Ang maganda nito, Filipino nurses and caregivers are both qualified to study lahihoitaja profession here in Finland. Again, need pa din mag aral ng course at the same time ng language.
Ang ganda pala niyan sainyo pwede i-utang sa employer. Yung practical nurse yan ba ung lähihoitaja? Ano tawag dun sa assistant nurse? Pag caregiver ano tawag?
Yes po, lähihoitaja is Practical nurse. AN and caregivers are hoitajat. Hindi din po ako expert but to my knowledge po, their differences, it all comes down to the level of education you attained. AN and Caregivers, these are short job training for about 6 months. While Registered Practical Nurse is a profession with a protected title and pag aaralan ng 3 years sa isang vocational school and got their degree from there. To further simplify, if you are practical nurse, you are expected to be equiped of more knowledge about (for example) medications given in housing services. Apparently, main job is to support/assist clients in their ADL. Meanwhile, Sairaanhoitaja (RN) naman ay mas mataas ang level kesa RPN and have their degrees from University of Applied Sciences. magaaral din ng 3.5 years. so yown. ☺️
@@alanajoson4023 They will consider and give credits to your schooling depending on your previous studies. Uniting na lng. In our case, na credit naman, so, we studied 1 year for PN. If tutuloy kami ng Sairaanhoitaja, it’s another 1 year na lng din depending aling university ka papasok.

Basic care for the client. Yong day to day care sa kanya. Hygiene, meds, home treatments. Assist ang client sa mga activities and tasks na hindi nya kayang gawin independently. Merong madali meron din mahirap na clients

Hello ms. Cathy, question lang po, kaya po ba ang work ng practical nurse jan ang ng underwent na po ng major surgery like me(cholecystectomy). Mahirap na po kc magbuhat ng mga mabibigat na pt. Currently on my Finnish language training kaya ng 2nd thought ako kung itutuloy ko pa, bka hindi kayanin ng katawang lupa ko, pero gs2 ng puso't isip ko😅 pls. advice po..thanks much & Godbless.❤
carry mam abegail. hindi naman ganon ka bigat. mas mabigat pa nga workload sa Pilipinas po. also pag mga talagang buhatin na clients, meein naman mga equipments like lifter. at meron kayo kasama na gagawa. ratio 2-3:1 lang din.
