      Really helpful. I moved to the USA from Europe about 8 months ago and I’m still shocked how processed and full of sugar a huge amount of regular things are here- breads: pasta sauces - it has been eye opening and shocking. I tend to buy most of my things from trader joe since moving here

    Could you do a video on your pre-work out? I want to make that step but it’s so overwhelming - no clue where to start. Best brands, why even use it, when to use it, post work out, after breakfast or on empty stomach if you work out early.... All of these are questions I’ve asked myself lol

    I love these videos!! We need a part 2 and 3 of the food swaps! I also love your “what I eat in a day”! Can you transition to videos where you show us like 5 dinners, 5 lunches, 5 breakfasts. ( one video for each meal slot showing multiple different ones) one of your videos you make potato shreds with other stuff added to it, I plan on making that one tomorrow!

    also, keep in mind of the peanut butter you buy because of the palm oil! make sure you're buying sustainable palm oil products! do it for the orangutans!!! thanks for some more great tips, girl! :)

    One thing that helps me is to do half/half with the zuchinni noodles or cauliflower rice. A bowl of just cauliflower rice? We got an issue. Half cauli rice half regular rice? A winning combo. :)

      Cassandra Simins Plain Greek yogurt w vanilla extract and stevia extract or plain ol powdered sugar is the best alternative I have found. You get yummy yogurt w minimal effort, mixes with any fruit or smoothie and you know exactly what’s in it! I buy the big containers and make the whole thing vanilla!

    Hey Whit! Just wanted to give you a heads up, the total carbs on a label is the sum of sugar, fiber, and starches in an item. So 29 of the 30 grams of carbs are sugar, the remaining carb is either a gram of fiber or starch. So its not “not only 30 carbs but also 29 grams of sugar”, it’s more of “30 which includes 29 grams of sugar”. Have a beautiful day! 🤗

    I love this video but on nutrition labels, carbs is a larger category that includes sugars, so if the label says 10g of sugar and 10g of carbs, it means the only carb is the sugar

      YESSSS IT'S LITERALLY A GIFT FROM THE GODS. I thought I was gonna have to give up the only condiment I really like because dairy was causing migraines and severe acne and I finally found this one and now I stock up and keep like 2 or 3 in my pantry for fear my grocery store won't have it when I go!

    I absolutely LOVE the So Delicious Rasberry coconut yogurt. It has a different texture than most yogurts but it is AMAZING!

    Chickpea pasta is also a very good alternative!
    ALSO! There’s a super good condiment brand called “primal kitchen” it’s all whole food ingredients!! And it’s keto & paleo friendly

    My FAV dairy-free yogurt at the moment is Silk Dairy-Free Vanilla Yogurt. It is so smooth and creamy, I could eat the whole tub. Another thing I like about it is that it’s not too sweet, which makes it perfect for adding in my plant-based protein powder!

    I like to use 1/2 cup cauliflower rice and 1/2 cup regular rice! Blends together nicely and cuts down calories

    Invisalign yay! Been doing this for 9 months now. Make sure you take before and after pictures as it’ll be tough to see a change for the first 5 trays.
    I’d recommend changing to your new trays in the evening as you’ll sleep through most of the soreness. Also dentures cleaner will help keep them fresh!
    Just remember to pop them back in after having food and you’ll be done in no time :)

    Perfect timing with this video- I just tried red lentil pasta for the first time tonight! It was okay, it was definitely firmer and tasted a little blander than regular pasta, but I think it’s something I could get used to.

    This is seriously an amazing video idea. Please make a series out of this for different meal times (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) or different types of food (pasta dishes, food swaps to transition into going vegan/vegetarian). I swear this would help so much more than trying to follow macros or a meal plan. Also, I love your nutrition videos, but in Canada we don't have trader joes and I swear that is where you get all your healthy food :(

    I really love Icelandic Style yogurt (I get the Skyr brand)...it has even higher protein than Greek yogurt! 22g of protein for 3/4c at only 120 cals 😮 ...also I always go with plain which only has 3g of sugar...and this is also a great swap in tuna salad instead of using mayo 😋

    Lavva for vegan yogurt , low on sugar, and natural !! Get the plain one and mix it with some blueberries, or whatever fruits ... sooo goood !

    Funny story i got an allergic reaction from the red lentils pasta, i went to the ER and the nurses laughed at me when i told them i got the allergic reaction from trying to be healthy 😂

      Similar story, broke one of my molars eating a raw carrot, the dentist was dying when I told him I’d never eat a raw carrot again because French fries have never broke any of my teeth and I almost ate those instead of the carrot that day 🙄🙄

    I would also recommend Kombucha as a soda replacement. So fizzy and much less sugar. Good for your digestive system too!

    Thank you SO much for not being totally all about macros when it comes to eating. So many fitness gurus only care about macros and forget about the actual ingredients going into their food that directly affect our bodies. Sugars, fake sugars, weird oils, etc. It aint all about the calories. Thank you!!!

    Alpro has the best vegan yoghurts! The closest to greek yoghurt in my opinion is the Alpro Zero sugars soya yoghurt or the Alpro go-on quark.

    CoYo is the best vegan yogurt! The new Chobani non-dairy is not bad either but it isn't that thick. The CoYo is super thick.

      @@xoxojustme113 Unfortunately I think there's legit like 0... it's a coconut milk yogurt and hella indulgent on the fat, but I eat it for the probiotics and if I want to up the protein I will mix in a couple spoons of Orgain protein and add some kind of protein granola, chia and hemp seeds and maybe berries as kind of like a parfait thing. But then you're looking at the cals being around a full meal for a parfait lol.

    I would love a another healthy food swap video, specifically one for desserts/sweets would be fantastic. You’re swaps are so true and helpful I’ve implemented so many of them in my fitness journey. I began watching your channel 3 years ago and became one of the biggest motivators for my fitness journey.     I had pms and fell into the arms of peanut butter (skippy) and then I was like wait what the heckabob I know better than this lol so I bought the Kirkland almond butter and it is absolutely amazing !!! 🌸

    Try *Clear American* sparkling water!! It’s so good and has 0 calories 0 sugar! My favorite is wild cherry and black cherry they have all different flavors!
