So many toxic comments on this guest. I think it says more about the guys than her. Many seem upset that she won't cook and clean. Others that she didn't have much of interest to say. I don't get it. Is it because she is the type of girl who wouldn't give them a second look ?
She's a social media "influencer" who lives in L.A. I think it's virtually inpossible for modern women to grow up in this environment and not develop an ego.
Not just a normal ego, a narcissistic and toxic one. Gender dynamics are broken and the 80-20 rule is making many dudes simps. An excess of adoration is deadly.
Thinking they’re mature for wanting to act older than their peers. (But more like shaming others for wanting to take their time enjoying their youth). They hit 30: I’m still so young!
I was talking with this girl the other day and she didn't just say I am mature for my age, but she even went on to say that all men are less mature than women of their own age because they have it harder or something. She said this when I was questioning her about her egalitarian thoughts although she's never dated a man her age or younger, or just men in her own level in general.
Tried it out with over 4 gen z girls since 2 years ago , and over a dozen that I chatted with but never met IRL. It was exhausting with every single one of them when it came to communication. I blame the smartphone. They don't know how to do shit without a screen in front of them, especially effectively communicating
It’s actually smart he got her on. She has a large following and a younger audience. Having her here opens up her audience to his videos in the future. She’s 22, you can’t fault her. But I think Chris got her on for the first reason I mentioned and because insights or lack of it aside, she seems like a nice person to talk with regardless. Don’t think every guests needs to be an eye opener. Regardless this was smart on Chris’s part.
Ummm not sure how to translate this comment. Lets hear her out. If he has male cross fit guys as a guest its only fair his female listeners potentially might find this refreshing. Joe Rogan has shitty guests right after Jordan Peterson
Will you help me understand which is which end of the spectrum? Not a very wide band at any rate. I'd just expect someone with a PHD to delineate themselves a bit more.
I got rid of Instagram, Facebook, etc. 4 years ago leading up to the last U.S. election. Just got tired of people trying to influence my opinions and a beautiful thing happened. I forgot it all exists. I still have plenty of other life problems, but I’m grateful that social media isn’t one of them. Life is hard enough without it.
When girls are wearing basically underwear in the gym it’s extremely hard to not look at them. If you don’t want people to look at you you don’t have to wear super tight fitting clothes. As a guy if I wear a skin tight crop top and compression shorts I’m gonna get looks too. Women want the freedom to wear whatever they want, wherever they want without taking accountability for any of the consequences.
Also it's just rather dumb, like, wake the fuck up we are the human species, it is our instinct to act on attraction so when anyone shows up in revealing clothes working their body, they're gonna get looks. Some guys have more discipline to put their focus elsewhere, others don't. But to act like it is illegal and should be frowned upon, is the same as saying we should fight our natural biological instincts as a species just because some people are insecure about the fact that they have a body and that attraction is a real concept they can not control.. Instead of feeling bad about it, may as well just take it as complements that you are being admired for the work you've put into your body as well as your genes. Like, girl. Wake up, you're attractive, it's a part of life that a lot of guys will be fascinated with how attractive you are. As long as they are not harassing you or interrupting your workout, then who really cares? Setting up cameras to record in public space is much more of a harassment situation than any individual looks/glances you may receive here and there.
No different from any woman her age. Very few women are interesting until the age of 30. She was high-powered, responsive and engaging. She smiled and laughed, and was charming.
@@Krelian4400 I'd say it's more infinite opportunity than infinite value. Infinite value would mean she would be cherished, she's more likely going to be cheated on than cherished.
This woman is part of the 1% that is popular etc. I know Chris has interviewed female scholars before but i'd like to hear from a woman that is maybe just kind of a normal person, not a narcissist because there are woman that are not these things.
Exactly. Like the way she handled questions about male attention, we've seen other popular female figures handle those questions so cynically but she dealt with it maturely and with optimism. She's got a great attitude.
The irony that they create content for millions of male followers to look at their bodies, but one guy looks at them at the gym and it’s a problem. The difference is the followers pay the bills and the gym bros get it for free. Sound like any other professions?
