Ive been a paraplegic for 24yrs. Ive overcame obstacle after obstacle against all odds. The problem now is that everyone expects me to do it. I dont need help I can do anything, people truly believe this. I have no idea how to accept help even if someone wanted to. Im ok with the giving but the accepting Im horrible at. I watch all these types of videos hoping to learn some type of skills, I just love them.

I always thought I was thinking differently than everyone else. Then kyle cease blew that out by 1,000. You always make me think about how luck is everywhere. We just rarely are ready to accept the luck. I love the information you download today

A very effective exercise at the start of a meditation session is allow the chatter to come . Do not resist or attempt to banish or relegate the chatter , it will only lend it sanctuary .
After a few minutes ask yourself...
