I made the Lemon Cake but with a twist. I used Stevia, and my cream cheese was old. So I used heavy whipping cream, whipped it,. added lemon juice, forgot the zest and agave. Came out really good. Thank you. Cake probably should have cooked for 2 minutes, I made 2 of them in the Microwave at the same time.
This was sooooo good I didn’t have time to take a pic I literally dug in to it. Now I need a recipe for a bigger one lol. Thank you so much for all your recipes.

I'll try this in a larger pan! I've tried my original vanilla mug cake before in a large square glass pyrex and it worked out ( I tripled the recipe) but I will try it in the oven for you! 💗