I remember in one of her videos she said she doesn't even want to learn to cook or clean . As a man I would love to learn both . Her life is the gym that is all . Social media influencer so she eats expensive food and does not live in the real world. Less about her personality and character more about her actions
1. Be good looking + go gym = become famous influencer Believe it or not Men could have this same formula and will not have her success. Men will have to bring more tangible value to audiences for that same result.
I would like to hear Chris' explanation for this episode, as to why he chose Sara for a guest, no shade to her. This went exactly how I expected it to when I saw his post on Instagram. I'm a fan of speaking to different people and getting varied opinions so I don't mind this, as much as I acknowledge that she brought virtually no intellectual conversation to this (felt like Chris was dumbing himself down).
I imagine it is because they're both Gymshark 'athletes' so the opportunity organically arose. Also, perhaps Chris thought this might be a good way to bring a new audience to his channel.
To the other repliers point, she is also much younger than Chris and has exclusively been raised (literally due to age and technological advancement) in an influencer internet world. If she tried to talk older than she is and more like a Jordan Peterson aged person it would probably come off more cringe than anything.
@onthebrightside404 I don't mind that at all, but I don't think she was the best person to speak on it or give insightful responses to his questions. I think that is a necessary topic of discussion, just the wrong person to discuss it
@@chevyblock550 Bro, it's not about simping. As a man, if you don't contribute any value, and a woman like her brings some kind of value to the table, she has every right to decide whether she wants to do household chores or not. @@tonycatman you can't get past her looks. we can. once you get past that, there's nothing there. just a young, free spirit, floating through life on easy mode. not considering anyone else's wants or needs but her own. she's not charming, she's a benevolent narcissist. she didn't do anything overtly wrong, she's just naive & self absorbed. men want no parts of her outside of sex.
Because she’s a woman so u can have 1/100th of the accolades as a man and still be considered to be “on the same level” even though women have it easier as well compared to men.
20:08 Chris is big simping here. he just talked about how its important for men to have drive as an attraction trigger to women 10 seconds ago, then in the next breath, joins in with her on shaming men for what they want in a woman which is cooking, cleaning, caretaking, motherly qualities (to take care of a family & children) this is the low hum of male-shaming that men get in society. women's needs praised, men's needs shamed.
@@ALTheFreeMan there's playing devil's advocate like Joe Rogan does & then there's knowingly joining in on the insanity like this. one of these things is not like the other. Episodes like these make you appreciate the good guests Chris usually brings on. This girl brought no wisdom to the podcast. Lets not even call it softcore. It's prostitution when you monetize your sexual appeal or use it as grounds for advertising to a specific audience. IG influencers, Onlyfans, the whole lot. Just because there isn't always explicit full nudity or physical interaction, doesn't change the grounds for what is being promoted. They're selling their bodies and sex appeal, total objectification of themselves, with no other core motive than money and status. Is what it is. And it's fine, it's one of the oldest professions in human history, but lets not treat it for something it's not. If there weren't a horde of guys online to sell attraction to, the entire business would fall apart.
It's always funny to hear a girl talk about guys looking at them.. I remember as a kid my two sisters in thier late teens complaining about guys looking. My Mother told them " wait till men stop looking, then you will really have something to complain about"....
My god bro she stated she doesn't mind the looks but gets creeped out about the staring regardless of gender and doesn't like to be approached because when you get approach by someone you don't know their intentions
I stare because some of them decide to do their squats or whetever right in front of me. I am good looking enough so I never got called bad names, quite the opposite I got giggles and small talk. I wish male only gyms to become legal again as they were before the 70s
Sidenote. It has to become ok again to approach people at the gym/ work and ask them out. Of course it's not ok to be a creep but if you feel violated if someone talks to you then you have to grow up and get a spine. We used to fight wolves in the wilderness and stand in shield walls on battlefields. Now we can't even talk to each other for fear of adult children having tantrums. This is not how I imagined the fall of civilization.
Agreed. I have had plenty of very forward interactions with men asking me out. A few have been a bit sleazy but even those I just held my own and stayed firm. Unless I felt like I was going to be attacked (never) I would just chaulk it up to a them problem for having poor social skills and move on with my life. I always tried to be gracious because doing that is intimidating and I can certainly empathize because most of the men I've dated, including my current husband, I have asked out myself! If women want equality they really should not expect to be handled like a fragile little egg when being approched by an interested party.
