Love the quote “The fastest way for you to eradicate a limiting belief is to actually see the limiting belief as untrue. The moment that happens there is a reorganization in your brain. You can’t unsee it, once you see the lie is a lie.”
"..to actually see the limiting belief as untrue." This was very true of me. I BELIEVED that I was limited. In my attempt to "re-program" my beliefs, I came up with my own affirmation, which I revised several times. I humbly submit the first two paragraphs: "I AM all and complete. I AM enlightened. I AM love. I AM wisdom. I AM understanding. I AM unique. I am an Immortal Spiritual Being having experiences in a physical world. I am grateful to the Universe for the love and wisdom that is already in my life. I attract the love and wisdom of the Universe so that I may better serve others and serve the Universe. "I accept the people in my life as they are, not as I would prefer, since they are on their own journeys to enlightenment, and are playing their assigned parts, from which they learn, and from which I learn from them. The actions and beliefs of those around me, are only the reflections of what I once was. What I perceive as “faults” in others, are only the reflections of my own faults. The people in my life recognize the wisdom in me. My energy vibrations overpower their resistance, attract them to me, awaken their desire to learn from me, to follow my lead, and to align themselves with me as I lead by example. I offer them the opportunities to learn, to rise above ignorance, to rise above those around them, to grow in spirituality, and to strive for excellence. Whenever I enter a room or a building, those present are attracted to me by the energy vibrations that I radiate." Regarding the "assigned parts" above, I quote Shakespeare: “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players. They have their exits and their entrances. And one man, in his time plays many parts”. “As You Like It, Act II, Scene V” William Shakespeare (Francis Bacon) www.poets.org/poetsorg/poem/you-it-act-ii-scene-vii-all-worlds-stage Are we "players" who follow our pre-written scripts? Or can we revise our scripts to reflect who we REALLY are ?
Re your final para - yes, we can revise those deep inner scripts. .... it takes time to locate the TRUE deep core beliefs that have become our stumbling blocks, but when they are uncovered it is truly stunning. Then the 're-write' begins... cheers ...

Just listened to this for a third time. What i love about this interview is that they are giving us actual SIMPLE tools that we can put into practice. What would be great someday is if tom invited people who were actually stuck in whatever they were talking about and showed in real time how a novice would actually do it. This if my favorited channel. Thanks Tom
Tom, I can not thank you enough for this platform and the people you have shared it with. My spiritual awakening and mindset shift started after I became obsessed with impact theory. My life have forever changed💜 Thank you!
So powerful !!! The part that he said: Don't get caught up with the how, when you are imagining a specific outcome, your brain build neurological pathways so that you can achieve the end goal in mind. So you will become more aware of opportunities regarding that goal...... So powerful and Life changing
I think that this message that David shares about changing our beliefs to change our lives is one that can help anyone transform their lives in 2020. Thanks for the video Tom. Glad we found this episode.
niraj kapadiya It’s a feedback loop. What you think, you believe. What you believe, dictates your thoughts. Start focusing on positive thoughts and everything changes to match those thoughts.
Exactly ! And it's like, if you want to change a belief, you gotta be aware of the thought and question it and reframe it so that it changes your belief in a very powerful way !
niraj kapadiya I learned from Weldon Long, “Your thoughts lead to your emotions, your emotion lead to your actions, and your actions lead to your results.” The power of consistency...great book.
And so true. It even makes sense: If you don't believe you can do something, you're not going to take any steps towards achieving it.... And even if by some miracle you do, you'll screw it up anyways with self-sabotaging behaviours.
I felt like Tom approached this interview like “okay, prove to me you know what you’re talking about.” I don’t know if it was because of their differences on a Higher Power or what, but it was cool because it kind of forced him to explain things. At first he was throwing out big terms that most people don’t hear to much, but Tom kept digging to get more helpful explanations.
This is why I like Tom’s interviews, I can always take away some stuff that are accessible instead of the big terms which I already know. His wife is the same way, I like her interviews too.
Bro you pick some very interesting and inspirational guests. I have been checking you out for a few months now. First thing totally flipped the mindset. Secondly... Your sneaker game is on point!! Kudos good sir.

