tell if it’s a joke or a new channel series. This video made me smile throughout. Great content from a great team with real talent. Thanks guys.
Dang, you guys did a great job with that conversion! The look on Kolton's face is like that kid who just opened his favorite gift on Christmas. I would've slapped a skid plate on it, but it's not Ryan's to abuse lol
Agreed. A skid plate seems pretty necessary for a dualsport conversion. Heck, even just about every scrambler conversion has a skid plate too! Can't deny the end result looks sick though!
Oh geeze, and it was going so well until you forgot about the chain path. How long do you expect that roller to last? The rubber is going to get thrashed coming on and off the power. A small overhead keeper might help. Or switch to an idler sprocket. What does the chain tension do thru the rear wheel travel? Looks like you also might want a rear sprocket guide. But it looks sharp! Nice fab work, and surely way more fun to ride. I'm just a tiny bit scared about that drive train durability.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Fortnine's Cinematography is absolutely world class. They perfectly captured the early 2000s reality TV feel, and can communicate tons of small storytelling detail with just camera work. Props to all the folks who film, frame, edit, and finish these masterpiece videos, and thank you F9 for posting them all for free for us on YT!!!
Top notch production, growing funny personalities, great parody of PMR, intelligent delivery. And the cherry one top: the finished product is gorgeous. You've hit a new stride, keep it up!
Love to see Luke and Girish working on a full video - Luke's talent was held back by those shorts. This is great, would love to see a full series on these! Never thought I'd see a dual sport Rebel.
This was BY FAR my favorite RUclips video of the year. I thought it would be sort of funny and hokey but the bike is actually legit and the production value of this video would make the networks jealous. I agree with all the comments; this should be a series!
Quite genuinely some of the very best put together content on RUclips. It is utterly wonderful to watch every video. I've no idea how you do it, but please continue to do so
have watched every single f9 video that has come out for the past 10 years and I must say, this one here is by far my favorite. please keep up the series 🙏
Perfect amount of nostalgia, entertainment, humour and genuine enthusiasm to make something great with great people.. .... Best show on any device. In a long time..... It's like that pleasurable time of the week when a new episode of Seinfeld was about to air... you knew you were going to get something great that hit all the right spots. This is a very rare thing these days.... Well up Fortnine!
Thank you! I just have to hand it to you, this was beyond brilliant. And you’ve already topped yourselves so many times. And you do it yet again! I’m literally moved to tears by the love you put into this. From the insanely accurate camera work, the cutting, the sounds, the acting - I mean how! Then … that music. All that music! Finally you completely ace the build, suck us in and do true quality work. In awe, deeply. ❤
I lol'd so hard when our mechanic friend lost is cool on the build montage XD This was such a fun, real build with all the satire and sarcasm from PMR.
Ryan has grown this channel beyond expectations. He's really done so well to surround himself with really great people. Thanks for all the entertainment!
What a fantastic build. Every modification-tank, seat, raising the height, all of it-came together so cohesively and beautifully. If Honda offered this from the factory I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Well done, guys. Well done.
Yes!!!! please, make it a series!!! Love it! Grew up with that show and loved it, if nothing else, for the sheer ludicrousness of the end results. I'd love to see this done to motorcycles. So please consider this a pilot episode. Even though I know this is like a sketch, a pamphlet, or just something for the lulz, but I would definitely watch this on the regular.
My first bike was a Rebel. Tank slapper dents and all. You turned it into a GS. Love the Xibit reference to start off. Great video. More like this would be awesome.
As someone who likes modifying my own bikes, this was a great crash course/refresher course. Loved it. Time to drag my old KZ250 out of the barn and remake the old girl.
That was so awesome, can not describe how much I enjoyed the transformation of the bike, How much I alight with the pump my ride meme And how much i got wowed with one shot cinematograpgy!!! Well done to all of you guys
Ryan with the great side-eyes to the camera when doing the walk-through of the original bike on the "surprise", two-tone paint, making their own clearances. Great acting!
I rode this exact bike in blue, in my MSF course. It was provided by the course. Great learners bike, and it's accommodating as well as reliable as hell from what the instructor had said.
Please make this a series
Agreed

XR650L Next hopefully, the pinping it would be turning it into a Honda KLR650 basically lol.
Longer maintenance intervals (iirc), Much bigger fuel tank (especially if a Safari 10Gal can fit), LED lights.
Canada version of Top Gear…??
Would love to see an ADV resto-mod of an air-cooled cruiser with a shaft drive as they have the long travel offset forks.
I know this is supposed to be a one off joke/parody but it was legitimately really enjoyable and top stuff. Genuinely should be a series. Also really enjoyed Bieber doing long form proper video stuff.
Came here to say exactly this.
Ditto
“Bieber?” Call him by his real nickname: Eyebrows.
@@emmettturner9452 Yes, Eyebrows has become one of my favorites! Good to see more of him in this video!
Would probably be to much work. :-(
The segment of Ryan in different poses all over the alley at 1:35 is gold.
100% busted out laughing, especially when he was hugging the phone poles. 😂😂
Exactly the same reaction 😂😂 pure gold!
Probly spent an hour a 3 people tosoot it too. Makes it even funnier
had me in bits 😅
Would’ve loved it more if they referenced how long it took for walking that short distance. :D
Thanks for the great job. I'm going to keep this bike forever.
👍🥰👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
You've officially been pimped, daddy-o
You better. That was history in the making right there.
It’s really sweet
Enjoy the new ride brother! These guys did an awesome job 🎉🕺
"We wanted Kolton to be comfortable, so we gave him a DR650 seat." First time those words have ever been said together
As the owner of a stock DRZ seat that hangs on the wall I agree. LOL
Haha. Came to say the exact same thing 😂
Nah mate, I did Thredbo to Melbourne (550km) in a day on a DR and my butt was fine!
(who am I kidding, no it wasn't)😐
22 CB500X another seat from hell
The only DRs I have ever seen with stock seats are at the dealerships

