I believe the bed width is about 72 inches. By 80 inches. Huge, for a bed. Plus, the seats are so comfortable that maybe a four inch cushion could be added, for sleeping. A hallway night light near the floor could be added, by the bathroom. Without turning lights on, while people sleep. The counter space is good, when a few more guests are over for food or drinks. People don't mind standing, for a little bit. Sort of like the rare island counter top and sink, in the middle of a trailer. For food and plates Except, it's at the side. Maybe have some led lights underneath the cabinetry, near the back. This way it doesn't always have to be from the ceiling
It’s gorgeous and for a class B pretty amazing. Can’t believe it got the 3P’s! So much storage and room but then again for a very select group of people.
Love it that you are giving details of the electrical system. That is a big improvement on your Class B review videos!
Maybe add right and left side on/off led reading lights, in the back. So, people can read, when the bed is down. Put cushions or pillows While the other side lights are off.
The other person can sleep, if the want.
It would be cheap to do so I wish the RV manufacturers would put lights in the storage compartments. Once you open those cabinet doors you can’t see a thing in there. For less than $10 per cabinet they could put in led lights that come on when you open the cabinet door. And for those who will complain that the lights will wake up someone when you open them at night they could do red/white lights
I’m loving how you can now show lots more RV’s. Hi Andrea! So glad you’re back. You two are great together.
Dislikes:
1. At that price point, it should have a climate controlled, four season lithium battery system.
2. It’s a rich look, but too dark.
3. Well, I really don’t have a third because it’s such an awesome Class B.
Likes:
1. I love the screens front and back.
2. Love that it’s all electric.
3. It really has all the features you’d need and want in a Class B: Driving bells and whistles, lots of storage, a closet, love the door to the bathroom and the bathroom itself is great, that kitchen, and the sofa/bed is big enough.
Anyway, it’s a fantastic Class B. Happy travels!
Once again guys I would like them to take the sink out of the bathroom because the kitchen sink is so close by. You would have a wonderful shower with so much more room. Love that it is all electric systems. Cheers!!!
I agree with you. I was going to comment exactly the same thing. Who needs another sink when the kitchen sink is not even two steps away?
Good point
Not to be contrary but I don’t want anyone washing their hands in my kitchen sink after a trip to the potty. Gross.
As long as you are washing your hands because so many people don’t. What’s worse? I’ll take the sink in the kitchen and be clean.
In colder weather, some vans have a lirhium battery compartment. With a preset temperature, around the batteries, to keep them working properly. Lithium batteries work best, when they aren't freezing. A preset temperature, about 42 degrees seems to work
You know when I suggested this class B A few weeks ago (except I asked for four-seater) I wanted to get a good review and honest review and I even said I wanted to know how that bathroom was for doing your business because I have a similar frame to Matt...
Not only did you guys find the RV so quickly Matt even said it's a PPP... This one is a definite winner...THANK YOU!!!
Any thing I would say abouts how great this class B is would be preaching to the choir. Beautiful...just beautiful! Great review y'all and stay safe and awesome.
Love you can leave animals in RV and have a/c going without hookups. I like a dry bath but if they took sink out this could be a decent size shower with toilet on other side of curtain.
Don't like how the t.v. sticks out. Also the battery's are open to road crud and water not impressed with that. Love the bathroom and counters. Agree to dark inside light makes it look larger a must.
Matt, you and Andrea are a great team! I love your content. Keep it going!! Jeff/Annapolis
Wow guys this rig is absolutely beautiful!! 💯 great job guys, I agree with everything you said about the likes and dislikes! It was hard to think of even one dislike so I'm gonna say it's just too small of a rig for what my fam would need, if I was solo, hells yeah!! I'm gonna say, since I like everything about it, my absolute favorite thing is the bathroom! They took a lot of time and engineering to make it work! I mean, you can eat almost anywhere, sleep as well, but when it comes to showering and pooping on the road, you need a comfortable, secure spot!!! Well done 👏! Love to you guys 🥰
I love 1) the exterior solid color 2) the bathroom 3)the power coach bed 4) air conditioner runing on solar power
I don't like 1) the dark wooden interior, use white, blue, teal make it look like a beach cottage 2) price is high 3)the screen door needs to be sturdy for pets inside
So glad you went independent. Not a fan of class B’s but this one could change my mind.
