This troubleshooting video was amazing . Kindly upload the vpn scenario troubleshooting asap. If possible please upload today or tomorrow . Thank you so much ..
I wouldn't typically approach a connection problem this way. I'd start by asking the end-customer a series of questions: was it working before for everyone, when did it stop working for everyone, were any changes made to the network? Also can the PCs with connection issues ping their default gateway, can they ping each other, if you do ipconfig /all on the PCs, do they have an ip address and default gateway and DNS?
That would be better to know the whole network, but if you're doing a takeover job (your company is replacing the previous IT company) and this is the first problem you have when you walk in, what would you do in this scenario? I've had it happen to me.
@@somnus1057 well while i can sympathize with that situation as I have also been in that scenario... Its best to know what one is talking about before the questions are asked.. Just sayin. PEACE!
If IPS are not assigned in any mode. Still IPS are pinging, in switch also mac address exist in mac entry table on a particular ip. Then how to troubleshoot it. 1. Where IPS are assigned before 2. How to clear the mac address entry in mac entry table on a particular IP 3. If Mac entries are not deleted then what steps are to be taken to free that IP. IP belongs to Class A/24
Hi Mr Praphul. What if i cannot ping the edge devices via the servers. The servers are connected to Core Switch 2 & 4 and the edge switches and devices are connected to Core Switch 1 & 3. Edge devices and Servers are on different VLANs and all the core switches are stacked . Model of the core switches are AT-930-28GSTX-N1 How do you tackle this issue and troubleshoot?
Please have the steps written up there and speak a little slower. Your accent is making it a bit difficult to catch your words. I love your videos. Greetings from Papua New Guinea -South Pacific

Also get the customer to describe their network in terms of ip subnets and addressing. Draw a network diagram while the customer is talking.
Answering interview questions should come from a complete understanding of how a network functions, rather than individual questions
most places are going to have you answer an individual question. a what would you do in this scenario type question

i subscribed to you too
Will make one video on it
In minute 20 , why default gateway was not pinging from both switches.. On router you have allowed the ACL for the network.. Right?
because trunk port not configured on switch #switch mode trunk
Do you know why pings are not sent to the gateway even though the 192.168.10.0 network band is permitted in the access list?
Will check it, this is a old video
why the access list was causing issues? min 21:00
I have to check it
