Whit you have to try adding a little bit of vanilla extract to your oats . 😋 😋 I also add a little bit of ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon lol I get a little crazy with the spices but it’s delicious!!!

I add a lot of spices too. Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom and vanilla.
For me it's nutmeg, cinnamon and always a tiny pinch of salt to bring it all together.😋

I love that you focus on eating healthy foods and your relationship with food. I used to be so strict about calories and I wasn't really enjoying food because i was obsessing about losing weight. Now i just eat my colors and incorporate alot of whole foods without worrying about the numbers.

Okay. I have been struggling to eat healthy due to college and life in general. Although taking this extra time to see how Whitney does it motivates me to do better. I was living off just rice, beans, and Chicken for a while and I got tired of it to the point now I eat so unhealthy because I don’t want to eat just that. I was having a routine and since I stopped eating the nutritions I need. It shows in my mental health and my grades how bad it has been since I stopped eating healthy, going to the gym, and so much. I just want to say that these types of videos motivate me to grab at least an apple because it is so much healthy than a bag of chips.

Hey whit, if you put berries in the oats BEFORE microwaving it tastes so delicious like you’re eating a muffin or something! My favorite is doing it with blueberries or chopped up apples 😊

Keri Villa The way I stay motivated to eat healthy is by making sure the only food I have in my house is healthy food, besides one or two unhealthy snacks like a small thing of vegan ice cream for an occasional treat.
