    Cleverly done. Watched it twice tbh. Identify, label and accept. Train that mind muscle. Simply love it. Great job!

    More Drama More Karma, what a fantastic way to explain! Loved it.

      Haha I'm fascinated by the human being's addiction to drama. We even project it onto our Hollywood, Bollywood, Netflix, etc. screens to consume! 😃😃😃

    Really interesting and helpful - especially for someone who tends to react quickly ... definitely will take several breaths and allow the chemical process to dissipate before reacting! I have a feeling this will be an incredibly healthy process for the future!

      You and me both! Joking aside, just mastering this one thing opens up to so many other benefits - healing past traumas, emotional intelligence etc.

    Excellent video and an important and timely lesson. I've suffered with poor health for the last 2 years and gone from being fit, active and healthy to not being able to walk at times and felt the full force of the frustration and anger and how these negative feelings can seep into every other part of your life. More videos like this please, Smita. Liked and subscribed!

      Doc Zaz Holding the vision of you getting back to full health soon. As you well know, your is where it's all happening. That's the good news. The less good news is that it needs a wise and focused master to tame it. LOL That's why I created this one too: www.smitajoshi.com/product/tame-your-mind-monkeys/

    Very informative. The 90 seconds rule. Such a new discovery, karma is create in Sanskrit?! Just mind blowing! Thank you for sharing Smita!

    • @smitajoshi
      @smitajoshi  2 года назад +1

      Actually, karma means action, deed or act. But when you take action, do a deed or act on something, what happens? You CREATE something - an equal and opposite reaction. So to do karma is to create some event that will take place immediately, in the near future or some distant future. That's why it's important to understand that we are indeed doing (karma) something at any given moment, so long as we have breath in the body. The more conscious we are about what we are up to - in thought and deed, the more healthy the seeds of what we sow are. 🙏💎🙏 I meant to create cones from the Sanskrit root "Kri"

    Great video - I will always think of this now and also share this information to those that actually outburst fast. This is a great lesson for many, it could save some bad choices which often end with regret. I'm looking forward to more of these Smita.

    🙏,,HMMM....Well, lets see now ..."Have You lost Your Mind ,Man?"...i seem to recall that being said of me on a number of occasions....Excellent Work Smita Ji...Poor will Smith ,.Lets just Pray he hasnt crossed paths with this Vid.....if He has ,lets hope he goes into deep reflection and announces after 90 seconds "Ah, ive just had a Smita Joshi moment"...it may be a big ask however ,this 90 second reflection ,on a Planet where the average concentration span is possibly less than nine seconds......HMMM...Less Drama ,Less Karma....i can resonate to that ,most definitely ...Namaskara Smita Ji

      Glad this resonated with you Peter. The power of You Tube - you don't know who's watching! 🙂I think the latest research on attention span puts us at 6 seconds while goldfish are able to hold attention for 9 seconds. 😂
