Hallo ginger8892! To tell you frankly walang madaling sagot sa tanong mo. Definetely maraming advantages at meron ding disadvantages. Let's start sa mga benefits and sa healthcare eh talaga namang secured ka jan. In terms of money, merong money dito but enough lang to live comfortable or a little over the comfortable-line but not enough to make us rich here. To be rich depende na yon sa tao. It is also safe dito kasi less crime. The people here are also honest. We also need to consider ung culture ng mga Finns. Ito, for me lang ha, in general, people here live in simplicity at the same time they are satisfied kasi ganun sila. Okay na sila sa ganong pamumuhay. Ang tanong, ganun din ba tayong mga Pinoy? We are sociable being like we are friends with our neighbours there in Ph and we also love gatherings so much (More Love). Another factor is if ano ang lifestyle mo back in Ph. Like ako lumaki ako na kahit pano meron kami kasama sa bahay so working (job) and doing our own household chores pagdting sa flat consistently is quiet overwhelming for me and nakakapagod. Another example, we use to avail yong mga massage2, nail services and pasalon2 sa pinas often kasi mura Ing naman sa Pinas pero dito ang mahal (as in) so sobrang dalang na Ing dito kung maka pagawa. last time ng pa haircut ako sa isang hair stylist at €66 ang binayaran ko just for the haircut. Korean Salon na (chose asian salon bcoz mas alam nila eh handle ang asian hair) Meron din naman €30 euro pero ung pinaka basic tapos hindi pa asian salon Indeed, deciding to move here is crucial. We often go straight to what are the nicest things and what are the good stuffs we can have if we move here meanwhile overlooking kung ano ang kapalit, kung gano ka hirap at ano ang mga downsides. Again, if worth it ba ang sugal para sa tingin natin ay ”ayus na” varies from person to person yan. One thing is certain, you will gain experience and learnings. 🩷😊

@@ginger8892 Hindi naman sis. Infact kaya naman. for example meron kang total of 30K per month na binabayaran sa Pinas, ahhh kaya yon. kahit hanggang 60K. If 60-80k ipapadala mo, sagad na yown, allowance nlng matitira sayo dito, well at least sa first 2 years mo. If allowance lang ang ibabawas mo sa net mo, (meaning di ka mag tatabi for savings for travels for other fund) at ipapadala mo the rest sa family mo sa Pinas, you’ll bring fortune and prosperity to your family in Pinas.

@@ginger8892 medyo malaki nga ang 65K sis. Lalo sa simula, hindi pa ganun ka laki ang sahod. Dito kasi, bini-build ang sahod, nag iincrease as time goes by. Ang sahod and net din pala,mag dedepende din sa extra shifts mo, sa employer at sa lifestyle. malaking factor mga yan. Sa isa ko kasama nakaka net naman xa ng 2500 isang buwan. average nya ngayon ay nasa 2200 na net per month. 1 year pa lang kami dito mahigit. Ako kasi, medyo magastos staka andito na din asawa ko plus yong apartment namin pang dalawang tao at sa akin c/o. Over 500 din naman ang net ko hehehehe 🤭. Meron din kami binabayaran pa sa Pinas.

Hi @iamyi1448. madami pa din naman ang hiring ng mga nurses or practical nurses for house services for elderly and physically/mentally challenge individuals here in Finland. Ang maganda nito, Filipino nurses and caregivers are both qualified to study lahihoitaja profession here in Finland. Again, need pa din mag aral ng course at the same time ng language.

Yes po, lähihoitaja is Practical nurse. AN and caregivers are hoitajat. Hindi din po ako expert but to my knowledge po, their differences, it all comes down to the level of education you attained. AN and Caregivers, these are short job training for about 6 months. While Registered Practical Nurse is a profession with a protected title and pag aaralan ng 3 years sa isang vocational school and got their degree from there. To further simplify, if you are practical nurse, you are expected to be equiped of more knowledge about (for example) medications given in housing services. Apparently, main job is to support/assist clients in their ADL. Meanwhile, Sairaanhoitaja (RN) naman ay mas mataas ang level kesa RPN and have their degrees from University of Applied Sciences. magaaral din ng 3.5 years. so yown. ☺️

@@alanajoson4023 They will consider and give credits to your schooling depending on your previous studies. Uniting na lng. In our case, na credit naman, so, we studied 1 year for PN. If tutuloy kami ng Sairaanhoitaja, it’s another 1 year na lng din depending aling university ka papasok.

@@alanajoson4023 Basically this is the normal study goes. Let’s say, graduate ka ng high school. Then you can study practical nursing afterwards in vocational colleges. But if gusto mo mag Sairaanhoitaja, you need to continue and finnish senior high then enroll in Uni of applied sciences or in ”Higher” Universities in which your study program is 6 years including the masteral’s degree.

yes po I am working that time. yong mga kasama ko din ay working. sometines mag aabsent talaga sa work. besides 1hr & 15 min. lng naman ang class. recorded yong class. pwede mo panoorin sa day off or sa free time mo. although more effort ka lang kung meron ka work. eh mahirap na ang language to begin with. pero kaya naman.

There is a slight difference sa sahod ng assistant nurse, caregiver and practical nurse. even ang hospital nurse na sa care homes nag wo-work, hindi din ganun ka laki ng agwat sa sahod at pareho lng ng work except na mas involved sila sa medications and doctors’s advised treatment. Swertehan lang din kung saan company mapunta. ☺️ I hope I answered your question 😉
