That’s a shavette not a straight razor. The best one out there is the Feather Artisan Series. If you want a cheap one go with the Parker or Dovo. They can take split in half DE blades whereas the Artisan Series only takes artisan blades which are wider than DEs and not as many good brands of blades available.

That is how you do proper beard work. Wish you was in my area. I can’t find a good barber anymore since my barber got sick.
