I have been obsessed with making espresso drinks. I learned how to make an amazing pumpkin spice late, a peppermint mocha and will now add this recipe to my holiday list of coffee drinks. It looks so yummy! Half the fun is making the parts that all work together, thanks Morgan!

Morgan get a whipped cream spout thing (whatever they're called in english), that way you can go around the rim first with the whipped cream and work it into the centre. Minimal spillage with overfilled cups 😉
I think you’re thinking about a siphon 🤔 ..... but personally I’d probably whip it to soft peaks, and not a firm as this. It would also make it easier to gently spoon accurate amounts.
You could also infuse the half and half with the mint. The essential oils are fat soluble. Then add the white chocolate, that way you skip the extra sugar and only have to make one syrup

I was sooo confused... to me a half and half is a beer. In my world this would be coffee cream (not whipping cream) I’m not a big fan of these milk based coffee drinks, or chai for that matter. But I doo like to try new flavours once in a while and this might just be one worth a try. I’ve yet to find one that I would crave to try again. Thank you for showing us!
