Eating bugs actually don't decrease your lifespan.
I tried the Trump one and gave up just on the 3rd day. I gained 5 pounds and after that I ate a lot of vegetables

Yeah I know. Sucks being a kid and not being to get the stuff you want. Just saying though, do not drink diet coke like trump daily. Even one can a day is super unhealthy! Be sure to get an equal amount of veggies and proteins, and treat yourself every week or so to something you want.

My husband lost a big amount of weight after he had brain surgery. People kept asking him how he was losing weight. He got tired of being asked that all the time, so he told people he was on the Jack in the Box taco diet where he was eating two Jack in the Box tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. People thought he was serious and started buying Jack in the Box tacos like mad in our town. Everyday the local Jack in the Box would run out tacos.

Glad I’ve never had acne, even when Injected test I never got back acne like a lot of people. Literally not even like 1 pimple😂 I’m blessed I guess.
I come from a household where both type 1 & 2 diabetes runs strong & I was prediabetic for some time myself (thankfully got my a1c back to normal last year :) ) & I just cannot, in any measure, imagine even having a portion of any of these diets lmao especially the Blake diet

I doubt trump actually drinks all of the coke. If anything, I would guess that he is pretty wasteful. More than likely he just keeps one near him that is fresh at all times. He likely wastes a lot of coke.

Yes but it’s very hard work to burn all the fat and calories off
It’s a simple case of calories in vs calories out. Eat less calories than what you burn off in a day and you lose weight. I don’t think cakes, sweets and other desserts is the way to go about it nutritionally, but calorie-wise you can eat anything as long as you keep track of your intake
All that sugar will catch up to him eventually. Bladders can't handle that much sugar over time.

I indulge in fast food and soft drink once a week, cuz I crave the taste, but I always feel bloated and exhaust afterwards. Imagine having fast food as my main died. I would bloat and pop up like a balloon.

= 7305 ounces (204.54 kg; 456.5 lb; 32.6 st) of chips consumed in the 20 years mentioned. That’s a heck of a lot of chips.

The only difference with diet coke is that it doesn't have sugar. If you have diabetes,go for the diet coke,or water or any drink without sugar. Diet coke or light coke in my country is the same as regular coca cola. It doesn't have sugar,that's all.
I just watched a video all about diet Cokes and if you have diabetes, diet Coke is the wrong thing to be drinking! It tricks the body into believing it just receive sugar so the pancreas releases insulin because it’s believing that it’s got too much sugar in the body and if you release too much insulin in the body, it will hang onto the fat molecules and it actually makes you fat drinking diet soda. It’s the total opposite of what most people think. Google search it you’ll find it.
