Nah. She said 3 texts? I say “lie”. I have been in similar situations in the past. Some people can’t leave their phone alone. I have known people who would go on a date and spend 2/3 of the time on their phone. It gets so annoying that I have to let them know how disrespectful that is. Most of the time, they apologize but it’s something that occurs way too often …. Even my best friends (ladies) do that yet, they’re the ones who to to my place to hangout. It’s disrespectful and classless.
That happened to me, too; I once showed up to a date in a lounge, and little did I know the guy I was supposed to meet had asked two other girls to show up. Three girls and one guy, he was so full of himself, the guy left to the restroom, and that’s when we three decided to stay and make the best out of the night and then bail. The guy paid for all of our drinks and food; it was all fun n games y until the guy got drunk enough to get into a bar fight, and that’s when I was like, I’m out, blocked him, and never to be seen again ✌️
@@Superta7 to be fair, that was the least he could do after he played us like that, but yes drunk and all but still payed 😂 To add to this story, I later found out that the two other girls ended up meeting up with him again, he used one of the other girls phone to text me a picture of them three having “fun fun 👀” on his boat at the lake, he said “you could’ve been here if you hadn’t blocked me” … I left him on read and blocked that number too. Call me boring but nah, I’m good!
That guy who actually asked for his money back.. does he not understand that women check on their friends when they're on a blind date? He didn't consider what the convo might be about or anything.. just that it was "rude." No wonder he's single.
It wasnt a blind date…they knew wat eachother looked like..i bet if she explained to him he would’ve understood..yes he was petty for doing wat he did after..but he meant to be petty he didn’t need $17 he did it cuz she was texting during the movie/date and left him there saying “ill be back”
I don’t agree. I think being on your phone on a date is rude. I don’t even do that on a date with my husband. Come on people… show respect even if your not into the movie or the date match….. you can let your friends know how the date went after the movie.
Her walking out when he suggests her use proper movie educate, was rude. She could have said, sorry my friend was checking in me. Good to watch the movie now. Boom two people being adults.
I’m a guy and I will never ask a woman to pay me back just because the date I have paid for did not work out, take your L and move on with life. And why sue? Specially if you’re the one asked them out for a date.
Agree, but if I was the girl, I’d pay back every single penny as well just so we’re in the clear and not have any relationship tied by anything whatsoever ever again. No need for all those headaches.
@Trap Rico-san 。 you can stay single and hang with your 8 subscribers, because we all know you’ll never find someone who actually enjoys your presence or have a thought about marrying you.
Threatening to take someone to court for $17 is actually insane 🚩🚩🚩 This is why I don't give my last name or real phone number to any men. So scary. Be safe ladies!
I understand yes he was petty. She also was rude tho hey. Just left in the middle of the date. How is she different from the 4th guy who orders expensive dinners and bails? I come in peace tho. Just giving my thoughts.
That wasn't a Karen- that was a psychopath. She didn't bail on him because she wanted a free meal. She bailed because he acted like a neurotic control freak. If my date told me to "leave the theater" bc I was texting, I would have never come back either bc that's just bizarre and weird, not to mention creepy. I mean how socially awkward can you get? Is this a date or is he her parent and she's the child?? He was bossy, controlling and domineering and the way he acted entitled enough to expect her not to send a text just bc she was on a date w/ him is enough to scare any woman away. Texting the entire date is one thing, but sending three texts at the beginning of a movie- especially on a first date when you're all alone with someone you don't know, is a completely different story and practically expected. That guy was a seriously overbearing and a straight-up type-A personality nut job. He will probably be single forever.
The dine n dash guy is f-ing insane. I looked up his story and he has a phone with hundreds of woman's pictures and his meals. He kept them as "trophies" 😬
That first guy threatened to go to court over spending $21.30? I'm %100 on the girl's side. He handled the situation terribly. Her best friend was just checking on her, it's not as if she was texting another guy on the date. That would be a problem. Also, 3 texts isn't a lot. Imagine if she went in to a whole phone call with her best friend...
And he said she texted through the whole movie, when she actually was just responding to only 3 text, telling her friend she was okay! These days A LOT of women do that, a lot of friends do the same thing! IN murder cases concerning dating app dates! A lot of the friends say they tried to contact their friend and they never got a response and that's when they knew something was wrong! It's actually SUGGESTED women do that by friends and family incase something bad happens because women being raped and killed through dating apps is on the RISE! And seeing how possessive this guy was on just the first date I can see why!
If the dude seriously took her to court for $17.31, than I believe her side, that she only texted 3 times. Also $17 is not a lot 😒. Dudes gonna be single for a while lol
@@PrimetimePrestyn How did he get scammed, when she literally texted her friend to let her know she’s okay on the date. That’s correct thing for her to do. If she texted throughout the entire movie than dudes got a point.
Yes bro $17 it’s not a lot but it’s still not a little. It looks like the dude was scammed out like who just text on the date? It doesn’t matter how little it was like it’s very disrespectful
I'm sorry but if you have to be on your phone constantly during a date especially if I picked you up I'm ditching the movie and letting her ass figure out how to get home. I mean if it was just three texts then he should have understood best friend is just checking on her but if this is constantly yeah bye figure out how to get home or call your best friend. When you're on a date it should be an experience between two people and two people alone. Okay fine someone sends a few texts not an issue but if this is constant and you agree and side with the woman who's doing a Non-Stop texting it's no wonder America has the highest divorce rate in the country.
Never do a movie on the first date. No one is speaking. Do an activity that involves conversation and interaction. Mini golf is perfect for example. Bowling, etc.
I'd say your hobby, coffee/tea or brunch earlier on the weekends. If you realize it's not a good match or Visa versa it only lasts about 15min at most and you can go on your day rehydrated/refueled ready to enjoy your whole day👍
I personally like picnics/ going for a meal then for a walk in the park. It's more casual, you don't spend too much money and there is plenty of opportunity to talk and do activities together that might show up in the way.
My worst date was when my date and I went to a packed bar like chest to chest, some stranger danced with my date and then someone danced with me too, so we basically danced with strangers for the rest of the night.

