Most people can follow simple assembly instructions, others can 'see' simple end goals and the best paths on how to get there...you however, are the true artist who can see the complicated and the intricate path it takes to get there. Fabulous work and video...
Hell yea! That’s not bad at all. If you want to completely eliminate the rocking then weld the old wheel base to a plate of rectangular steel to give a bigger foot print. Well done!
I made a 1" x 30 " sander out of wood scraps and vacuum cleaner motor bearings and a bicycle front hub, a wide skateboard wheel drive pulley and a thin skateboard wheel for the idler pulley. Working on a dust collector system.
Congratulations! Watching your previous builds coming all together was immensely satisfying. Can't imagine how it would feel if I was the one finishing the project.

It's like all of your previous video was the first part of the MCU, and now BANG you released the Avengers Movie without anyone knew it! Really good job mate!
I only disliked because he didn't make his own drill bits that he used on the cast aluminum he made which went on the tracking arms he made for the belt sander he made.
Nice work! Was wondering why you did the axel clamp on the contact wheel then welded it? Also would recommend painting the concrete, it's only ever clean once and now is the time to seal it. Good work
Nice drill press control and speed, can see the shavings are continuous and not purple 👍🏻 A lot don't even use oil to drill although it keeps your drilbits in better shape 😉you do ❤️ Good welding, arc welding (electrode welding {mmaw} ) is one of my favorite things to do 😁 Although MCAW is my favorite, that's also my job 😎👨🏭 But the king in my eyes is TIG welding, nothing is more precise and controllable than that. Although arc welding is the most widely regarded as the most versatile way of welding. wind rain or weather, even hell bent for leather 😂.
That is a wicked build dude. Love the design. Personally I would have put a lip on the tension and guide pulleys to help keep the belt on track as well as the pivot. But that's my opinion. Great design. I could use one in my shop. Cheers bud!
You only need to tack a piece to hold it while you get it squared up. If you have it bolted or partly welded, and the piece is secure, you don't need to keep adding tacks.
I made 1 ( 2 miles long and 1/8" wide ) wow ,my project was top the line on youtube , the wheels was from a big,big saw mill blade ,this thing weight 10 ton , without had and tail , i order the parts from MARS
When drilling holes,or countervailing holes, the bits are made to cut,or score,or evenings depending on your verbage, for almost forty years I've wondered why people(including myself) before using those tools use lubrication(oil,wd40,etc) IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE!

It's amazing how easy it looks when a real craftsman works. Great work. Great grinder.

Some of it’s probably from the foam anti fatigue mats it’s sitting on.

Every few minutes I'd go "WTF is he even doing?" yet it all comes together at the end.
We all want to be this cool when we grow up.

I just love this practice of repurposing and making your own tools
Much love from Nepal 🇳🇵 keep it up BBP 👊🏼
You gotta appreciate a man with such a toolshop that still welds stick!
Congratulations!
Watching your previous builds coming all together was immensely satisfying. Can't imagine how it would feel if I was the one finishing the project.
Non ho parole! I meccanismi di tensione e regolazione sono fantastici! Mitico!
I’m guessing many hours of hard work went into the design & build...your work is top drawer! 😊 Thanks
It's like seeing all the pieces of a puzzle coming together ! Everything was perfectly planned. So satisfying ! Thank you.
I love it, I feel like you could use that second silver bar to make a detachable angle plate to do edge grinds to increase usefulness.
Beyond the nice design, your craftsmanship techniques are inspiring to a new “Maker”. Well done!
This was like the infinity series from the MCU. All the many other parts finally come together in a very satisfying ending.
You´re a alien ! It´s the first time I saw a belt grinder like that . Very smart !
That is complete badassery right there wish I had a belt sander that big you can do uncountable number of projects with that
Nice, have to admit when I saw that wheel at the beginning, I was sure you gonna put that one to be one of the grinder wheels 🙈
If this was all your own design the I am seriously impressed! Very well done man.
Bravo brother .
You are a very clever man 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
All the intricate details makes it a awesome built.... SIR GEE
Very nicely build, well done. Certainly one of the easier construction ideas I've seen.

