One of the things off rip that I greatly appreciate is u mentioning about not using a shaver on the back of your neck as it would bump up. I also only use clippers for the back of my neck for the same reason. All else I use shaver for top sides and the hook area no further than that… Great tutorial as I started my beard journey and I also have that silver greyish beard and black mustache
Being Bald and Bearded Myself, I liked this video, I have been rocking a full beard since 94 or 95 with the occasional goatee or clean shave once in a blue moon in the early days and have been rocking the skin baldy since 97. I went to barber school in 05 but ending up getting a union Job as soon as I graduated so there went that BUT I have been doing my own beard since I first grew it, a lot of trial and era since we didn't have RUclips or anything else back then, and shaving my head the same thing. It's funny we all have our own ways of doing things but like religions they all methods lead down the same road. Great video! Edit: Great beard also.
Yes Mr Outliner, you are a true Bossman loving the shape up, I recently started the bald look myself and I recently started to grow out my beard and get the pointy look so I like how you blend in this look so I will try that, I have had a beard for a few years now and always knew how to shape up but just wanting to master the pointy look as I think it looks cool 👌🏾
I just found Mr. Outliner, May 2024. I been out here on my own but I'm definitely a new subscriber now. Bruh knows what he's doing; offers good info & tutorials; good product tips & technique tips.
Man I love the video! I have to be honest as a black man the one thing I hate about watching brothers do RUclips tutorials they always try to hard to have “swag”. Man just give the tutorial most of the time they speak to the camera like they tryna get a girls digits I’m like bro I’m just tryna learn to have an on point beard! you left hand game is on point mine be all over the place lol. Great cut, Imma try your tips! And damn those clippers you used in the head cut close!
thank you for sharing. Outstanding video tutorial. Can u use Mr Outliner oil around top of mustache area for shaper cut? I'm also same shade color beard. I'm wondering which best. Color Dye first and cut or??? Thank you for your time.
Nice beard, good video tutorial, that's the way I shape my beard too it's not at that thickness around the chin area yet but I'm working on it,the black/gray contrast kinda give you the effect of the Joker's smile.
For my face I use a safety razor. Merkur 34C with a boar bristle shaving brush and Taylor of Old Bond Street Avocado or Tobacco scent shaving cream. My face stays baby skin smooth. For my head I use a Leaf razor with Arko shaving stick and the same boar hair shaving brush. It works wonders. I even had a old skool brotha ask me was I a barber and what do I use to shave my head. I do prep my skin before shaving and I shave after a shower.
What's the best beard dye man i havent let my beard grow in about 10 years its all gray an im only 37 years old my grand Daddy beared is all gray an he 92 cainr rock the gray an stll be able to do hand stands lol
This the look I'm trying man, I seriously telling you nobody till dybhs lined up a beard as you have, I like long beard you size not longer but different styles like old Kings used to mKe beards I'm always trying copyihng them d u look like a king with that style 10 /10 from Birmingham un the UK England.
This is really good! So much to learn! I no absolutely nothing abt cutting hair. I'm doing so for my husband of 50 yrs! He can't do his own and covid scares keeps him out of the shops! I would love to give him a nice tight beard. He has a mustache and chin beard blend. The rest of the head and face is clean. How to get the wild hair in the beard clipped is a problem. Any suggestions would be so helpful! So I can keep it even!
Good video. Do you wash the color out (similar to what is needed for Just For Men)? ...apologies if I missed it if you said it in the video. Also, how long does the color last?
I don’t use just for men. Bad for my skin. But no you don’t have to wash it out because it’s a simi permanent. Won’t affect your skin. Over time it will lighten and disappear.
Question og..??? Did U cut all your facial hair off or U just trimmed it and kept the hair on your face 2 grow out your thicker beard? I’m 28 years older trying 2 get I thick a full beard. I can send U a picture of my beard and tell me what U think. Lmk something 🙏🏽

A razor and shaving gel works fine for me. I would never put clippers or a shaver on my scalp. I use the razor and gel while in the shower.