One day, I will be sitting in the chair next to you. :)
Great talk!!! Disarming the Amygdala Hijack!!!!! The important message in your talk is to, as I like to say, find a way to ‘self generate’ and create a positive state for ourselves. Freud had it right when he asked about the childhood of his patients. Murray Bowen hit the nail on the head with Family Systems Theory. I grew up in a home headed by a very narcissistic mother and codependent father. Needless to say this was not an ideal situation for me and my 6 siblings. There was emotional and physical abuse by my mother towards all of us, including my father. After my mother’s death 3 years ago, I decided to explore what caused her behavior. The things I learned about her AND myself were incredible. I decided to write a book about growing up with a narcissistically injured parent and it’s nearing completion. I’m also studying psychology (my second ‘career’- I’m a retired police officer) After writing for a few months and understanding the causes for my mother’s behaviors and how her childhood totally shaped the behavior, I have a deep sense of sadness for the abuse she suffered in her own childhood. Understanding those factors led to an incredible reframing for me that allowed me to get myself ‘off the hook’ that kept me in shame with low self esteem. I learned better self differentiation, an aspect of Bowen’s Family Systems Theory. I also took strides for my self care by going Keto and IF- a perfect marriage to my better mental health!
There are NO LIMITS of what you can create, you are POWERFUL and there is nothing that you can not have or achieve! Believe in your power, believe in yourself and let go of what no longer serves you! ♡ design your life, create your reality
To change the way you think you need to embrace self awareness as much as possible. Recollecting yourself as soon as your self awareness starts to drift away. Practice new actions in the field of self awareness instead of the field of autopilot.
I can actually “see” how this talk has changed my thinking pattern. I just have to (obviously) learn more, but the explanations w/in this video, really explained things very well. Thank you for sharing the video, and the knowledge!! ❤️
skipper523 There’s a great book called “The Power of Consistency” by Weldon Long that broke their down for me. Check it out and let me know what you think.
24:43 Not knowing what I don’t know has been one of my biggest limitations. When I don’t even know the questions to ASK, it is stultifying. His advice is helpful and worth a shot.
WOW ! this is one of the most powerful messages that I have ever had the privilege of receiving Tom ..thank you and David. Will certainly be stepping things up several notches from this point onwards.
@Jonathan Bowen all sorts of people advertise on channels, social media etc. You probably have no clue about marketing. At least he's doing something even if his advertising is basic. What are you doing in life? The people that do nothing productive in life like yourself do things like projecting their ego in a negative way, patronise people and do time wasting things like "look out for other people's comments" 😂
The section about the clarity concept made me consider how faith works; believing something will happen and not worrying about the how but also how important movement is. This must be what they mean when they say taking a "leap" of faith.
Great interview, when I thought about "I belong everywhere I am" I thought it was powerful but I actually see myself as an outsider but I see more value in that vs belonging so it is interesting for people looking for one right answer because it depends what you associate with things. Growth creates unique expressions of life.
everyone is either an outsider and belong. Its an illusion you have about yourself. It's as you say an association and an association is limiting, not a truth. You belong. That's not saying you aren't unique.
This interview along with Joe Dispenza is probably the best interviews I've ever seen! Thank you so much Tom, keep doing what you're doing brother, It's of MASSIVE value!

"The way you get more clarity is the way you drive in fog. You got 10 feet of clarity. The way you get 10 feet more is to move forward 10 feet." That was powerful as hell and made so much sense to me! Thanks for that, SIR!
Thank you, this is great deep stuff, it reminds me Byron's Katie The Work in which she teaches how to question negative thoughts that cause anxiety. This is not positive thinking but deeper. It starts with awareness first and then questioning false believes which makes us feel like victims and helpless . Only changing those believe true change can happens.
This is gold. I have been on this journey to rewire and retell my stories and how I think and this is the first time something has resonated with me on every level. I have tried to reframe and all those things but couldn't quite get it. But this has really helped!!!! Thank you so much!
I really needed this message today. I'm currently working on my belief system. There's some real change that I can make today. Thank you so much for sharing this.