@Samantha-pn4zk exactly. I also have been approached in "suboptimal" ways, by women and gay men. It's not a reason to give up on the world. You can't become a strong independent woman/ man without actually doing things and experience the world. Congratulations and good luck in your marriage!
@@Samantha-pn4zk women do so much complaining about men approaching, if women did all the approaching that would completely fix the problem & then you get the additional bonus of seeing how incredibly difficult it is as your approach needs to be honed & polished over a number of years & even decades to see consistent results & even after you get a "yes" you still have to have the social skills to carry it into a date & turn it into a relationship. most men say yes to women so it won't even be half as hard for women. yet women still aren't willing to approach.
For suicide awareness month i would like to talk about as a young man the unrealistic expectations society has especially young women like this. She said a man must always be learning and improving but is there ever a point when i am enough? Must i always be chasing success like a carrot on a stick in this rat race of a maze we call life? Am i only loved by the measure of love that i bring, is love bought and sold will i be worthy of love after i make x amount of money and have achieved a name for myself? see this young women thinks she is more mature than young men her age but there is so much she still doesn't know. Because society puts her on a pedestal and tells her she deserves only the best while guys like me who will never be good enough end up eating a bullet because we have had enough. Yes women need to be choosy but must their expectation be so sky high? Will they ever be satisfied with just an ordinary guy? or must i be mister perfect who has it all figured out, the Wight of the world is on my shoulders to bear and when it all falls apart I'm told i should have given more. So many men just want to be loved yet we endure so much pain and sacrifice our time and health for a family that wants more and more from us its never enough.
Brutal- but accurate. Women hate nothing more than a man who is content with what he has because they want everything but don’t want to earn it. They want it handed to them by the man they deemed lucky enough to serve them.
I'm in my early 40s now. I felt exactly like this in my 20s. It was only when I got into my 30s that I was able to call the shots. I had attained some wealth, experience, confidence, etc. And by that point, women in my age group had changed mentally. They were thinking more like women who want family and children and most of all, they had to bargain. Most ladies in their early to mid 20s aren't looking for husbands so their calculus for mate selection is much more shallow. Continue to build yourself. Make money. Work out. The ladies will come later.
You are so right…. She is sort of a small nightmare to some men….luckily there are some better women out there…choose wisely, best not to rush….once married it’s a hell to get out… better, don’t marry!🕊🧡
I generally didn't think there was anything wrong with her, although I didn't take much from the episode. I will say that the fact that she could gain 1.9 million followers and she only started working out two years ago is a good example of female privilege. I wonder how long before people start admitting that female privilege exists. I also disagree about men and having passionate hobbies. Men have to have the "right" hobbies to be attractive. There's plenty of hobbies that are considered dorky or basic (i.e. too many other guys are doing them and therefore are "uninteresting"), and so they won't increase a man's attractiveness.
Women also need to have the right hobbies to be attractive to men. Like lifting weights and becoming fit. Sure she was attractive before she started, but the transformation she gained in the gym was what catapulted her career. And it’s not like she just rolls out of bed and snaps a couple of selfies for her insta. She put in a ton of effort lifting and a ton more effort building her brand and taking/editing appealing photos. And who are the ones following her? Mostly men. So the privilege she has that so many men look down on is something that other men have given her, because she’s attractive and she’s in the gym and she’s presenting herself in a way that shows off all her effort. I’m not sure if you were trying to discredit her, but too many men have and will out of jealousy. They don’t understand they’re the ones fueling the thing they’re so mad at, and then they get jealous that a woman is successful when they’re not.
So much virtue signaling by her and had to click off. I gave it a chance. Stay away from conspiracy theorists and young, female influencers. I love your podcast and am commenting for the algorithm.
I listened to this one in bits and pieces. Let's remember she is very young and just about anyone given her opportunities would take them. What I've found in my own life experience thus far is that some people get their success opportunities early and if they are wise they save like she is doing. Most people have to spend ample amounts of time working on their character and skills before any success opportunities come their way. This can take years or even decades. Please understand, this is better for you. You will develop patience, depth of mind and more meaningful relationships. Better to burn slow and long that burn bright and burn out.
