Yes. The human condition is mostly run from the subconscious mind and the subconscious is habitual on what is known to work and safe but faulty when needing to make positive changes in one's life. The law of attraction works but you need to know how to tweek your subconscious mind to change habitual behavior. I hope I was good with my grammar, but if not I apologize.

I would go further. If you think you need to "fix" yourself, feel incomplete and think you need something "external" to complete you, you don't know who you are. There is nothing to fix. Find yourself and forget everything else. Whatever needs to be "fixed" is not real. You will not lose anything, just stop seeing things that were not there in the first place.

When he spoke of the death of his mother really resonated with me. When I stood over her body before they locked her coffin I looked at her and asked, "What am I supposed to do now?" I lived to make her proud and with my other siblings having children and families I always tried to stand out in her heart. Now I'm still trying to figure out what I want for my life 3 years later. Loves sent I watched my mum die after taking her out of hospital we are both spiritually blessed , nobody wants to die in hospital do they ? Home or hospitals crowd or just one trusted person ? I was that trusted person the one she picked to be by her side to watch my mother die in front of my eyes , I know I’m. Blessed to of been picked but I can’t express how it’s effected me, 4 months on no cause of death & hospitals told her could only be 2-3 days she died on my dads anniversary 11 years b4 I watched my dad die but in hospital I have 2 special angels now but I’m struggling to find somebody to help me process what’s happened? Getting spiritual downloads via dreams & my mum was the biggest hippy out I was but I’ve become lost because I’m lost in confusion loneliness & heartbreak ❤️‍🩹
Maybe once I get a cause of death I can go down to the water & let my emotions out & speak to the universe 🌌

Just say what you're feeling in the moment so that you can connect with people better.
"Everything you're thinking right now, the biggest goal you can see for yourself, still brings in your past story. If you undo yourself from the old story, then you can change really fast." Intentions are goals in the moment. My intention is to learn, grow, etc. Then you're not as tied to the results... which you often can't control.
"Whenever you let go of something scary, you're only scared because your mind can measure what you will lose, but it can't see what you will gain. So when you feel lost you're just in a problem of, you're just addicted to seeing the old story."
"All of your emotions are temporary (the good and the bad). They're passing things. But there is this thing in this moment right now that I feel is permanent. This thing that you can feel. Just this silence, this space. I've had so many things that have shown up and left, that I once thought were my reality, that it feels like parts of me continue to die, and I allow them to die. Most of our pain comes from believing that we should keep holding on to these things that are really heavy in our lives."
"The problem isn't the thought, it's your resistance to the thought." I love that.
"No person has ever broken your heart, they've broken your expectations. You had a belief that you were supposed to be with that person forever. We move as if we have forever. And we forget to live." Appreciate the moment you're in.
"Every person is capable of changing the world by changing themselves."
Also, I cried during the mom part.
Also, that's a cool watch, Kyle. What is it?

this episode really hit me emotionally when he spoke about how his mom died 6 weeks before his daughter was born. it got me thinking about death and how everyone in my family has to die as well as myself at some point between now and who knows when... i dont want to die, it terrifies me to my core, but it also puts everything into perspective and I'm able to really appreciate those I care for and the moments we share and have yet to share.

I recently made a video on the idea of having 'One You'; one version of yourself. Up until the age of 20 or so, I found myself being vague, undefined, formless, and I'd adapt to external parameters just to fit in, without even understanding why. Not to a great degree since I was always an introverted lonely wolf, but enough to bother me and make me notice. It never sat right with me, I always felt like I violated myself by doing so, and I could sense that I was not only weakening my character but also steering further and further away from who I wanted to become.
I fully agree with Kyle, it's vital to learn how to embrace being yourself, letting go of obsessive mindsets, and learning the value of authenticity. It's a radical mindset shift that changes the way you see everything. It doesn't mean you shouldn't develop yourself, get your shit together, or fix what's broken, but it means you learn to face the world in a truthful, authentic, forthright manner, and by doing so you can free yourself from the perceptional prison that you've built for yourself. It might not always give you what you want or expect but ultimately it will teach you how the world really is in a non-bitter or resentful way, and leads to a life that looks and feels like you.

    1. “When you’re feeling lost you’re just addicted to seeing the old story” and unwilling to see the new possibilities in front of you. That’s an amazing explanation.
    2. Add “I love that” after anxious, fearful statements to shift your perspective and give back power to yourself versus the situation having power over you.
    3. When you’re going through low times you think it’ll last forever. The same applies to the high times. Pain comes from holding onto heavy things you shouldn’t keep.
    4. If you come up with justifications for something it means you don’t truly want it.
    5. Everyone has 2 voices. The first instinctual, inspirational voice wanting to jump off to the next workplace. We train ourselves to ignore this voice. The second voice is the practical, responsible voice that’s influenced from society which isn’t that healthy or successful anyway.
    6. Building blocks of a healthy story- accepting where you are now and not feeling guilty about what you should’ve done or said.
    7. No person has ever broken your heart, they have broken your expectations
    8. The impact on the world is a byproduct of living your highest self because the biggest impact you see from here is probably nothing comparing to what we’re capable of

I haven't heard something this powerful and profound in a very long time.
To put it, in such a brief segment, with such an precision and accuracy
while describing it all so well-connected is truly mesmerizing.
However, I personally believe that with his messages being drawn to us
with such a force we might get blinded to see
this perspective he's speaking of with a critically eye.
What Kyle Cease is essentially saying is to let go of your feelings/memories history.
The only feelings that matters are those which happens at the moment.
His method requires an erase of your history.
Which, yes, will give you an objective perspective on things but you loose, you.
If you keep applying this method and just erase your past.
    Who are you?
I believe that you must keep the past and also release it, but not to erase it.
Instead, you acknowledge and accept your past for what it is
but at the same time you still use this perspective.
Your past is a source and fundamental part of you which is contained
with memories and feeling but also functions as an inspirational force in different ways.
Also, I don't agree with the part where he rejects the "second-thought" completely
and suggests that you should also go on your "first thought" or intuition
    is not quite waterproof.
Sometimes, and very crucial times, that "second-thought"
could help you to prevent to enter something dangerous or negative
which your "first thought" missed because of the impulsive process.
The only common thing in this universe is balance, I believe.
    Therefore balance is the key.
See it from all perspective while knowing how much weight you give to each respective.
This is once again, my take on his speech which I otherwise genuinely loved.
It was seriously eye-opening and refreshing.

Really enjoyed this one. There is something genuine and authentic about Kyle Cease. Sometimes people we get lost in all that we want to accomplish that we forgot to just be. This concept of everything being temporary and just letting go of the past is something I have been trying to implement in my life. Once read the book Conversations with God and really understood the concept of our life being an experience, and it being our choice to choose what that experience is going to be like which is very similar to what Kyle was saying about setting intentions instead of goals. Its so hard changing your life and I have been struggling for the past 3 years since I made that decision that I wanted to be better, but one of the things that I have learnt is that accepting who you are at that current moment is imperative. True love is unconditional and if you are to learn to love then there shouldnt conditions and stipulations of when you will be happy with yourself and then start to love yourself.