"Fortnite, please pimp my ride." 😂😂
I was wondering if I heard that right
@@titaniummechanism3214 yea me too. Definitely made me raise my eyebrow and start checking comments to see if anyone else heard it haha
😂😂😂😂 I swear that's what I heard!!!
lol, had to go back and double check I heard it right
2:52 I LOVE the "Surpriseeee" look, in the show they always said the owner had no idea on anything, yet somehow the cameraman was already inside their home :P
It was not their home, MTV rented a home for them to wait in for the show.
@@Rhetorical346omg thank you MTV now I can mix music, shake cocktails, hang out with my pet goldfish and play PS2, all on the freeway
That's because the cameraman has been living there for a year hiding in the basement making scary noises.
This was my favorite easter egg of the video
Amazing RYan F9 for Primeminster
Ryan's Xzibit impression is flawless.
He's too good.
I had to re-watch just to make sure that wasn't X-to-the-Z himself.
He was clearly a fan
The internet needs more of this actual real world achievable projects with real world budgets, content. Well done!
100% Looks so much better and more usable, and nothing crazily out there a lot of people couldn't do as a couple of weekend's project
All Rebel 250s in North America just went up in value by 50%
I call it fortninification
I was sceptical first about the joke-to-cool ratio, but after a few min of the actual pimping, I was sold.
So yes, please make this a series so we can learn how to fuck with our bikes more better!
The accuracy of this Fortnine pimp my ride to the original show is scary lolol
It’s actually scary
Not gonna lie. I'm disappointed there wasn't a fish tank gas tank and a 42 inch TV that somehow appeared from the tail fender.
It really is, and I loved it for that.
Just missed the owner jumping up and down when they see their car again.
The guy chocking the chicken while the boss was gone cracked me up.
Probably my new favorite F9 video; gives me an idea for a old Goldwing I can get for cheap...
Turning it into a dual-sport? 😅

😂
@@jadenwatt Good catch! ~JB
That smash cut to the screaming had me in stitches - this kid's got some talent and screen presence for sure!
21:19 gold.
Needs to be its own RUclips Short😂
The outburst of rage while building the subframe… was the cherry on top of this new high Quality Edit Class of F9 videos. Great work
One of your best videos. Just perfect. I wouldnt mind this format becoming a recurrent segment a few times per year.
I know this was a bit of fun but you should seriously do more of these builds and do a series with them! If anyone else on RUclips does builds like this please comment and link the Chanel in as it’s what a lot of us want to watch over the winter months!!!! Really enjoyed this Ryan and team F9! Thank you.
Chiming in to be notified if someone shares some of those channels.
waiting for a reply too..
I also require more of this!
Legit. I was expecting something that looked reasonable but was all show for the camera. That's a bona fide ride. You guys never let us down.
Stop. Leave some ideas and audience for the rest of us 😂
Fellas, I'm very much looking forward to your Dakar adventure piece!

When you’re watching old FortNine videos and are interrupted by the arrival of a new FortNine video.
Exact same thing just happened to me
I was watching bikes and beards but I feel you.

18:53 " Not that I didn't doubt you", great minds think alike . . .
1:30 did he say “Fortnite”? That is hilarious. I hope they give his rebel a harlequin headlight😂

Theseus would've been proud!
Fabulous...! Visually, that's one of the best custom jobs I have seen. Mechanically, I have reservations about the chain run.....
How on earth can a channel on a specific topic be that good?
I mean, the production is nothing short of amazing!
I've been obsessed with dual sport and scrambler rebuild videos and to see my favourite RUclips channel just do a random upload of one is truly joyful
I need a Honda DR250 Rebel in my life too. That looks sick!
Your editor needs a raise. This was fantastic!
Ik I speak for everyone when I say make this a series! The parody style is too good.
Everything checks out: the aspect ratio, the rotating camera shots, the wild editing. I love it.
This needs to become a series please, I'd get on my knees and beg if I knew it would make it happen
This should be a series of its own. Please and thank you. And just when I was wondering if RF9 retired and killed another 45, they go and do something like this!

You should seriously consider making a series. One of the most entertaining episodes ever
Never since 2007 has so much effort gone into making a video so terribly good 🤣
Still can’t tell if it’s a joke or a new channel series. This video made me smile throughout. Great content from a great team with real talent. Thanks guys.
This takes me back to when pimp my ride was new. The reactions of the guys when you drive it into the shop is priceless.
I love these kind of builds. Taking a relatively undesirable, overlooked bike and making it awesome. Please please make this a series!
This post should prove to be an instant classic. Awesome! Not only was the humor and production top notch, but the build came out pretty sweet.

i don know how you guys managed to do this but is a masterpiece make it a series please
I´m not convinced about having that chain route but overall that 250 looks GREaaAAT!
The chain rollers feel pretty authentic to the original show😅
Yeah... those will get eaten up stupid fast. You hit the nail on the head there. The rest looks pretty great!
Yeah it’s not ideal but aside from that, a wonderful job.
I'm only 2 mins in and I can say confidently, we NEED a series of this
Hell yeah
Dear Fortnine, please make this a series. I would happily binge this.
Where are the 20+ screens and speakers and neon lighting?
