- Since the first release of the Z800 in 2004 Two Brothers Racing has followed the Z updates through the years matching the right exhaust set up to surpass what was and still is offered through out the market today. With the Z800 power Two Bros engineered the exhaust system around the precision that Kawasaki produces. All systems are specific to the Z800 creating custom track worthy sound and performance.
TBR takes performance seriously. It is crucial that each Z800 system delivers the sound and performance our heritage claims. Extensive R&D is scheduled from the bends, the sound, the dyno, and the track. Every part of the Ninja’s RPM range is analyzed to respectively create the best horsepower, torque, and sound. The extensive process applies to both full systems and slip-on platforms. Have confidence that you will receive absolute top level out of box performance and power and be competitive among motorcycle enthusiast.
The track and power is our focus for the Z800 but this does not sacrifice the heritage and aesthetics that Two Brothers Racing is known for. Starting with the art of crafted bends and welds, through selected high-end outer and inner materials, and firing out of our unique magnesium end caps, we are the aftermarket leader of function and form in one exhaust system.
Increase horsepower, gain torque, improve sound, and drop weight. Авто/Мото
That's the best looking slip on i've seen for Z800.
I had a TBE on my ER6N until it was totaled. It was a beautiful sound. I'm definitely getting the TBE again when I buy the z800
Significant improvement over stock without being obnoxious.
I"had used Black series on my 2013 z800 with custom mid pipe.... Performance is superb... Sound like no others slip on exhaust... Very good sound
Great job guys it looks and sounds awesome! It would be interesting if you guys made exhaust for cars too, like a axle back exhaust with the same amazing design from your motorcycle exhaust!
is butterfly valve there in the slip on set up or gets removed.
sick
it is compatible for z800e version?
Could you please upload some more CLEAR and COMPLETE exhaust sounds like this one?. I'd like to use some clear exhaust sounds for an engine simulation program.
Hi mate, would it be ok if i use this video in my next compilation? I'll credit you in the description and add the link of your video. Thanks
wow
I got that black series carbon fiber one on my 2015 Kawasaki zx6r
Good
belo ronco
xj6n with s1R please
Does anyone know the specific model of this exhaust? I will definitely be ordering one of these.
Kawasaki Z-800 Tarmac Slip-On System
Does the butterfly valve get removed for installation?
Yes sir
There's no need for doing something with electronic because of removing the servo cables with this slip on ? The computer will show no mistakes ?
you take the cables off and screw the disc back in, so the computer wont know that cables are gone.
is there a slip on like thos for the ninja 300
+usman “XxMusmanKxX” khan Yes, here: www.twobros.com/sku/005-3890/exhaust/Kaw-Ninja300-TM-SO-14.html
will these fit the 2015 version?
+Srib Yes! Go here: www.twobros.com/sku/005-42704/exhaust/kaw-z800-tm-so-16.html
do I need a power commander or other fuel controller with this?
John James yeah you’re running a straight pipe basically really alters the AFR’s. Get a dyno tune
Not with slipon only, you need it for full system
what model of two brothers is that? thanks
+Rajan Rana The Tarmac series. Thanks!
+Two Brothers Racing does this have a servo valve
What where the power numbers?
+Zxius Specs are here: www.twobros.com/sku/005-42704/exhaust/kaw-z800-tm-so-16.html
the Catalytic was removed right?
+SangNguyen1996 It was left on for this system. Thanks!
So its still meet the Euro emission law right? do you have install instruction for slip on?
two brothers in H2??
Man I wish this bike came in a 600cc model. I feel like 800cc is a bit too much for a new rider like myself.
Check out Z800e. De-tuned Z800 with 48 or 96 hp. Much more manageable.
ChroniX Thanks man, will do.
I'm 51 yrs. old, just took the safety course in July, got my Z800 a month ago, and am having a blast! I had no riding experience before taking the course, but life experience let's me know how to ride sensibly on my bike. I watched all the vids, listen to all the commentary about a wise choice for a first bike. I got the bike I wanted(that also didn't bankrupt me with insurance premiums) and I ride sensibly and have fun!
The sound of the stock exhaust sounds muffled in comparison with the other exhaust, the original is not that low. I didn't buy it.
P.s.: I actually own the very same motorcycle since 2016 and tried more than one exhausts, ended up coming back to stock.
Check it out
