If you put it in manual mode and shift with the shifter is it fast like a FMVB or does it take a second to shift? I'm wanting to auto shift on the street with the holley and manual shift at the track by flipping that switch.
I wired my d3 to the reverse lights and micro switch in the shifter, so I don't even have to think about pressing a button for reverse. How do you have the Holley setup to go in manual mode with the flip of the switch?
Michael Kelley have a micro switch in my shifter that used to trigger reverse lights when it was FMVB, I thought about doing it like that when I initially wired the brake; but the thought of accidentally rocking the shifter to the right (the shifter has enough rock that it’ll blip the micro switch I had wired for reverse) and locking the brake at highway speed scared me.
Michael Kelley and I’ll have to go look, it’s just a ground triggered input; I believe it’s a setting in the trans section, then I assigned it to that wire.

So how do you feel about the sloppy spool 3rd gear leave. (Wonder if there is a way to make it shift from 3rd to 1st faster)
Can you not reverse manual or because of overdrive is it impossible