1. I love the name American Coach Patiot!
2. Love that power sofa that can double as a recliner with seat belts.
3. Rear view camera.
4. Love the bathroom with a sink.
Dislikes
1. The screen on the slider.
Too enclosing.
2. Yes too dark inside.
3. The Price. Ouch!
I still love my 2017 Midwest Automotive Designs Weekender MD4!
They are the best!
Number 2 was prime pooping position.
Perfect
I love this personally and I like the dark interior, too. I love that it doesn't use propane, that makes it a double winner for me.
Hi Matt and Andrea! My dislikes are it’s dark in there needs more lights and the sliding door opens up just so far. Other than that love everything else about this motorhome. The color I love it on the outside. Love the storage and the bathroom with the three Ps. This is a very nice Rv. Thank you Matt and Andrea abs Rv One of Tampa!
Luuuv the van color, no propane, great storage..the interior decor is beautiful!! 👍😀
Please review the Leisure Travel Van Wonder Front Twin Bed.
I could never buy that coach as much as I love it with those batteries like that and the salty roads here in Canada in the fall and spring and winter whatever what were they thinking oh I guess only for Florida or California
Even for a wet bath there is plenty of room in there and plenty of room and storage in the kitchen. I also like that the outside water connections are in a compartment. Not a fan of the reclining couch to bed. And the price is out of my range. As someone else said, I would have concerns with the batteries being exposed like they are.
3ps in a class B? Amazing! Very nice class B, but didn’t see any gold at that price! 😂 Fantastic review Matt and Andrea!
Hi again. The cabinets. Is way to dark. Need a lighter color. Perfect. Wow what a class b. What is the m.s.r.p. price. Just curious
Definitely some high spots with this one. I wish you folks would provide the bed length (in inches) for us taller folks who can struggle with Class B beds. Thanks!
The beds are 22 feet long.
@@williamboyle8918 Thanks, William. However, I think there is an error here...22 feet is probably the full length of the coach.
@@danoc51 The beds are 32 feet long
The Airstream 24X has the longest bed option I’ve seen with it being over 80” long in twin bed conversion or making a full king bed if combined. It’s definitely the longest bed option I’ve seen.
Those Lithium Batteries are going to freeze during the winter and will not hold charge.
I love the ground effects on this van. It makes it have that sporty look. I love the outside color. 😍 I love the European style cabinetry. I love the bathroom. I only have one dislike and that is the dark color of of the counter. I would have went with a blue to match the outside color.
Great job with this van. 👏
Enjoyed the review! You still have the most thorough information without trying to actually sell the rig at the same time! Fantastic! Agree with it being too dark inside. I would like to have y’all tell us the clearance on the C’s and B’s please!!! Thanks!
It's a beautiful class B. I love that it's all electric, induction cooktop, and storage space. I dislike the super high gloss, dark cabinetry, one burner cooktop, and lack of a decent eating area.
Beautiful Coach Gang . The exterior color is Boffo . The Bath was a surprise as to the PPP !!! Wow . Love it Keep up the Great work Andrea / Matt . Thank you .
The exposed batteries are a very big concern both for exposure to temps and damage from road debris.
And extremely costly to repair/replace. Horrible placement and it’s not a question of “if” this will be a problem; it’s “when” it becomes a problem.
That is gorgeous. One thing though, some people have the idea with no propane and no generator there is no risk of fire and that is not true. Many RV fires are electrical.
LIKE THE COLOR OF THE VAN THE WET - BATH THE KITCHEN NO DISLIKE MATT AND ANDREA I LIKE TO SEE THIS VS AIRSTREAM INTERSTATE AND ALSO I LIKE TO SEE 4WD
Color coordinated with Andrea’s outfit. Matt was able to open the fuel door on a class B. No bike rack to knock Matt’s noggin. Don’t like the glass door for the prime pooping area. Don’t like awning on class B. Not sure about the fold up hanging handles. They became a five minute mission to fold down. Thank you for sharing sharing and have a great day. #vanlife
I love this van, it’s awesome and it is perfect for 2 people. I would love to own it. It’s my favorite one ever.
