Years ago I bolted from any social media (I am SO sick of those words) accounts I ever had, because people (including good friends and semi-normal family members) just get so wrapped up in drama that they create, and act totally fake. Let's not forget the billion photos of meals posted. Who. Cares. What. You're. Eating.
Here.. people aren't putting up a front. There's not much bickering, you learn a little something, and get to chat with people of all ages from all over about a wide array of topics. If you don't agree with someone's point of view that's ok. You're not met with belittling if you disagree with someone. It's just a friendlier place.

It's definitely not gonna ruin Morgan's life, but if someone were to maliciously use the word with the intent to hurt someone else, they absolutely deserve to be raked over the coals for perpetuating prejudice and ignorance that has been passed down to them through generations of hate. I love the fact that the N-word which was both part of white and black vocabulary, is so polarizing. Nothing means anything unless you want it to. It’s a sound. There are words in every language that discriminate most ethnicities. So if I called a black person the equivalent to the N-word in let’s say Thai, would that be even worse because I know what it means and they don’t? Think about it. No; you have to look deeper. Elitist hated how popular he had become and had already been chopping away at him since around October and not slowing his rise one bit. This was just more fuel and the country establishment joined in to cancel on this one.

And the whole point of freedom of speech is the ability to say things that some people aren't going to like. If we all agreed on a list of banned words or subjects then we wouldn't need free speech at all.
I don't necessarily see any real use for the "n word" either (unless I'm listening to rap or arguing with a black person) but that's not really the point.

That being said, I dont understand how the use of a word - no matter how insensitive - automatically means that someone will not give equitable treatment to people of different ethnic background. In that case, maybe context can be used to discern someone's intent and belief systems. It is my personal belief that use of the N word by non black people is %100 always stupid and never the right thing to do, but not necessarily %100 indicative of prejudice. If you can explain why you think the way you do, I would appreciate it.
TLDR: I think Non black people using N word = stupid and bad always. Maybe doesn't always mean racism, sometimes just regular stupid.