She's only just reached the first stage of "I think I have matured", which is the prime fallacy of people who have, in fact, not matured. She's found dedication and what feels like purpose, and having that sense of direction makes it easy for her to make certain choices and get the appearance of stability. That is easy to mistake as maturity, but give her another 10-15 years and she will most likely look back and see how much was still left on the table for her to grow into.. That is, if she actually does mature. Not guaranteed.
I get people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones but sometimes there's nothing wrong with criticism, even if it's coming from a person who doesn't have their stuff in order.
I tried and couldn't do this one either. She is the same age as my children and they do not behave in such ways. They began helping around the house when they were toddlers. My 23yo daughter has been with her boyfriend for 8 years and have had their own apartment for 5 years now and my 22 yo son has been living with roommates for over a year now. So fear not she definitely doesn't represent all gen z!
This is one of my favorite podcasts. I thought the comments were maybe wrong here. But they wernt... The only value in this episode I saw was the exposure of modern young girls today. At least she provides insight into the subtleties of the fall of the wall.
100%. This interview shows what I've already seen from over a dozen interactions and 4 short term relationships with gen z girls that I keep matching with on dating apps 🙄. I'm staying away for the most part, when MOST of girls this age are like this . Maybe I need to move into the rural Midwest and I can be proven wrong but I doubt less than 50% of gen z girls are like this
@@BlackstoneJIt’s no better than the Midwest, except that we have a higher ratio of obese women whom think they’re as special as this cupcake seems to think she is.
Kudos to Chris for being so inviting and genuinely interested in having an fruitful conversation. Most of us guys would have left the room after 5 minutes of her insufferable influencer talk.
This is really sad to watch. While it is good to have a guest from a different walk of life (let's call it that), this is the reason I gave up dating. I mean, I am not part of the Gen Z, I am a bit older, but the slow emergence of girls like this was just too much for me. And hey, I live alone, I do my laundry, cooking, and cleaning, I took care of my dying grandma (kept her at home till the very last day), and then you have ladies who tell you that men have no motivation, men are weak, and they should "men up" (this phrase should be illegal or something), and girls who spent their days in gyms and traveling, while arguing about it being the best way to live life, while adding to their dating profiles that they are looking for a man who will cook for them, because they won't learn. Well, too bad. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next interview. Hopefully it is gonna be another 3,5 hours of food for the human brain like the one with Eric.
@@kc6810 I am not saying that things should remain as they are (rather as they were). That is not a healthy option. On the other hand though, what does woman like her bring to the relationship? Won't care for you when you are ill, because cooking or doing laundry is of the table and "it is time to hit the gym, bro?" So let the times chance, but people as individuals should face all the consequences, not just pinpoint the stuff they want. That's all.
This is exactly why Chris did this podcast, to show us what a genZ woman is like when she is at her peak of the peak. If you feel sad, it means you are normal. If you like this video, something is wrong with you. She is not dumb or disgrace. She was born with this tommy boy traits and interests, and that's what make her successful. Young boy look for good looking young lady, plus gym videos and muscle. She fits everything and find Brad as the ladder to climb herself into the massive young lonely male follower. Way more beautiful woman are dumber than her and waste their value at peak, chose to marry some loser and live a pathetic life.
When did she say men are weak and have no motivation?? Also she’s 22 getting her masters, makes good money for herself, is funny, doesn’t show it all or do of, takes care of her mother after her fathers passing… how is that not respectable?? if she brings in money to the relationship why does she have to stay home all day to cook and clean?
There’s value in this interview, just not what one typically gets from this channel. This interview has spotlighted exactly what Louise Perry and Esther Perel have told us is out there. Caveat emptor. Thanks for putting it out there Chris.
"I'm mature for my age" 5 minutes later "I would never do somebody else's laundry." FFS. She's a child. The whole point in marriage and relationships is that you look after each other and the kids. The lack of willingness to do household things is a problem because it shows she doesn't care.
@@k.l.7782 That's not what she says though. She doesn't say "I don't want to be a mother to my husband/ partner", which is perfectly understandable. She says she would never do someone else's laundry. I'm being charitable in that I'm assuming she isn't talking about her children if she ever had any, but that she wouldn't do any for her partner. It's just such a childish thing to say/approach to have.
