Thanks for the video! Getting ready to use mine for the first time today. I bought a set of big 6-ton jack stands to put under the frames just in case. I'm paranoid about being crushed under a car. My grandfather found his best friend squished under his Buick back in the 1960's. That story has always stuck with me.

No problem at all! The jack stands are the way to go! Honestly, you can't be too safe. I've heard stories too..sorry to hear about your grandfathers friend. If I do something like brakes, I just use the built in holding points on the quickjack, but once I go underneath, I put some jack stands.
Enjoy your new quickjack! I love it to this day

Hey according to quick jack you should turn the release on the quick fitting so you can't accidentally pull them off.

Yep, this is true. But thus far, every time I connect the quick fittings, the release turns on its own, without fail. It always needs to be readjusted to disconnect the fittings. That said, it never hurts to double check and I would 100% stand behind your comment!

Hey bro.... Is your driveway sloped? Looks similarly sloped to mine.... Is it ok to use in that situation?

Hey! Yeah, my driveway is sloped, but only a bit. If I put a tennis ball down where I'm jacking, it may roll a little...not a lot of angle. For my driveway, it is 100% safe. The vehicle doesn't even budge. Had small cars up to big trucks like a Tahoe and Grand Cherokee on the lift, and it is rock solid

Should be using pinch weld blocks for this. Poor advice