14:45 that's the core message - embrace the reality as it is, embrace the moment and move towards the God, towards the Good, towards love and true self - this is the key to happiness!
I loved this. I have been working on modifying my belief systems for months now, and he is right. Everything in your life hinges on the fact that your actions and emotions are a chain reaction of your beliefs. I see everything differently now

"I AM all and complete.
Whenever I enter a room or a building, those present are attracted to me by the energy vibrations that I radiate."
Regarding the "assigned parts" above, I quote Shakespeare:
“All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players. They have their exits and their entrances. And one man, in his time plays many parts”. “As You Like It, Act II, Scene V” William Shakespeare (Francis Bacon) www.poets.org/poetsorg/poem/you-it-act-ii-scene-vii-all-worlds-stage
Are we "players" who follow our pre-written scripts? Or can we revise our scripts to reflect who we REALLY are ?
Re your final para - yes, we can revise those deep inner scripts. .... it takes time to locate the TRUE deep core beliefs that have become our stumbling blocks, but when they are uncovered it is truly stunning. Then the 're-write' begins... cheers ...

At 24.53, is why I love the host, we could understood that people won't make sense of what he said, asked his guest to simplify the thing, and it's so powerful message. This is what I love about Tom. He does the best for his viewers.
This is like two Matrix agents having a chat.
technosteed lmao I’m like 😳 yeah...yeah...me too
2 matrix agents i love it
😂
😂😂😂
Totally!!
Riaan Van Niekerk I didn’t understand that till the fog analogy. But reading about it now, it makes so much since.
I think that this message that David shares about changing our beliefs to change our lives is one that can help anyone transform their lives in 2020. Thanks for the video Tom. Glad we found this episode.
Thank you. This was amazing, especially being a Muslim living in America, I often feel like I don't belong but now realize I believe everywhere.
"What you believe, dectates your thoughts." That sounds so profound.
niraj kapadiya It’s a feedback loop.

It even makes sense:
If you don't believe you can do something, you're not going to take any steps towards achieving it....
And even if by some miracle you do, you'll screw it up anyways with self-sabotaging behaviours.
I felt like Tom approached this interview like “okay, prove to me you know what you’re talking about.”
I don’t know if it was because of their differences on a Higher Power or what, but it was cool because it kind of forced him to explain things. At first he was throwing out big terms that most people don’t hear to much, but Tom kept digging to get more helpful explanations.
Brandon Phifer Tom is becoming the new Larry King in personal development interviews.
Tom knows his audience. He is always a learner.
This is why I like Tom’s interviews, I can always take away some stuff that are accessible instead of the big terms which I already know. His wife is the same way, I like her interviews too.
I felt that too...
You are right and that's why i like Tom watching him!
It’s simple folks: whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right
Simple yes, not easy.

The idea of clarity and knowing what you want to achieve and then creating fake memories basically is actually insane and so brilliant. Thank you.
Crazy right?

Superpasi7 right I thought so too lol
Exactly my thoughts....
Yep it curses like him too lol 😂

Bro you pick some very interesting and inspirational guests. I have been checking you out for a few months now. First thing totally flipped the mindset. Secondly... Your sneaker game is on point!! Kudos good sir.
David is MY coach and I will be the first to tell you - he is the REAL DEAL! I'm in his year-long Legendary coaching program. My life has completely shifted and changed because of David, his beautiful soon-to-wife, Carol, and his entire team.
@tombilyeu, I adore you! Such a great interview!!!! As always! One day, I will be sitting in the chair next to you. :)
how far into te coaching program are you?
Was he a LMF coach as well?
Right
He's your guru?
I’m also studying psychology (my second ‘career’- I’m a retired police officer)
After writing for a few months and understanding the causes for my mother’s behaviors and how her childhood totally shaped the behavior, I have a deep sense of sadness for the abuse she suffered in her own childhood.
This is my new affirmation.. restructuring it with "I Am" statements!
Powerful.. thanks! 👌
Erika K I use to believe I wasn’t deserving of having a dream. But you are 100% right. Thanks for sharing this.