@@k.l.7782 She's exactly like the rest of the gym "boss" babe types that most guys have tried to deal with in real life. They have no real world skills, a long list of expectations and a distorted view of reality due to the amount of attention they get from men. The idea that she would have to go out of her way to do something for another person that didn't just involve money or gaining clout from never crosses her mind. I've been part of the fitness/competitive lifting communities for 20yrs, trying to talk to these kind of women is a headache. Their obsession with social media, themselves and lack of real world skills is staggering.
She's 22 years old. And growing in a society that has taught her exactly that. From how smart she is, I think she'll eventually get there. She already started taking cooking lessons. I think she'll be fine
Settings up a wide angle camera for hours that is auto focusing on & recording anyone in the room without consent needs to stop. Invading other's spaces with a smartphone makes you the problem. Not the person glancing in your direction wondering what is going on.
@squibbelsmcjohnson The law is different everywhere, & there are open questions. Of personal cameras verses security cameras in public spaces, & do those publishing content qualify for journalistic exceptions. Personally would simply prefer better behavior with cameras & uploads.
I did hear something like that from one of my female friends, that they feel uncomfortable when guys look at them train with their ultra tights gym clothes. Not even staring but looking every once in a while, because they either are right in front of a machine or something. While I can understand not being comfortable with it, clothes some girls choose to wear to the gym are basically designed to gather attention. I'm sorry, if a very attractive woman walks in front of my and starts doing squats while I'm resting between sets on a machine, I can't just stare at a ceiling whole time.
Yeah I have no sympathy for a woman who wears extremely tight clothes and then complains that people look at her. Those clothes are designed to make you look naked and to most men there's very little difference between a girl in a skin suit and being naked. If you don't want to be looked at wear some jogging pants and a sweatshirt or hell just normal track pants. Your clothes don't have to be so tight I can see the outline of your vagina lips. It's the same for girls who wear a bunch of makeup and then get mad that guys are approaching them or paying attention to them in different ways than when they don't wear makeup. The whole point of makeup is to recreate signs of sexual fertility and arousal
They wear it because they do want attention and looks, but only from the guys they are attracted to, a guy they don’t like giving attention disgusts them. It’s the same reason why you’ll find the same women complaining no good guys approach her but also say she is annoyed and upset by guys who do approach her.
Which is why you shouldn't legislate against that unless you can legislate against a specific action that the men do (which applies both to the chads and everybody else equally)@@billusher2265
Staring and looking are two different things she even stated months ago that she doesn't mind the looks but gets creeped out about the staring and being approached because when you get approached by someone you necessarily don't know their intentions
Hahahaha. My internal monologue "2k upvotes and 1.7k downvotes. How is this possible on a Chris Williamson interview?" "Daaaaaaaaaaamn." On the otherhand, this is the way to interview. Let your guest talk and make their point in the way they want, and facilitate them doing it. There is no need to be combative if they say dopey things. Those things will be immediately apparent to the audience. And (as far as we know) they will be the truth because the guest provided them themselves under idea circumstances. Let your guest dig their own holes if they want. No need to help them. And the deeper and more sincerely they do it, the more you learn.
i haven't even watched this yet, but let me take some guesses at what she's about to say: she's a model & fitness influencer, so because of her looks she thinks she's entitled to the top 1% of men & is frustrated about why she can't get 1% men to commit to her. 1% men are hard to date & aren't willing to settle down after spending a lifetime building themselves up to be attractive enough to get her attention. she ignores the other 99% of men who would likely be easier to date & is venting about men who are out of her league. how close was i? 🤔
Modern Wisdom featuring a girl who became famous filming her squats? couldn't listen to this... Looking forward to another episode with a guest who has actual knowledge and ideas to share..
"Muscle mommies" are not attractive to me and I dare to say most people. I mean you can be lean, even ripped, but when you cross that line where its very unnatural it's just disturbing. Maybe I should work out more, idk, but I think "muscle mommies" are the opposite of attractive.