Nice Class B…love the push button operation for most things in the coach. Two things I dislike about coach are there’s no outside storage AND the MSRP is entirely too much. I don’t believe that it’s worth $200,000 even with the luxury additions.
Don't forget the sale price is under $160,000. That makes it a bit better.
Yes itus
That bathroom glass door is inappropriate 😆 when you have guests on board.
I just noticed Airstream has a better screen door. It folds like a fan so it opens all the way not blocking the entrance halfway. Blinds also are automatic.
I like the all electric, the screen doors, and the bathroom. I dislike the quilted fabrics, the dark cabinets (as y'all said) and that's it! Wonderful pricey unit perfect for 1 or 2.
BTW, my 2018 Dodge Caravan has those pull the handle/push button doors.
Don’t like price, diesel and camera on dash blocking window view. Like beautiful outside, great inside and love all electric and battery.
Exposed Lithium batteries are useless in colder climates. Would have been nice to see the eating area, perhaps in the back?
and in heat will not run the AC for long....need a generator
I don’t think the color would be or qualify for a dislike. Your review is more how it’s built and how it’s is used.
Beautiful rig, and great craftsmanship. I bet it would look even better and a bit more open with a lighter interior. Off white cabinets, a light gray bleached wood floor, and a white granite countertop would make a huge difference.
Thanks Matt and Andrea. This is absolutely beautiful. Very difficult to think of any dislikes. I wonder how often the batteries would need to be changed
Fancy smancy! And I love the color too.
Great for the environment, but not so great on the Bank account!
Can you please review the Phoenix cruiser...there are many models and floor plans...I think your best chance will be the Hershey show....thanks..
Love the review!!!! As a bigger person it helps me know bathroom size and how easy it is to get around inside with two people. I also disliked that the screen make the door opening smaller. I would give this class B a one as a half thumbs
Awesome unit! I can definitely go boondocking in this unit, thanks for sharing 😊🙌🙏.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Love this ... thanks for sharing! 💕
I’m so glad I ran across your video/channel. I was set on an Airstream Interstate GL, but this is really nice as well.
What a nice RV company to let This great honest review team show us this beautiful class B!
Yay! Andrea is back! I have wanted a Class B for short trips. I wish some company would give us a bed we could put up front for a visitor even if it was a blow up mattress HINT HINT lol
Matt and Andrea,
Again you really need to look at the plans of the unit you are reviewing. If you had you would have seen that there is a table that goes in front of the rear sofa bed in the area between the two side seats.
3 things i didnt like outside shower too low bathroom door handle could see myself bumpin into all the time and the dark brown color on cabinets other then that its great
Basically I like BUT I not a fan of Mercedes, screen being fixed and batteries being exposed. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻❤
Hey Matt and Andrea, thanks for the review! I do like this one especially the outside color. I wish the interior was lighter and I'm not crazy about the sofa to bed conversion. Put a drop down bed in back and a lower price and I might be interested! Keep on keepin' on!
The only thing I’ve seen you review so far is class b’s sense you went on you own.
Out of my price range, but that is a beautiful B. Make it a 4 wheel drive and change out that reclining couch for a permanent bed and it would be damn near perfect.
They do make a 4x4 version at this company :). They have a euroloft bed like the winnebago revel. Not alot of youtube videos of the brand with a loft bed though.
@@anthoneyurtz5689 Thank you for that info. You prompted me to go to their web page and you are correct. Options include both the loft bed and 4x4. Thank you for the info. If I could afford it, this would now be my first choice.
@@GaryNichols50 totally understand that. Maybe keep your eye open in a couple years. Maybe the rv price stupidity going on right now will calm down and you can grab one when depreciation really happens.
Best Class B I’ve ever seen!
This is gorgeous!
It's not too dark. Just personal preference. I would love to have this van!
I'm impressed with the bed and bathroom area. Very nice Class B
I have been enjoying your channel the last week I am new here. Just keep doing you guys. Seriously love you guys.you guys are gonna be so....what's the word....Famous! Very informative just don't forget the little guy that is getting started. Matt you got a huge heart bro. Andrea so sweet with beauty to match. Loving this channel.
