I’m sure highly processed cheeses are estrogenic. Butter is okay for testosterone as well, however it’s very estrogenic if it’s not raw butter. Make sure it’s raw/real butter because if not you’re literally just spreading pure seed oils onto your food. It’s probably not too hard to find raw butter in stores, but for reference, real butter is hard and doesn’t spread easily. If the butter is “spreadable” it’s not real butter. It should only become soft and spreadable when heated/melted. And if you stick a butter knife into real butter, it won’t just glide through easily, it will be a bit hard.

I also stoped with skin care products and my acne has become so much better and now I almost just have acne scars. I will recommend to everybody to cut out all the bull shit acne products and get some propolis (Its a honey product used in countries to prevent acne. Remeber to get a natural one.) Its so much better.

I see your point about eating stuff we as humans evolved to eat primarily. But there's flaw because looking back in time, the red meat we used to consume mostly consisted of omega 3 fatty acids instead of saturated ones which means we can never truly eat like our ancestors did.

What you are saying about fruit is something I had started to realize of recent for the last 3 weeks. The more fruit I eat the better I feel. At first it used to cause me to crash, but the more I ate fruit the better It got. Bowel movements are also regular now like clock work. Another life changing thing is not only getting sunlight, but also taking 40,000 to 50,000 iu Vit d3 supplement at least for the first 2 to 3 months to get your levels up to normal. Then you can go down to 20,000 to 30,000 iu.
