I am so glad you brought up these food items. So many people buy them thinking its healthy. I've never tried spagetti squash. I do a lot of these already. Can you do a video on your current fitness goals, maybe things about what you find helps your psoriasis food wise and life style wise, and also maybe more fitness videos. That's an interesting video with different alternatives. Just a quick feedback: When comparing the candies, it's better to compare the amount of sugar for the same amount of grams. The pack of swedish fish is 3 times bigger than the smart sweets. Yes it has 65g of sugar compared to 3g, but the portion is also 3x bigger. Love your videos!

The BIGGEST swap discovery made last year - Greek Yogurt for Sour Cream. I used to think people were crazy about using Greek yogurt, but this was a GAME CHANGER. Try using Greek yogurt in your burritos (I mix mine with a bit of cholula sometimes). Trust me.

When i started trying to eat less carbs and less sugar i started reading labels and it’s scary how much strange things are in food. Like why is it there? 🤦🏻♀️ and so many things have added sugar and things that are sweet i hate the taste of it.

My favorite food swaps are smart sweets and popcorners for sure. I also like spindrift when I need to up my water game. But a big game changer has been making my own lactose free yogurt at home!!!! Way less sugars