Hi Matt and Andrea! Yes! Nothing but a sleek back to the Van! "Good, Nobody's there!" skip!🤭
😊1. AC/Batt. Oper./Couch-like seat for Andrea( and Matt)!/Entert./Kit./Des./Cab./Storage!
2.5 Nice seating throughout the van/Great Hght. and Shwr.!🚿 Perfect Toilet Pos.!🚽/Seating to Bed/Clothes line!
🤔1. A little dark.
2.5 I wish that you can see through the kitchen windows when the door opens. Take care!🎺🎺🎺🥗!
You should go to the American Coach factory for a tour. They are very impressive in their manufacturing!
wow thats a super super great van i love thats its all 12v operated no lp and it seats 7 for a family outing with the family.
If these are lithium batteries, why are they not contained inside/heated for the money.
Otherwise, beautiful workmanship.
Exactly. The batteries being exposed could limit cold weather use of the coach. Also, what is up w/ the glass door that you can quasi see through for the bathroom? Blah!
Lithium batteries maintain optimal performance between 50⁰F to 104⁰F. If you're outside of that range you will start to experience reduced capabilities in charging and performance.
A charge controller can be used to prevent the batteries from attempting to recharge if the ambient temperature makes it unsafe to do so.
This is why Lithium batteries should always be enclosed in a temperature controlled environment for best results and optimal usage.
The Dragonfly system shown in the video uses Battle Born batteries which are now designed to be useable in cold weather. They have a feature to warm them up in cold weather when they need to be charged.
How are the batteries charged. Plugged in charger or while the van is running ???
This is one of the best class b I've ever seen.
Is It away white/egg shell white frosted plexiglass alternatives bring brighter look on cupboards. Front closet at least put another captain seat!
Prefer white/egg shell white other kind of whites cupboards ,bathroom door white/egg shell white other white shade color, please and Thank You In Advanced
The MSRP sticker shows the fuel as being gas, when it's diesel.
I wondered if anyone else caught that.
I know you couldn't get on the roof. But I would like to know what up with solar for those batteries.
Wow Wow Wow!!! The only thing that possibly come to close to making this the most perfect build would be if it was 100% electric, I predict that will come within the next 2 years. There is plenty of storage; finally a class-B build that I can place a nice cigar humidor in. Great review, thank you for sharing as always. I realy like the dark wood cabinetry , but I do agree with the lighting, perhaps some LED track lighting with dimmer and color change control.
First b that I love just not in my price range. But I do agree it would be better off with a lighter color and less shiny cabinets
I just want that screen door for my Era 70a 😁
Matt, can you please review the Grech Strada Ion Lounge? Its the class B on Mercedes 3500 chassis. Automated everything.
you guys are so awesome! So glad you stepped out on your own and on your faith. I'd love to see SNL do a spoof on you guys. My family loves you and we are going to make a decision really soon and we want you guys to be our people to make it happen. Keep your frequency high. You , Andrea and your partners are the best hands down. By the way we live in the bay area and are SF Giants Fans. LOL
Really is the most beautifully built class b. Agree it needs lighter colors on the interior, but man, that rig rocks!
Will you ever give your opinion on buying new vs buying a used RV? I am still driving my 2001 40ft Monaco Diplomat with 135,000 miles on it. I would not hesitate to start a trip from here in MI to Alaska tomorrow. Why? Because I have maintained it, and had "everything" under the floor replaced by Cummins in 2018. Then took a long trip in 2019 before Covid.... and just came back from a 23 day trip here in MI. Please make a "new vs used" vlog.
This just moved to the top of my class b wish list. I don’t know how they squeeze that much in there
Like exterior appearance; interior storage; roomy bathroom; overall quality appearance. I'd love to take a cross country trip in that unit. Dislikes: dark interior; dark countertop; small entry way at side door.
I didn't see the water hose hook up
Just beautiful….. now I just have to win the lottery!
great job guys! In general, how long will the batteries last. One dislike, price, Less us more. Is it possible to get 40+ percent discount by chance?
I almost bought a 4x4 model with the loft bed and bench bed underneath it. The interiors are hard to beat.
Love everything except the non-insulated batteries under the van. That would really compromise winter usage, except in the deep South.
