I love this practice, but I find every time I do it as soon as I rock up to cross legged for pranayama practice I have the worst headache all of a sudden. Any thoughts or suggestions?

In all your videos you go so fast transitioning from one asan to the other and you hardly stay there as well . I like your videos but I can’t really follow your sessions because it’s too fast and not enough concentration on the breathing there . Your selection of Adanas are really good but I’m new and I can’t follow your videos in your pace