Ahhh, all the casting videos came together... :D
It's like all of your previous video was the first part of the MCU, and now BANG you released the Avengers Movie without anyone knew it!
Really good job mate!
Very nice and sturdy build, thank you for sharing it with us!
I am surprised this guys hasn't made his own spaceship yet 😃👌🏽 amazing skills
very impressed with your build great quality of workmanship
Complimenti, bellissima. Geniale in ogni parte, sappi che prima o poi ti rubo l'idea
What kind of person dislikes this? That was a cool build.
I only disliked because he didn't make his own drill bits that he used on the cast aluminum he made which went on the tracking arms he made for the belt sander he made.
He thinks it's kid friendly content and yet he wire wheels with no guard smh
Well done Mr. Beard, and Thanks for sharing.

PLEASE! SCHEMATICS! Incredible!
I hope one day you build an even bigger & wider version with thicker metal for key sections.
Faith in humanity restored. Thank you.
Excelentes los vídeos presentados, sigue haciendo lo que tu sabes pues somos muchos los que te seguimos saludos des de España ( Barcelona )
No that's a belt grinder!! Great job Black Beard
That’s really cool, however for a thread to last it otta be at least a full diameter of depth. Otherwise it’s a very nice grinder
Brilliant making the main wheel itself the idler too👌👊👍
Genial!!! Gracias por compartir!!! Un abrazo desde Argentina 🇦🇷
Always enjoy watching your work so much
This is a great video! It's been wonderful watching your skills grow over the last few years.
I find all your videos captivating. This one is mesmerizing !
IMPRESIONANTE, ERES UN GENIO PARA CONSTRUIR ERRAMIENTAS UTILES Y PRÁCTICAS.
That an amazing guess on the amount of concrete to mix for the base.
That's called calculated 😜
That is downright crazy! Absolutely cool work!
Another project for my to do list.
Well done sir.
Well done.
Hot damn! This is freaking awesome.... As always your work is so inspiring! 🙌
I like that. Much easier/cheaper to build than others i seen👌
You are amazing and very entertaining to watch. More power to you.😮
Sir you have extreme talent!!!
The most ambitious crossovers in history...
It all makes sense now!
Wow!! What a great build!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
What a beast of a machine lol. Hecking awesome mate!
Nice drill press control and speed, can see the shavings are continuous and not purple 👍🏻

Poxa vida que benção , fico muito feliz de uma pessoa tão inteligente desse jeito , parabéns , que Deus continue abençoando vc.
Another fantastic project and very clever thank you 👌👌👌👌
عمل رائع جداً أحسنت متابع من العراق 🇮🇶🇮🇶
Excellent built, questions 2, the lathe is dirty and drill press and workshop floors need a good cleaner, but overall good
Nice job man, very well done, finally we knew what you've been working on 😁, great making project thumbs up 👍
Hard work appreciated 👷
Very well done. Great imagination and skill.
Outstanding work, again! Great video and the machine looked great! 🍻🤘💜
Very impressive. Is there a concern the pulley in the middle will wear with the business side of the belt facing it?
Great design
That is a wicked build dude. Love the design. Personally I would have put a lip on the tension and guide pulleys to help keep the belt on track as well as the pivot. But that's my opinion. Great design. I could use one in my shop. Cheers bud!
Nice bit of engineering there
Bravo majstore svaka čast !!!
That looks awesome!! Well done mate! Every knife maker will love it
Looks Great BB 🛠👍😊
Brilliant idea

Amazing ! You blew my mind! You are so talented! It's great ! Yes !!! Woooo!
Add covers for safety issues! Nice work! 👌

One of your best videos. Well done !
Yet another amazing creation, job well done!
Good job especially this starter footer
As long as you are turning this into a welding project, skip the cement, save excess weight, and weld the square tower into place.
Nice job! Thanks for sharing!
That was totally cool video. You are good at what you do. I am a fan and a avid watcher. 👍🏽
What i find hard to believes is that you have all the other tools a man could wish for but you didn't have a belt grinder
Awesome and very impressive too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Respect from Egypt Man
Pretty sick. I have a new project. Thabks for the motivation :)
Maestro,brava!!!
22:23 is that really a 4m long belt? I'd have not guessed it was that long from that shot!
congratulations great idea, I was going to do something like that in my next video too

Very impressive build!
As Uri would say, "delicious!"
That is so cool! Great design! And good work 👏
Masterpiece
The set screws will work better if you pot a lead shot in the hole they will stay put foreaver
It is so nice man
Excelente trabajo , bien hecho.
Dude, you're freaking awesome
Just a quick tip welds are good but should always drag the stick not push?
Once again A-MAZING🤜💥🤛
Como siempre un exelente trabajo te felicito saludos desde Argentina