“I don’t think the gym is where I’d wanna be approached, so I don’t think I’d wanna approach someone in the gym” Short of debilitating social anxiety, I can’t think of any guy who wouldn’t enjoy that Married? “Oh thank you, but I’m married.” Gay? “oh thanks, you’re gorgeous… do you have a brother?” The vast majority of men don’t get compliments, let alone hit on (especially with a degree of obviousness that we can notice lmao) I’m still riding the emotional high I got when a girl I caught from falling at a music concert called me jacked in 2016
She doesn't want guys approaching her at the gym, but then complains that guys she dates don't understand her lifestyle commitments. Also said that the age of a guy looking at her in the gym matters, so if you're around the age she might date then it's fine for you to check her out, otherwise look away. If she doesn't want a guy approaching her in the gym, why does it matter how old a guy is if he's checking her out?
Oh not another nonsense comment. When she’s at the gym she’s working, why would she want that? And yes, guys don’t understand her lifestyle commitments, even guys who work out who aren’t doing it for business reasons. Sure, the age of the guy matters. So for you there’s no difference if granny is checking you out, rather than a 22 year old? Get real! She’s not attracted to older men, why should she be?
@@rejectionisprotection4448 If a guy sees a woman in her workplace (e.g. she's a barista, and he's getting a coffee) whom he's never likely to see elsewhere, he shouldn't ask her out? (Does it work the other way round - if he's the barista and serves a cute customer, should he not ask her out?) I don't know what kind of guys she dates (I had no idea who she was before this video, because it's years since I last watched a Bradley Martyn video), but if she was open to dating guys who approached her in the gym, maybe they'd be more likely to understand the demands of her career because they'd see her at work. The trouble with being attractive is that you don't get to control who finds you attractive. If I was being checked out by someone I didn't find attractive, it would be validation of my attractiveness that I'd choose not to act on. There was a study done which showed that the age of women that men find most attractive is typically in the early 20s, irrespective of the man's age. She's under no obligation to date anyone she's not attracted to, but she can't really be upset that men of a variety of ages find her attractive.

I actually liked this podcast. I think people are getting so caught up in the intellectually stimulating and wisdom provoking content podcasts like these provide they forget what the average conversation with the average person is like. It makes you appreciate good conversations even more.
So true, this entire comment section is filled with misogynistic, grandiose narcissistic, black-pilled, trad-con incels that are putting down this, granted, young and inexperienced, but obviously honest, hard-working, and above-average intelligent woman down to make themselves feel better and like they're worth more than they actually are.
@@kenjifugimoto I'm not saying she's a top tier guest by this podcasts standards, or some conversational (or any other kind of...) genius, by any means. But the sheer amount and intensity of hate she's getting is simply unwarranted.
What I've taken from the whole thing: Somehow she managed to turn every 'intetesting answer to an interesting question' into the most boring. Guys, I guess, we have to learn how to do this...
I keep saying and I stand by this; when it comes to dudes looking at girls working out while filming them selves. Nine out of ten times, they want the attention because they dress up like sl*ts and then go to the gym. What did you expect? Then they catch one guy enjoying the view, and of course there are limits, but if you dont want the attention, then dont dress like an escort. Pretty simple to me.
This makes zero sense, this random girl dates a weight lifter and now is being interviewed as what???? This is why the fitness industry and social media is bogus… Lame
Bud Light's mistake wasn't really Dylan so much as it was the combo of Dylan and the interview with the woman who hired Dylan openly disparaging their core audience in a video at the same time. They spoke their disdain out loud and the people they disdained took their money elsewhere. As they should.
If you knew anything about Sara then you would know that multiple times she stated that she doesn't mind the looks but gets creeped out about the staring, after all staring and looking are two different things. She also says she doesn't want to be approached at the gym mainly because she doesn't know the intentions of someone who approached her at the gym
Why is everyone hating on Sara? I love her! Yes this wasn't the most intellectual conversation of all time but it was still a fun and interesting conversation. Cool to see a young woman succeeding with her own unique personality. Can't wait to see Alain de Botton on the pod, Chris! That would be awesome, manifesting that for you 🤞
if someone, man or woman, doesn't/can't/won't do simple adult responisbilities like cooking food and cleaning for themselves and or others, then they are a child, full of entitlement. it's not even about cooking and cleaning for the man, it's basic adult responsibilities, this girl isn't "mature for her age" at all 22 and can't cook and clean , never heard of her before, a young girl who has been catapulted to fame and fortune in a short amount of time has warped her mind. she wouldn't cook and or clean for anyone, then she'd be a terrible mother.
