When I told my husband's Ex, I can't change the past and I ONLY have the power to change my future, she became very quiet and realized she lost the power to devastate me and that was her goal. She fizzled in that instant. Words have power, but heart felt Love and purpose in genuineness, moves us to rise in their power! That, is magic!
Before I leave for work I remind myself:
BE PRESENT.. in every situation. When I’m at work, BE at work. When I’m at the gym, BE at the gym. When I’m at home, BE at home.

Man! Kyle is a genius! I'm in tears as I'm watching this. Almost everything I have been doing is to run away from the present moment where I feel unloved, rejected, unwanted, unseen. Right now I have been trying to figure out if I'm going to move to another state, go to school, take cooking lessons, yoga, etc . I have been in this cycle for years now doing different things. Kyle has an amazing and settled and smooth way to deliver information, that gets right to the core of the issue. I'm going to call him the surgeon of the spiritual/emotional world

I met Kyle at Wanderlust in Whistler BC. I planned my trip specifically around going to his events there. I had been listening to him for a few months prior. He has a way to have you do the deep thinking and the work. Thank you Kyle. Until I see you again.

@@EdMylettShow I would say my favorite part is when he talked about allowing yourself to feel the emotions that arise and not reject them with motivation all the time. When I heard that I immediately felt it because I do deny my feelings at times and consider them to be negative when in actuality they are a sign and a guide that needs to be acknowledged. This IS something that I will work on daily. Thanks again Ed! You are a light in this world.
@@intentionalevolution3653 i got chills at that same part. I once thought there were good feelings and bad feelings and that it was my job to reject the bad feelings (sadness, anger, frustration, etc) and turn on the good (happy, lightness, optimism, etc). When I learned that I should be listening to those "bad" emotions, I can hear what my body is trying to tell me and deal with sh!t. There are no good or bad emotions. Just emotions. I'm so glad I am not alone in that catergorization, and to figuring out how to allow them to flow and acknowledge them.

Art of loving my shadow and my light. I been so familiar with my shadow, loving my light in all its totality, massive. Loyalty was the mask over fear of loosing people I cared about enjoyed being with, to let myself become my lighter self. Even that last part is a barrier...my intent in present is be now.
My purpose is to find my purpose. My purpose is to live a frequency that unifies my mind and heals my body and just do what comes natural and follow inspired thoughts. Maintain the cosmic connection/ consciousness. This is timeless wisdom from the vedas.

Today I found Kyle Cease, what an amazing way to start a new year!
Zen conversation....I cleaned my house while listening. It looks great! Kyle's voice is both humble & compassionate. It's authentic and when I feel pain ( emotional) these calming empowering videos help so much. I am alone all toxic family & friends are gone. Adjusting to it but met a great new person " me" ...making better friends. But not in no rush. Great interview & sharing conversation. 🙏😊🌈

Ed thank you for this interview.....all I can say is the ah ha moment was real!! I have been so worried about making a difference for others, that I am doing...doing...doing. In doing so I have created that separation between me and my Heart. I have been having the feeling that things aren't what they need to be. So time to re-connect with my Heart on a deeper level. The vision that hase been given is just a preview of what is coming next.
From the human eye/brain, it feels like it is in the future because we are not expressing it "now".
Let go of the past, now and future there is only pure life ♡!
God only works with one time and that is…
The right timing.
We are energetically working on matching ourselves to that vibration of that life preview. Between "you and that life preview" that is pre-sented to you are for example energetic beliefs or bad habits that needs to change.
That's when the inside come in you have to fast, stop eating sugar, stop drinking etc it's all connected to your next best life story.
It's not just the story he showd you also what vibriton is needed in that life story that is already existing. Just accept the preview and feel the energy of creation start flowing.
Your visions are a preview of what's already there and what you already are. You only do something if you know now is the right time let the rest just happen.

This is some of the coolest stuff I've ever heard. Thank you so, so, so much for doing this. I really needed to hear Kyle's words on relationships, and really the mental states we have. We can think from need and lack, or from faith and abundance... I know it's been said a million times before but he puts it so simply. This entire interview had me completely falling in love with God all over again. As a believer, I tend to break down information in a discussion like this and ask "How does this topic relate to what Jesus may have been teaching in the bible. As I write this, I can't help but smile at the nod towards our creator. Thought I would share with you the scriptures that gave validity to most of what was discussed here, in such an incredible and profound way. Steven Furtick recently released a sermon series, and the most recent upload "Your season to succeed" touches on the idea that the kingdom is WITHIN us. I make that reference only to urge anyone who is seeing this interview that there is such an anointing on what is discussed here, and from my own personal perspective...
