Like I only have one cup and not even every day I swear 😂 my mom was told as a kid that if you drink coffee before 18, the caffeine would stunt your growth. I worked at Starbucks in college when this came out. Our store had it for like 2 days and then it sold out forever. We were in a small city and corporate decided to ship the the next stock of ingredients to the more busy stores instead of ours. Customers were angry. Very angry. Belligerent and almost violent. They see this thing on tv or the internet and they have to have it. When they couldn’t have it they took it out on us the baristas even though we had no power over if we get shipments or not. Starbucks was truly the worst job I’ve ever had.
I work at Starbucks currently and they brought it for a little, I never got to make it but just hearing all the ingredients is giving me stress just thinking about the process. I'm so glad I didn't have to deal with that one, my co-workers complained about it the whole time.

Been barista sucks at the restaurant I worked baristas were in charge of coffees and deserts. It is one of the most stressful positions you could be on I seen people quit in mid rush hour because it was just too much. I used to do it every weekend since sadly I was one of the fastest in the particular section and because everyone was afraid of doing it for the exception of maybe 4 out of 20 front of the house employee. I do understand where he comes from. Now I’m a waiter and it’s frustrating too but in my opinion barista is probably worst.
I used to work at little Caesars. People don't realize that every time you see something new on a commercial, that's more work for the employees to provide you with. I suggest anyone who orders fast food or anything like it, work at one of these places for a day, just to see how difficult it can be. Thank you.

I remember watching this when I was younger and thinking “lmao it’s your job to make it. Stop complaining.” Getting a job in fast food has definitely humbled me though. Getting orders for complicated drinks/ice creams is absolutely one of the most heartbreaking things that can happen during the lunch rush. You’re on a timer, one of the products you need has surely run out and you need to refill it, but your screen is filling up with orders upon orders of these disgusting drinks/ice creams and you’re getting yelled at by everyone to hurry up and that you’re incompetent. Yeah, the video may seem whiny and filled with entitlement, but I understand the stress after going through a hard day of work and feeling the sudden dread of having to go back to it tomorrow. Entitlement would mean that this guy is angry about having to do his job, but that isn’t what he’s complaining about. He’s complaining about getting flooded with orders of an extremely complicated drink from everyone and how stressful it is to make it when he’s on a timer. Working in hospitality definitely gives you the empathy you need for others who will be in your position when you leave.

Really depends on you (the worker) I don't find working at fast foods stressful especially during prime hours. It's willing to do it regardless of what may come. I'm there for my paycheck and my paycheck only. If that means I have to serve the same garbage the whole day, I don't mind besides it's not 24/7. I get to go home and rest and do it again tomorrow. Pretty much life my guy, suck it up if you choose this type of job

We were in a small city and corporate decided to ship the the next stock of ingredients to the more busy stores instead of ours. Customers were angry. Very angry. Belligerent and almost violent. They see this thing on tv or the internet and they have to have it. When they couldn’t have it they took it out on us the baristas even though we had no power over if we get shipments or not. Starbucks was truly the worst job I’ve ever had.

Been barista sucks at the restaurant I worked baristas were in charge of coffees and deserts. It is one of the most stressful positions you could be on I seen people quit in mid rush hour because it was just too much. I used to do it every weekend since sadly I was one of the fastest in the particular section and because everyone was afraid of doing it for the exception of maybe 4 out of 20 front of the house employee. I do understand where he comes from. Now I’m a waiter and it’s frustrating too but in my opinion barista is probably worst.

I used to work at little Caesars. People don't realize that every time you see something new on a commercial, that's more work for the employees to provide you with. Getting a job in fast food has definitely humbled me though. Getting orders for complicated drinks/ice creams is absolutely one of the most heartbreaking things that can happen during the lunch rush. You’re on a timer, one of the products you need has surely run out and you need to refill it, but your screen is filling up with orders upon orders of these disgusting drinks/ice creams and you’re getting yelled at by everyone to hurry up and that you’re incompetent.
Yeah, the video may seem whiny and filled with entitlement, but I understand the stress after going through a hard day of work and feeling the sudden dread of having to go back to it tomorrow. Entitlement would mean that this guy is angry about having to do his job, but that isn’t what he’s complaining about. He’s complaining about getting flooded with orders of an extremely complicated drink from everyone and how stressful it is to make it when he’s on a timer. Working in hospitality definitely gives you the empathy you need for others who will be in your position when you leave.

Really depends on you (the worker) I don't find working at fast foods stressful especially during prime hours. It's willing to do it regardless of what may come. I'm there for my paycheck and my paycheck only. If that means I have to serve the same garbage the whole day, I don't mind besides it's not 24/7. I get to go home and rest and do it again tomorrow. Pretty much life my guy, suck it up if you choose this type of job