It’s not always sunny. I guess it’s good if you like to boondock in the desert. 😅 I couldn’t fathom spending that kind of money on something like this. Unless of course I have a hefty 7-8 digit bank account or more. It is nice though. More power to those that can afford it .
Hopefully this message reaches the right people before buying a class B. I've been traveling FULL time in a motorhome for 3 years. Absolutely do not buy any motorhome without at least 1 slide in the livingroom area. If you don't believe me, walk in a motorhome with one and one without one. It's like walking in a closet versus an actual room. It doesn't matter what you buy, just get at least one slide. I promise that you will never regret it.....
Congrats on 150K.
Great RV. The only things I don’t like, no roof access if you need to clean the solar, assuming it has solar. I also concerned about the batteries being so low under the rig. If you are a boondocks off road, that could be a big issue. Also what are the fresh, grey and black water capacities?
Love It!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for the tour and review.😃
How Safe is having the Batteries outside of the Van exposed to the Weather, Road Debris and Theft.
Deadly
Yeah that caught me by surprise as well, I understand venting and cooling but road debris and potentially salt are not a good mix.
That looks just like trouble waiting to happen.
If it's freezing temperature, Lithium batteries usually don't work. So, making a lithium battery compartment and adding a preset temperature module. For anything above 40, degrees seems to keep the batteries working. Otherwise, freezing weather is no good for those batteries
Don’t worry about safety…..
The Catalytic converter thieves will just switch to stealing battery packs ….
Are there any solar panels if not can they be added ?
I love this YOU Tube channel! You two are a great team!
Amazing coach.
As an expierenced RVer the all electric is a great novelty but in real life is more inconvenient. I do not understand why some people are afraid of propane. My 2nd thing is you will have to let the motor idle constantly to keep those batteries charged and then its very expensive to replace them every few years and they do not do well in extreme temperatures. Since you are idling your engine all the time I would rater have a small RV diesel generator that provides more ac power whenever i want it. Quality wise the American coach is on par with a airstream. Not a big fan of all the extra technology because that is more things I have to repair over the years if I owned one or pay to have fixed since all RVs need some kind of repairs new or used so I prefer simple. I do like the Floorplan for a B. MBS chassis runs and drives great but is hard to find a shop to work on them so always check and try to find a garage close to home that will work on them before buying one. I am glad you got away from general RV that says a lot about your character and taking the chance by going independent is risky but can be rewarding at the same time.
This feels like déjà vu after the Legend FSL, but the Sprinter chassis is a big improvement
I don’t like those batteries being exposed to the elements and under the van
Yea for 200 K you would expect perfection !
Definitely not 4 season! Lithium batteries hate the cold.
And road debris. A lot of investment for little protection
100% agree. Those need to be inside.
I agree about the exposed part, but if they added a 1/8th inch metal box around them I don't see why they couldn't stay where that are. Would need to vent them and add a heating pad for snow.
How much extra captain seat in the front behind driver seat would change floor plan how much??! Is it away frosted plex glass alternative bring brighter look. TV area wrong location need to connected some how cupboard Tv arm????!!!
Hey Matt , you going to the Pennsylvania RV Show next month ? I almost put money down on an Embassy van, 14 month wait ! Wow, not to mention the price, I might fly down to the Tampa show in January. I thought I wanted an Entegra, started looking at vans, I can’t decide !!! Great review as always 😎
And, add for sure, a lagoon pivoting table for the the side sitting couches, in the back. It really needs a bigger table, for the back. Than just one, in the front..Or, ask someone to install a lagoon table, for this Coachman van. Then, store table upright, to walk through
Either side of the van can push the table, to sit down for food. Then push swivel the table, to get more food.
Coachmen Vans, especially Ford 7 speed or any Ford 6 speed van have more places to fix them.
Check around to see who could fix a Mercedes van. If you want a Mercedes van, you can still get it, then.
And, if you can get a van with more of a box look behind the side door entrace, there is more room for half of the back of the van. (More width, than a camper van. However, this 24 foot us remarkable for fresh water
And a Class C is easier to fix. Just lift the engine hood.
Can you show us the model with the loft bed? Give details about the size of the bed etc
