    Thank you so much Bharti. Excellent flow as always with clear instructions. I am noticing more flexibility in my spine. Three legged dog was challenging for me but the good thing is that I am finding out what I need to work on.

    I love this practice, but I find every time I do it as soon as I rock up to cross legged for pranayama practice I have the worst headache all of a sudden. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Hi Bharthi, Help me knowing what flows can we do on periods.Anything if no intense pain or anything that is better to stop these daya

    In all your videos you go so fast transitioning from one asan to the other and you hardly stay there as well . I like your videos but I can’t really follow your sessions because it’s too fast and not enough concentration on the breathing there . Your selection of Adanas are really good but I’m new and I can’t follow your videos in your pace
