Chicken katsu curry is good and I thank you for the recipe. BUT my absolute, 100% addiction is buta/ton katsu curry 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I love, love, love it and a lot of tavernas have amazingly GOOD cuts of pork NOT just something cheap that they can hide under the curry sauce.

Rice balls and hamburger steak
Curry hack from my friend: microwave the curry blocks in a small dish for 20-30sec. It liquifies it a bit and makes it SO much easier to mix
