10-15 warm up of choice
incline treadmill walking, stairmaster, etc.
4 SETS:
8 single-arm emphasis lat pulldown into 5 lat pulldowns
SUPERSET: 3 SETS
12 cable kayak rows (using straight bar attachment)
10 underhand high to low row (using straight bar attachment)
3 SETS:
15 cable face pulls using rope attachment
3 SETS:
12 barbell or dumbbell bicep curls
SUPERSET: 3 SETS
12 high to low bent over row
10 single arm bent over dumbbell row each arm
BURN OUT: 2 SETS

I got my pepper spray last week! Listen. I was in Kohl's after the gym looking at work out clothes. This huge guy was following me while I was shopping. I lost him in another department but it really scared me. And I know he could have been buying an outfit for his wife or girlfriend but I am very good with vibes and I know when something isn't right. He was looking at this shirt then me. And I moved a couple racks over and so did he while he was looking at me. I almost called my husband to come get me but when I took off to the toys I lost him. I ordered pepper spay as soon as I got home! And truthfully, I should have called my husband to get me.

Love the workouts this month!!! Got me sore but ripped hellz yeah! Maybe you could do inner,outer, upper thigh workout with calves my gym doesn’t have the thigh machines some reason. Love this workout though seriously!!! I also just got that pepper spray last Thursday a man tried breaking into my apartment at 7am right after my boyfriend left for work so they come in handy

i followed the back portion of this workout today (biceps were still sore from back and biceps the other day but my back has not been feeling activated AT ALL recently with the exercises i’ve been doing) so gave the back portion a go to really try activate my lats and rear delts and oh my godddddd game changer; my new favourite upper body workout, gonna do the whole thing the next back and bicep day but honestly this is so good my rear delts were on fire and my lats are still feeling worse for wear like 3 hours later, honestly so good never felt a burn like this!!!
