Yep, and I agree with him for a lot of things, except cocktails, they are all designed and perfected volumetrically, especially given the variations in density of a lot of ingredients based on brands.
With me being a former barista (I worked in a few coffee shops for a total of 3 years) my husband thinks it’s odd that I love sweet drinks more than black coffee. 😂 Thank goodness there’s someone else out there that doesn’t hate on adding extra love in their drinks!
Cosme Fulanito I was just going to say the same thing. It just depends what’s going on at the moment for their political campaign. Or their political agenda I should say. Always research things for yourself and from multiple sources. It’s like a puzzle game. Gotta put the pieces together yourself. It’s the only way you’ll ever know what’s truly going on.

@@humphreybrogart8392 What's that? Edit: Oh, ok i just looked it up, but no... That's just plain coffee. I would *maybe* like only like: Frappuccinos, cappuccinos, latte macchiatos, mochas & irish coffees.
@@Ellie_S Specialty coffee is high quality coffee that has been grown with great care, and only the best beans are selected. It tastes much better than normal coffee. Pour-over is a manual brewing method that gives you a great extraction, and flavor.
After watching countless terrible PSL videos, I was so relieved to find yours!! Exactly what I needed and I love the coffee setup. The little tap given to the machine 👌this is coffee love.
Morgan your videos are so chill and somehow virtually give me laid back high-quality coffee shop vibes just from watching. Excuse me while I sip my latte and have a lil nap.
Finally , at home pumpkin spice latte that tastes like Starbucks if not better, thank you so much for sharing the recipe, I added a some half and half , 10 grams of maple syrup, and I already have pumpkin spice mix so I used it (1 table spoon) instead of the spices. Thank you so much again 😊
Love it! I created a very similar recipe last week, it stores wonderfully in fridge so I have it at the ready. One tip for those that don't like the sediment that comes from the spices and pumpkin, cheese cloth. Place a cheese cloth over mesh strainer and strain the milk before using.
I can't explain how much I love your videos. I can't stop smiling. You're videos have that good feel type thing going on and I'm absolutely in love with it. Definitely my favorite person now
This showed up in my youtube home recommendations and it was perfect timing. I made the latte with you and subscribed after the first sip. It was a lovely video & drink!
HI morgan so happy for you on getting married ,I love your vidéos and learning a lot ,I am new on espresso and coffee ,just got my first espresso machine and grinder at 54 years old !!!! I am a nurse and love photography ,so thank you for sharing keep up the good work all my best from montreal canada
Great video Morgan I love pumpkin 🎃 n fall and loveeee this drink thank u so much for sharing 😘 ❤ and I love watching your videos your voice is so relaxing n soothing ❤ 😊
I'm so excited for all these videos sis you're getting so many new followers as well this is amazing I feel likeI see a new cozy restaurant/cafe hybrid bring birthed one day
I think it’s great that you take a different approach to PSL compared to James because now we have more options on how to make it. ❤️ both are great videos nonetheless ☺️
I love getting pumpkin spice latte hot from Starbuck with no whip cream and change out the milk for almond milk. When I make it at home I just use the ground pumpkin spice Starbucks coffee mixed with whatever nondairy coffee creamer I have at home. I still have a bag of pumpkin spice Starbucks coffee grounds at home from this past fall when it was available to buy at Walmart. I’m the only one who drinks it in my house.
Hey Morgan ! i’m a student and i looove coffee (by the way i want to become a barista). But i don’t know where to start.. I don’t know if i buy an italian cafetiere or an espresso machine and which one. I would love a vidéo on this subject like « how to start to making coffee at home » or something like this. It could be very cool !!
Don't buy an espresso machine. If you want good espresso you'll have to spend like 400-500 on the machine and another 200 on the grinder. Get a V60 and a good burr grinder if you want black coffee. Otherwise, get a moka pot or aeropress or something and a milk frother or froth the milk in a french press. The grinder is the most important part. And drink specialty coffee if you can afford it, bigger brands like Starbucks have bad, overroasted beans. Lastly, you don't need prior knowledge to become a barista, they'll teach you. Espresso is good but overrated.
How to mess up a pumpkin spice latte? Accidentally double up the spices... my latte was disgustiiiin'! Hahah since that accident I'm scared to make my own PSL! I might give your recipe a try some time, it looks so good!
The best thing is your different approach making this. James Hoffamn made a syrup, you made a milk with the spices. It may be even better if your spiced milk had more time to cool or even put it in the fridge, then froth it.
im sorry this has nothing to do with spl but i would really love a video on how you do your hair, its literally short hair goals for me. i'm trying to grow it back atm i got a bad haircut today and it'll probably take 3 months to grow back to somewhat of a desirable state (also summer soon here so yikes) so to make myself feel better im trying to see this as an opportunity to start a blank canvas and learn how to properly do short hair lengths (similar to yours), learn how to style it, have it ready for the day, and what to ask for when going to the hairdresser to maintain it. would love to see that from your perspective. previously my hair length was about a number 5 and now its like a number 2 on sides and top is like a number 3. so its abit of a disaster, i normally prestyle it with sea salt + dryer + brush and finish it with another styling clay/pomade - whatever i have on my counter.
So last year i tried to make this on the stovetop and had to strain all the stringy bits out because i roasted my own pumpkin... this year i am going to do this. Steaming the pumpkin milk is actually genius.
Hey Morgan , l when i first saw this video i loved it and i thought that i could give it a try but.....i messed it up i guess 😅 it was too spicy to drink so i guess i should have lowered the dosages of the spices. But one day i will get there and make PSLs as delicious as yours!
If Hoffman sees you using volumetric measures he will break into your house and steal all your tablespoons

This is the most relaxing coffee video i've ever seen
I agree with this statement so whole heartedly.
Don't be afraid of whole spices. Cloves, star anise and cinnamon sticks add great flavor and can quickly be removed.
I thought the same just add them directly into the milk and sift the milk afterwards. That is how I make my chai :)
That's one hell of a telepathy between Morgan and James Hoffmann.
exactly!
Was thinking the same.
We have our first clue on how coffee-based youtube algorithms work my m8s.
But still the link to Hoffman‘s vedio is in the description and she does mention it as well. That’s cool!
Tis the season.
sHE KNOWS THE COFFEE GOD JAMES HOFFMAN

We need a James and Morgan collab!!!! asssssap :D
Who's watching but never does it?
Present! *Watches Morgan make coffee while drinking Starbucks*

Watching because 1. I know I’ll mess it up somehow with my immaturity now and 2. Don’t have any of the ingredients sadly
I don't even drink coffee but your videos are really fun to watch!
Same. I hate coffee but love watching Morgan’s videos lol. They’re so relaxing