To change the way you think you need to embrace self awareness as much as possible. Recollecting yourself as soon as your self awareness starts to drift away. Practice new actions in the field of self awareness instead of the field of autopilot.
We got Toms Doppleganger on today folks, Watch out Now! best way to start the day! Bless up Impact Fam!!

Great point on seeing the limiting self belief as untrue, when you take away it's references that build it up, it's hard to give it any importance
Toms embodiment in each interview he has is something amazing. Be proud of yourself man!
It’s amazing what we can do with the power of the mind. If we can simply learn to control it.
"Quality of the thinking is that in that moment you think it's not true even though it's true for you!"
Blown away!..
The mind is a very POWERFUL asset, but only when we make it work for US, and NOT against us!! Who agrees? :)
Lindsey Spiteri Bellizzi Thats 100% true! I wished I would’ve the power of self talk years ago.
Your mind can be your greatest asset or your worst liability...
It’s powerful on both ends 🌺
Tone down the all-caps a couple notches
I would say it's powerful both ways:
Working for us, it's a very positive power -
Working against us, it's very powerfully negative.
one of most logical guest on Tom's show. It makes sense on every level!
WOW ! this is one of the most powerful messages that I have ever had the privilege of receiving Tom ..thank you and David. Will certainly be stepping things up several notches from this point onwards.
Listening to these episodes is very similar to meditation for me. They both help me get back to baseline at overwhelming times.
*"OMG, I belong everywhere I am"*
*👆THIS RIGHT HERE...PRICELESS*
That line hit me hard as well!
I thought it was just me ha...Im surprised how common this must be and how much we live in our thoughts.
And everywhere you find yourself is but more possible fuel to further a powerful life.
This point stuck out to me too!
Number one point for me too!
Wow! Getting into a powerful state of being. That really IS the key. Once you get yourself there you can do almost anything.
Once your mindset and belief system changes everything on the outside will shift along with it
Authentic Self Guide True. Had it happen many times. It’s automatic. Literally everything changes when the shift occurs.
Authentic Self Guide 100% Truth. I didn’t learn this till I read BriN Tracy’s “No Excuses” changed my life
Amazinggg. They should play this podcast in every high school and college. Nothing more important to know in life than what is discussed here.
I like the way this guy thinks - his concepts are easy to grasp and make perfect sense to me. Thanks for the interview Tom 🤘🏻
The section about the clarity concept made me consider how faith works; believing something will happen and not worrying about the how but also how important movement is. This must be what they mean when they say taking a "leap" of faith.
Honestly the respect with which these dialogues are kept in, is remarkably.

I rate this as one of the most important videos I have ever watched. Thank you Tom and David. I'd downloaded the book before this had even finished!
if you want to change your life. you have to change your mindset... thanks for this awesome episode
David Bayer is really on point!! The truth is the truth! Very knowledgeable and intelligent man!
"I belong everywhere I am"

I agree
This is gold. I have been on this journey to rewire and retell my stories and how I think and this is the first time something has resonated with me on every level. I have tried to reframe and all those things but couldn't quite get it. But this has really helped!!!! Thank you so much!
I really needed this message today. I'm currently working on my belief system. There's some real change that I can make today. Thank you so much for sharing this.

OMG! I fell asleep watching a different Impact video and woke up to Tom interviewing what looked like himself. lol. Now I'm intrigued, and will start from the beginning. His last video wasn't boring, I was just super tired. Love the show and recommend it all the time.

I loved this. I have been working on modifying my belief systems for months now, and he is right. Everything in your life hinges on the fact that your actions and emotions are a chain reaction of your beliefs. I see everything differently now
This was superb. Tom's life would be changed for the better if he tried psychedelics.