Chris, you were quite dismissive of men getting leg-breaking surgery, as if this was for "arbitrary" reasons. Why not drill down on that? There is lots of evidence that women prefer taller men, so for a shorter man to go to extreme measures to compensate is not "arbitrary", it's actually a valid strategy. Why not interview a man who has done this? Why not interview a sociologist, etc. who can speak to the real evidence that most women, even shorter women, are quite prejudiced against shorter men? PS: we often hear the fallacious comparison that "men don't like larger-bodied women so why can't women have preferences?"... because even a woman with unlucky genes has much more latitude to change her body composition via diet & exercise that a man born 5'8" or under! Shorter men are stuck with their height unless they undergoes very expensive & potentially harmful procedures, they can't just "eat less, move more" LOL. I think you should add this topic to your "to do list". Thanks.
While women do 'prefer' taller men, being short by no means you won't find someone. The list of successful men under 5'8 is pretty long and I'm almost certain none of them are incels! If she didn't like you before you repeatedly broke your legs and underwent painful surgery, she's not the one in any case! Ps I've seen a couple of photos and videos of men that have done this, the proportions are all off. Each to their own but it's far from a perfect solution.
"so for a shorter man to go to extreme measures to compensate is not "arbitrary", it's actually a valid strategy" no it isnt, your basically destroying your body because you want a superficial woman.
@@rafresendenrafresenden.1644 I said it was a valid strategy, that doesn't mean I condone it. Regarding your "destroying your body" comment, it is still a less consequential or risky procedure than some cosmetic ones and certainly less than any gender affirming surgery. Also, to dismiss the idea only to "want a superficial woman" is inaccurate. If only a few superficial women rejected shorter men, then it wouldn't be an issue... the problem is that the majority of women on dating apps reject shorter men!
@@robws007 the majority of women??? go outside and go to new places go meet new people. why are you on dating apps? and you dont know the majority of women, people normally dont even know 0,1% of the total population of their country
I look up to the *extremely traditional/stereotypical* ability of a woman to provide for a family. Being able to maintain my own home and feed myself good food is a really powerful self-sooth and self care. Everyone should be able to do it. When it comes to producing well-adjusted children, the example a healthy mother and father set is extremely important. Having an orderly home is important. Eating healthy food, made from real ingredients, is important. I have learned to cook for myself and others because that was what my grandmother did to show love. It was an extremely potent way to gather people together as well. It sounds sexist, but I look up to a woman with the soft skills that would translate into good motherhood/home keeper. Since I don’t want to be a hypocrite or have double standards I learned to do those things myself. I hope that saves me from the sexism. I feel like I can write above average, but that’s about the only way of self expression I have. Anyone with any physically creative(drawing, painting, etc) outlet is extremely interesting to me. In the end though, I truly believe masculinity and femininity are just aesthetics. They’re scents of perfume, and clothes, and body shape, and how deep your voice is. The characteristics that make up a good person fits well on both sexes. A good characteristic of a man may be more attractive on a man, but it would still be part of a well rounded person on a woman, and vice versa. Also, a toxic characteristic a woman has would still be unattractive on a man. There are toxic masculine men and there are deep, loving, good natured effeminate men. Also vice versa.

Will you help me understand which is which end of the spectrum? Not a very wide band at any rate. I'd just expect someone with a PHD to delineate themselves a bit more.
Would love to see an interview with someone who has no social media and how different their world view is
This. And how they manage to live that way.
The thing that everyone thinks but nobody says, and we all know why
If a man goes to the gym in his underwear . . . people are definitely going to look. It would be a non-verbal way of propositioning every woman there.
Very true! And people wonder why so many guys are addicted to p*rn.
Hard disagree just stop being a creep

I'm a fan of speaking to different people and getting varied opinions so I don't mind this, as much as I acknowledge that she brought virtually no intellectual conversation to this (felt like Chris was dumbing himself down).
I imagine it is because they're both Gymshark 'athletes' so the opportunity organically arose. Also, perhaps Chris thought this might be a good way to bring a new audience to his channel.
Gymshark. The reason is gymshark.

from Eric Weinstein, to this. here's some modern wisdom: softcore prostitution comes in many forms.
At last a sensible, nuanced comment.
