Sir I have 10 dell switch sometimes we are facing network down issues but after restart switch again its working .all switch are 10 year old if one lan system is hanged all switches are down how to troubleshoot

It is a great video tutorial. Please help sir, i have a cisco 3750 layer switch and i dont have a cisco router. Im trying to configure my Cisco 3750 switch which is connected to my ISP home router . Cisco 3750 is configured with 2 vLANS and have pcs on both pcs to connected to internet. Ip routing was enabled on Cisco 3750 with default route enabled and ip helper enabled for both vlans for dhcp however pcs are not able to get IP address. Kindly advise how can i configure my Cisco 3750 for my pcs connected to 3750 to get internet. CAn't find an option on my ISP home router for NAT settings.
