Pete got his royalties, retired and I think he started a business. They invited him to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony he didn't show up and that's that.
      People have really got to... Let it Go and just enjoy the first two albums and leave it at that. It's been 40 years and people need to stop crying about it.
      Def Leppard is my favorite band of all time so I pretty much enjoy all the eras of the band. Three different phases of the band. Hard Rock to Pop rock. And now they have settled into a 70s British pop fused with rock. I think that's cool too. I don't have a problem with it. And they are in their 60s now I don't think there's going to be any hard rock songs telling their girlfriends to piss off or whatever like everybody wants lol

    • @Gamevet
      @Gamevet 5 лет назад +7

      Yep! It was Def Leppard's raw sound, and it was awesome. Pyromania and Hysteria had a lot of production tricks thrown in, that made it not sound like what you would hear while during a live show.

    Their first 2 albums were their best in my opinion. This is when they really rocked. After these they got more commercial. And so did everyone else in order to satisfy the record companies and sell more albums. Don't get me wrong I love DL. But this when they really rocked. I was blown away when ON THROUGH THE NIGHT album ended up on my turntable as a teenage kid with a Japanese HONDO LP Copy in my hands. Still one of my all time favorite bands