I see “ everything “ wrong with her….sorry …cringy is putting it mildly…
So much virtue signaling by her and had to click off. I gave it a chance. Stay away from conspiracy theorists and young, female influencers. I love your podcast and am commenting for the algorithm.
100% agreed
I only made it to about 13 minutes 😭😭😭
Somebody who uses the term "conspiracy theories" has already disqualified himself....
So agreeing with you…. I certainly don’t envy her….in fact I pity her. ;(
Well said
No, no. She's very "mature" for her age. Haven't you experienced the wisdom that comes out of her mouth?
W
"growin up, did you notice any change in...." bro, she's 22. She's basically a child. She's been old enough to remember stuff for 10 years.
Amazing how all these non productive people are so full of advice for how OTHER people should behave and live.
I simply can’t watch the end of this video….makes me sick to my stomach…;(
I get people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones but sometimes there's nothing wrong with criticism, even if it's coming from a person who doesn't have their stuff in order.
8 years and not married????!!!
yet, here you are watching this 22 year old on this video. Mind you, an hour long podcast.

Chris playing the long game lmao
Kinda feels like he is interviewing his neighbors, kid from down the street
Her: I think I am mature for my age
Also Her: I would never do laundry for anyone else

@@imthel0rd Unlikely she's bringing money to the table. Anyone she wants to date is probably going to be much better off than she is.
There’s value in this interview, just not what one typically gets from this channel. This interview has spotlighted exactly what Louise Perry and Esther Perel have told us is out there. Caveat emptor. Thanks for putting it out there Chris.

"I would never do somebody else's laundry."
FFS. She's a child.
The whole point in marriage and relationships is that you look after each other and the kids.
The lack of willingness to do household things is a problem because it shows she doesn't care.
She also said she would get turned on by a guy who's passionate about plumbing. A self-gaslighter drinking her own Kool-Aid if I've ever seen one.
What she's referring to is playing mommy for a grown man. Of course you EACH do laundry when you live together.
It was interesting listening to Chris having a conversation with himself.
"Gen Z Chads are impossible to date"
Surely you can remove “Gen Z” from that and it still be accurate
Settings up a wide angle camera for hours that is auto focusing on & recording anyone in the room without consent needs to stop. Invading other's spaces with a smartphone makes you the problem. Not the person glancing in your direction wondering what is going on.
@squibbelsmcjohnson The law is different everywhere, & there are open questions. Of personal cameras verses security cameras in public spaces, & do those publishing content qualify for journalistic exceptions. Personally would simply prefer better behavior with cameras & uploads.
So this one is worth skipping, just got that vibe after 12 seconds
Yes you can is not dificult
Which is why you shouldn't legislate against that unless you can legislate against a specific action that the men do (which applies both to the chads and everybody else equally)@@billusher2265
Staring and looking are two different things she even stated months ago that she doesn't mind the looks but gets creeped out about the staring and being approached because when you get approached by someone you necessarily don't know their intentions
Hahahaha. My internal monologue "2k upvotes and 1.7k downvotes. How is this possible on a Chris Williamson interview?"
"Daaaaaaaaaaamn."
On the otherhand, this is the way to interview.
The video quality's crisp 👌🏽
At least she's honest about just wanting notoriety and to be seen.
It’s no virtue to be openly narcissistic. Narcissism was a curse that invited divine wrath in mythology.
That might be enough for some men, but not for those with a brain and empathy….she’s got neither.
i haven't even watched this yet, but let me take some guesses at what she's about to say: she's a model & fitness influencer, so because of her looks she thinks she's entitled to the top 1% of men & is frustrated about why she can't get 1% men to commit to her. 1% men are hard to date & aren't willing to settle down after spending a lifetime building themselves up to be attractive enough to get her attention. she ignores the other 99% of men who would likely be easier to date & is venting about men who are out of her league. how close was i? 🤔

(Does it work the other way round - if he's the barista and serves a cute customer, should he not ask her out?)
I don't know what kind of guys she dates (I had no idea who she was before this video, because it's years since I last watched a Bradley Martyn video), but if she was open to dating guys who approached her in the gym, maybe they'd be more likely to understand the demands of her career because they'd see her at work.

I keep saying and I stand by this; when it comes to dudes looking at girls working out while filming them selves.
Thanks.
I second that!