what's funny that girl invited some many 300 man n the guy only invite 7 women n he still has to apologize but that other female don't the double standard
There's a reason why the first guy is single. If someone is texting sitting right next to you and literally walks away, may be she is not interested in you. That's different. That's a lot more money. I hope you didn't use the 'lets go out on this vacation' trick but had ulterior motives. That's not nice. Was what you spent equal to what she spent? Just because she is wealthy means you should take advantage of that.

Respectable, although it is weird you legit could find nothing appetizing in a Japanese restaurant to eat. Even a bowl of plain rice is easy to get there xd
If it really was to prove a point, they should've done a better job of location. They should've had it occur in a warehouse or something and for two days. One day the guys show up for a woman, and the second day the women show up for a guy. Then they interview the people who showed up and have them fill out surveys about their experiences. Whatever they were doing wasn't that. The ad agency clearly had something else in mind (probably their version of the Bachelorette), but when they saw how it backfired they decided to say it was an experiment.
Just a piece of advice, Brandon, but if your still single and want not to be, you maybe don’t want to admit on national tv that you tried to take a date that didn’t work out to small claims court for $17, and then actually took the money from her.

That’s her fault tbh why waste somebody time on a date when your not gonna be interested
They should had went 50/50 to begin with.
17.31 to be correct
Ya he should of asked "is everything okay?" and she most likely would have replied "in just texting a friend to let her know I'm okay". But I bet he was aggressive and rude so she did the right thing and walked out on the date.

The nerve he had to take that petty amount of money to court cause his feelings were THAT hurt 😆 I'd dare him to take me to court then satisfyingly watch the judge throw the whole thing out just for wasting the courts' time
Is the principle
Who knows how many other dates he had to waste $ on nothing lol

That first guy is an embarrassment. Complaining about filing for small claims court over $21 ya ok dude🙄, please stay single😂😂😂
He spent money on her just for her to text her friend
Kazuma hey simp, just because you spend money on someone doesn’t mean they owe you ANYTHING. You will always be emasculated with that attitude. She had every right to leave him alone and never see him again, even if he bought her a $150 steak dinner. That’s what a date is. You can’t get mad because someone isn’t into you and leaves.
@@outlawdiesel5221 People really overuse The word "simp" these days... Anyway, she rightfully doesn't owe him for his purchase. But his anger isn't about her not being interested in her. It's about a perception of her not even trying. She accepted the date. But if you're texting 15 minutes into a movie then leave, why come in the first place? She probably was only texting 3 times like she said. So I think the real problem is that he asked rudely or something when he confronted her about her phone.

That serial killer was desperate to find a victim, so he revealed himself to the public.
Considering how many women were murdered by Rodney Ocala, I don’t think he was desperate to find a victim. He was showing his narcissism by doing the show. He got off on the fact that he was actively murdering women when doing the show. Because it was broadcasted on national television. It was a thrill that he wasn’t caught!
