He sings virtually all genres, in different registers, in different styles, and many of them without vocal fireworks, but still all beautiful and powerful. He gives each song what it needs (unless it's a competition which is a different matter). From a technical standpoint, he is probably the best singer alive and he gets better every day. Some people dismiss him as a "circus act" because they have trouble wrapping their head around someone who can do just about anything and everything with his voice.

Dimash is amazing. At one point (Possibly still) he held the record for the highest note sung in a live performance (Unforgettable Day at Gakku) but that's deeper down the rabbit hole. If you've seen 5th Element you'll remember the Diva Dance, the blue alien singing, that was created in a studio and impossible for a human to sing.. Welcome to Dimash. This is just the tip of the iceberg with Dimash. He can sing in many languages while being fluent in his native Kazakh and Russian. That being said he is also very good in English and speaks a little Mandarin here and there. He sings many genres, plays multiple instruments, composes music, acts, dances (sometimes) and even raps at times. What language would you like to hear next? English? He is also a phenomenal composer and arranger and this complements his singing as everything that needs to be done is already laid out in his head! Dimash graduated from the University of the Arts in piano, classical, modern and jazz singing, has a master's degree in composition, plays seven musical instruments and is currently completing his doctorate in musicology. The complexity of the works created by Dimash (such as “The Story of One Sky” and “El Amor En Ti”) demonstrates that Dimash is not only a singer, but can also declare himself as one of the most talented contemporary composers!
Try "stranger (new wave 2021)". It is performed on a Russian stage, but sung in English. His voice control, 7 octave range, and perfect pitch is on spectacular mind blowing display here...plus the ending is unbelievable. None of what I've wrote is an exaggeration. He sings virtually all genres, in different registers, in different styles, and many of them without vocal fireworks, but still all beautiful and powerful. He gives each song what it needs (unless it's a competition which is a different matter). From a technical standpoint, he is probably the best singer alive and he gets better every day. Some people dismiss him as a "circus act" because they have trouble wrapping their head around someone who can do just about anything and everything with his voice.

He's so amazing and he has been called an alien a few times. It does seem appropriate, especially when you watch him perform and everything is so perfect. He's always mind blowing and jaw dropping on you while you're getting your bearings doing your reaction He freaks you out with another perfect note. You may THINK you are prepared. He still blows the mind. I recommend try having Olympico or Stranger or Unforgettable or Sinful Passion. All are powerful in their own way. That being said he is also very good in English and speaks a little Mandarin here and there. Amazing reaction!😀😀😀Dimash is not JUST a great singer. Some things that make Dimash a different singer are his absolute pitch and ability to perceive and reproduce microtones (which currently reach 32 semitones, which is not a common scale in the West, where a well-tempered scale of 7 tones and 5 semitones is used).
He is also a phenomenal composer and arranger and this complements his singing as everything that needs to be done is already laid out in his head!
Dimash graduated from the University of the Arts in piano, classical, modern and jazz singing, has a master's degree in composition, plays seven musical instruments and is currently completing his doctorate in musicology. The complexity of the works created by Dimash (such as “The Story of One Sky” and “El Amor En Ti”) demonstrates that Dimash is not only a singer, but can also declare himself as one of the most talented contemporary composers!

Try "stranger (new wave 2021)". It is performed on a Russian stage, but sung in English. His voice control, 7 octave range, and perfect pitch is on spectacular mind blowing display here...plus the ending is unbelievable. None of what I've wrote is an exaggeration. He is a once in a century singer. More and more of us Americans (sorry I'm just assuming you aren't Canadian) are learning of his talent.

You've just heard what many consider to be the best vocalist on the planet. I have yet to hear anyone who does everything he can do. You've barely touched the tip of the iceberg in terms of what he can do. He has 52 original songs and many, many covers so this rabbit hole will keep you busy. I recommend Sinful Passion, Stranger (will get blocked by YT so be sure to have some kind of shield over the video), or Ikanaide next.
